Yes, you are correct in that you didn't explicitly
"deny" Kolob. Another mormon did. You didn't
correct him, you agreed with him. Here was
the exchange:

It's in the hymnals, some where. Hi!
I don't get worried about trivia.

Moreover the planet Kolob is not mentionned at all in the BoM. nor in
any scientifical astronomic work and has to be one of your fantasies.

So while I stand corrected that you didn't deny
Kolob, do you accept that Kolob is a real
place as Mormon doctrine claims?
In the above, you trivialize it, a common
tactic among TBMs when dealing with
scripture that makes no sense in a real world.

Here's what you said in the same thread:
The archaeology is interesting. But, the witness of the Spirit is the
real
proof. Without the Spirit, the LDS church is just another Protestant
sect.

"witness of the Spirit" is what Mormons interchangeably use
to refer to burning of the bosom. It is the communication
that God gives to you to know that Mormon doctrine is
true.
According to D&C #9:
8 But, behold, I say unto you, that you must study it
out in your mind; then you must ask me if it be right,
and if it is right I will cause that your bosom shall
burn within you; therefore, you shall feel that it is right.
As above, in order to receive this communication
from God, you must first ask God.
Is there some other "witness of the Spirit" that
you meant, or is this the one?
Is it inaccurate that if you ask God something,
and He communicates his answer to you
thru the holy spirit that you have "talked
to God"?
