When NSW Supreme Court Judge, Michael Frederick Adams, said those
words to Peter Rutherford and John Peter Bauskis on Friday the 4th of
August 2006, that was a defining moment in the history of Australia
and told the world of the darkness descending.
"Your consent is immaterial." are the words of a Traitor ..... of
a Rapist .... the words of an Enemey and Defiler of Mankind .... the
words of Tyranny .... words that Violate the Human Spirit.......they
are the words of the very Devil, himself.
With those words, We the People have been told that we are no
longer Sovereign Human Beings .... that we are not free men .... that
we have no Right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of
Happiness.....that we do not have the Right to Property. Privacy or
Reputation.
We do, however, have the Right to Redress all of these
Wrongs.......we have the Right to Trial by Jury....we have the Right
to have twelve of our equals ask "So help me God" to deliver a lawful
Judgment.
The Devil knows this ..... the Devil knows that Trial by Jury is
Christianity in action when twelve Freemen ask "So help me God" so
that Justice will be administered.
The Devil was in the NSW Supreme Court on 4 August 2006, in wig
and gown, and said, "Your consent is immaterial".
Australian farmer, Peter Spencer, is into the seventh week of his
hunger strike in protest against the taking away of his Right to his
Property by the Australian "Government" without his consent.
Peter Spencer knows that only Trial by Jury will render
Justice .... and the Thieves know that, too.
Peter Spencer's dissent echoes the words of Patrick Henry that
went, "Give me Liberty or give me Death".
Who will rally in Peter Spencer's support?
Who will rally for the Right to Trial by Jury?

RUTHERFORD: We are challenging the jurisdiction of the court.
HIS HONOUR: Upon what basis?
RUTHERFORD: We have not given our consent.
HIS HONOUR: Consent is immaterial. The matter does not depend
upon the consent of the contemnors, Are there any other applications,
or can we proceed?
BAUSKIS: You cannot proceed. We have not given our consent to be
without a jury.
HIS HONOUR: Your consent is immaterial.
BAUSKIS: It is material.
HIS HONOUR: I have said your consent is immaterial. The matter is
ruled upon. That is the end of it.
PPS: It is with sad regret that I see that that wonderful
organization founded by Larry Dodge, ie: the Fully Informed Jury
Association, has been white-anted by lawyers who lyingly insist that
there is no Right to Trial by Jury for Contempt of Court - thereby
conceding absolute power to the American Judiciary over the Courts of
America - and, because Courts are Government, the now-FIJA has
sabotaged that country's "Declaration of Independence". "Woe to you
lawyers!"
