The Jacob popthrough was applied at about
1330 UTC January 22, 2022.
It should be readable by meditation by those ordained
by human or humans to priest level or equivalent but
not higher (so the front lines, and including rabbis
and imams but not if they can ordain to level[s] below
them, in which case they would be at equivalent to at
least bishop level).
