So far I’ve two wrist braces for CTS and lots of lovely rods and screws in my back from 3 surgeries, the last one because I got rear ended while sitting at a stop light minding my own business. This has encourged me to start minding the business of others. [It's exhausting but if it wards off injuries the world will just have to get used to my new busybody ways.]

Well, we will now!

All right, more of a fairly solid rumor. But still.
Actually, no ruminant doots are involved- you just pour rain water
through hardwood ashes. The water extracts NaOH from the ashes and you
collect it in a cast iron pot, which you boil until it floats an egg
(DO NOT EAT THE EGG). In another cast iron kettle you have already
rendered down some beef or pork fat to get lard (or you can buy it as
it's not a controlled substance- yet). You slowly add the NaOH to the
lard and heat to a simmer until you get soap, which you pour into a
prepared mold.
The link has all the relevant proportions and stuff. It's Mother
Earth so it's fairly reliable.

I have only so many hours per day to waste and I already waste
enough here. Besides, my wife "maintains" my facebook page so "I" can
help her with her silly games.

That may be why the tinyurl didn't work for you. Try from a browser?

Take two shots of bourbon and post in the morning.
