The Prophet said, "You are my brother in Allah's religion and His Book, but
she (Aisha) is lawful for me to marry."
Marriage to a female already offered to another was illegal in Arab law. Abu
Bakr had already arranged for Aisha to marry Djubayr Mutim.
Muhammad married 'A'isha in Mecca when she was a child of six and lived with
her in Medina when she was nine or ten. She was the only virgin that he
married. Her father, Abu Bakr, married her to him and the apostle gave her

A well respected scholar of the between wars period, J. Lyng, who
enjoyed the title of 1927 Harbison-Higinbotham Scholar of the
University of Melbourne, wrote in 1935
"Non-Britishers in Australia: Influence on Population and Progress".

It carried a foreword by Ernest Scott, one of the outstanding
Australian scholars at the time. Scott’s ideas can be regarded as
mainstream ideas for that period of history. In his foreword, he wrote
"Mr Lyng …wishes to analyse and indicate those elements in the racial
mixture of Australia which are likely to conduce most effectually to
the successful development of the country." Scott appears to have been
a little dismayed by the emphasis placed upon non-Britishers as he
went on: "…the discerning reader must apply a corrective to the facts
here presented. Otherwise the impression will be acquired that the
distinctively English, Scottish and Irish strains in the Australian
amalgam have been less important than has, in fact, been the case."
The ideological basis of the "modern emphasis upon race", commented
Scott, is due largely to the writings of the French Count Gobineau.
That philosopher contended: "The history of mankind proves that the
destinies of people are governed by a racial law. Neither irreligion,

the decadence of civilisations.
If a nation goes down, the reason is that its blood, the race itself

All of humanity is, Lyng believed, divided into different races and
sub-classifications of races, each of which has particular inherent
characteristics. The main classifications are white, yellow, black and
brown.
The whites are subdivided into the Nordics or Aryans, the Alpines and
the Mediterranean.
The main mental characteristic of the Nordics, in which he apparently
classified himself, was "restless creative energy." "In this peculiar
quality they surpass not only the other European stocks, but also all
other branches of mankind."
They were natural rulers of course. "Extremely race-conscious and
politically efficient, they settled down as a ruling aristocracy in
many lands."
Less aristocratic but more suited to rural pursuits and soldiering
were the Alpines, a "sturdy tenacious race, very stable but apt to be

Further south from the Nordics were those of Mediterranean

There were concerns at that time about new groups which had been
entering the country, groups which were not British. They included
such groups as the Maltese, the Albanians and the Yugoslavs. He
allayed fears about the Albanians who were he said "very few". The
greatest number who landed in any one year was in 1924 and they
totalled only 176. However they were, with the Yugoslavs, not
dangerous to the well-being of the nation.

However there were exceptions such as the majority of Hindus in
‘brown race’ India and the Syrian and Armenian peoples in Asia Minor.

that, as such, they have a common grievance against domination by
Europeans."
In Australia this segment of humanity, making up only about 10,000
people, was represented by "Indians, Afghans, Syrians and Malays."
This ‘brown race’ profile reflected the racial composition of the
Australian Muslim population at that time.
The brown races were clearly on the decline in Australia. In 1901
there were 4383 "Hindus and other races of British India" in the
Commonwealth of Australia. By 1921 there were only 3,150 and of them

Syrians were a slightly different case. They were treated
differently by immigration authorities as there "is a large element of

the 1921 total of 2892 Syrians, more than half were born in Australia
and they had only increased by about 500 since 1911.
The 1933 census showed a slight decline. Afghans had continued to
fall and there were only 147 in Australia in 1921. The number of
Malays fell from 2191 in 1911 to 1860 in 1921. By the 1933 census
there were less than one thousand.
The future domination of European strains in the Australian population

TONY EASTLEY: A leading international law expert wants the Obama
Administration to rescind charges levelled against former Guantanamo
Bay detainee, David Hicks.
Hicks, who was arrested in Afghanistan in 2001 and declared an enemy
combatant, eventually pleaded guilty six years later to a charge of
providing material support for terrorism.
After serving the remainder of his prison sentence in Adelaide, Hicks
is now a free man living in Sydney, but he's still occasionally
referred to as a "convicted terrorist".
Alison Caldwell reports that a high ranking American legal official
has told a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing in Washington, the
charge Hicks was found guilty of should be done away with.
ALISON CALDWELL: David Hicks was the first person to be tried and
convicted under the US Military Commissions Act of 2006. In March
2007, after five years in Guantanamo Bay, his legal team struck a deal
with prosecutors to secure his release.
Hicks would plead guilty to a single new charge of providing material
support to terrorism. Now the US Assistant Attorney General has said
the charge should be done away with. The US Senate Armed Services
Committee is examining the Military Commissions Act.
In a lengthy statement to the committee, David Kris said the charge
was now under question. His statement is read by an actor.
DAVID KRIS' STATEMENT (voiceover): There are serious questions to
whether material support for terrorism or terrorist groups is a
traditional violation of the law of war. The President has made clear
that military commissions are used only to prosecute law of war
offences.
Our experts believe there is a significant risk that appellate at
courts will ultimately conclude that material support for terrorism is
not a traditional law of war offence, thereby reversing hard won
convictions and leading to questions about the system's legitimacy.
ALISON CALDWELL: The Pentagon's top lawyer also agrees. Jeh Johnson
said the Pentagon no longer believes material support is a law of war
offence.
The Law Council of Australia expressed the same concerns two years
ago. President John Corcoran.
JOHN CORCORAN: The Law Council very much welcomes the US
administration's submission, to the US Senate's Armed Services
Committee, that the charge of providing material support for terrorism
is not a charge that should be brought before a military commission.
This is consistent with the advice that the Law Council obtained in
2007 from several renowned experts in the area of international law.
ALISON CALDWELL: The question is: will the Senate Armed Service
Committee adopt the advice and drop the charge from the bill? If it
does, there are those who believe David Hicks should then be
exonerated and no longer considered a convicted terrorist.
TIM MCCORMACK: He should be exonerated having been convicted of an
offence that not only the US administration, but now if this happens,
the Congress accepts is unknown in the law of war and not a sufficient
basis for having convicted him wrongly.
ALISON CALDWELL: Professor Tim McCormack is a lecturer in
international humanitarian law at the University of Melbourne. He
advised David Hicks' legal team on law of war issues.
TIM MCCORMACK: There would need to be litigation in the US to contest
the validity of the decision on the basis of new legislation which
removes an offence, unknown in the law of war at the time, that would
actually result in a substantive argument about the validity of the
charge as it stood in the law of war at the time that he pleaded
guilty to it, as well as the validity of the charge in terms of the
allegation that it was retrospective creation of law in violation of
fundamental principles of criminal law.
For me, it's just one example of the complexities that have emerged
from a system that was rushed from the start, was not thought through
properly; that was created ad hoc without really thinking through the
implications of it.
And unfortunately now the Obama administration is left with the legacy
of that.

