I would have had transformed all jails in mental institutions .
Not rigid at all( extreme cases only ) . Not with the purpose to punish but CORRECT /ADRESS/ REDDRESS/ HEAL/ HELP , making a good investment out of tax payers money , bettering this society with all people in it !

Ex . If a tank was built to blow everything off? Then there is no other expectations you can have for that machinery to perform as it was designed to do so! You don't design it and then destroy the tank arguing with it and be surprised by it's performance and blame the tank and punish it ! Was built for that purpose ! If you want to change its use ? You have to transform it ...change the design if you want to change its use .

Through analogy , same human brain . The only difference here is that a tank is something we built while human brain we "built " it ourself as well indeed( using a strange term indeed ) ,so the difference is that we did not as parents intentionally wanted out child to have a brain "defect " as being born to commit crimes is obviously a birth defect .

Once ? I go to court for a hearing ...Randy missed that day and he signed a paper saying he will go to court or take consequences. Warrant right ?
He didn't come .
Jaquelina was talking to my lawyer mentioning warrant .
I right away stood up for Randy saying '' no! Brianna sent him a text telling him he doesn't have to go to court today "
I did this so naturally and effortlessly...without seeming to me that am doing anything unusual .
Yet the shock I read in all other people's faces ?
Made me aware of he fact that they were so highly surprised with my beauty defending the one that was abusing me and falsely accused me ...don't believe me ...ask jaquelina . I bet she remembers...based on her reaction ? That must be a rare occurrence .

One more verifiable example :
Randy ? Was evil and hateful . If I would go get a soda from the fridge as was summer and was dying hot and thirsty ? He would jump on me to grab it out of my hands saying he paid for it . Me thirsty ? I was turning around and fast trying to drink as I was literally dying out of thirst and he was spilling all the soda around fighting with me jumping on my hands to take it and me making moves opposing trying to avoid his assault and keep my drink ! So the drink was spilling all over ..he was always winning on that one ....as when would see how ferocious he assaults me for a f soda ? I was always giving up disgusted ...
So this was habitually happening .
Once he spilled the damn soda all over me and the bed shits and carpet and walls ...was a bottle of diet coke the 500ml one. I was of course the one that always had to clean . And I was so fed up with him ...so I ended up calling cops .
The officer comes and says : what you want me to do mam'?
After he saw in the bedroom soda all over me and the room .
When he asked me that ? I knew what it means : do you want me to arrest him mam ?
I almost start crying ...saying :' don't arrest him please ! Just make him stop ! Give him a warning "
