But what about Trotsky? He got an icepick through the head! That
was a "natural death", because you can't live when there is an
icepick penetrating your cerebellum. It's NATURAL to die under
those circumstances.

You can live, for a full day at least, with a pointy thing
such as an icepick or whatever stuck through your skull. An
ice cube tray would not stick through your skull, so those
are okay.