I receive many emails from angry Muslims, who sometimes beg me, and
sometimes order me to remove this site. I consider both, pleading and
bullying, signs of psychopathology. Argumentum ad baculum and argumentum ad
misericordiam are both logical fallacies.
If you do not like this site and want me to remove it, instead of acting as
a bully or as a victim, disprove my charges against Muhammad logically. Not
only will I remove the site, I will publicly announce that Islam is a true
religion. I will also pay $50,000 U.S. dollars to anyone who can disprove
any of the dozen of the accusations that I have made against Muhammad. I
accuse Muhammad of being:
a narcissist
a misogynist
a rapist
a pedophile
a lecher
a torturer
a mass murderer
a cult leader
an assassin
a terrorist
a mad man
a looter
I have debated with many Muslims. Their defense of Islam can be summarized
in two categories:
a- Denial of the authenticity of Islamic sources that report the stories of
crimes of Muhammad (example: debate with Edip Yukssel, a leader of the
Submitters)
b- Moral relativism and situational ethics, e.g., "In those days,
pedophilia, assassination, rape, raid, pillage, massacre and lying, were
common practices, so Muhammad is innocent because he did what everyone else
was doing." Muslims even go as far as to question the legitimacy of the
Golden Rule to claim I do not have any basis to condemn Muhammad. In other
words, who can say what is good and what is evil? That is up to the
messenger of God to decide. (Example: debate with Yamin Zakaria)
These are the main two arguments that Muslims present in defense of Islam.
Any rational person can see they are logical fallacies.
These charges are irrefutable. You simply can't disprove them because they
are reported in Islamic sources and as such they are as good as confession.
You can't acquit a criminal after he has confessed, unless you plead
insanity, which is my point.
Muslims often ask: "Who will judge whether or not an attempt to disprove
your accusations against Muhammad and Islam, was successful?" The readers
will be the jury. It is not difficult to see which side is right once both
arguments are presented without one side fearing the other. I will publish
the debates in this site. My opponents are also encouraged to publish them
in any Islamic site. Please note that I will not accept face to face
debates. The debates must be in writing.

world can offer? Where are the scholars of Islam? Why such an important
task is left to a bunch of amateurs who actually do more damage to Islam?
Isn't it time that the real scholars come forth and refute my charges?
The truth is that several of the people that debated me were real scholars,
such as the eminent Pakistani scholar Mr. Javed Ahmed Ghamidi and his
disciple Dr. Khalid Zaheer. This debate is a must read and is available for
download. Dr. Zaheer is a learned man, a moderate Muslim and a good human
being. I have utmost respect for him.
As of this date (2007), I will no longer debate with people who want to
debate anonymously. I only debate with reputable scholars. I made this
decision because often, Muslims moved by their faith and zealotry, but with
little knowledge of Islam, challenge me to debate. They rehash the same
tried and refuted arguments that bore everyone and disappear. Then, other
Muslims, either accuse me of fabricating those debates or pooh-pooh my
opponents for not being scholars.
As of this day, I am also doubling the reward. If you are not a reputable
scholar, you can still win the prize. All you have to do is persuade a
scholar to debate with me. If he (she) disproves my charges or can prove
that Muhammad was a prophet of God, both you and he (she) will be rewarded

scholar and convince them that Islam is in danger and that it is their duty

Yes, Islam is in grave danger. Never, since its inception, Islam has faced a
threat as serious as this. Today, millions of ex-Muslims are questioning the
claimed truth of Islam, can make their criticisms heard worldwide, and
unlike before, not fear for their lives. As long as these questions are not

realization that among a billion Muslims there is not a single scholar who
can prove the wild claims of Muhammad, nor acquit him of these grave
charges. This unmet challenge has a sobering effect on them. They can make
any excuse, such as, I am not worth their response, that there have been
greater men than me who opposed Islam, or that I have been refuted already,
but they will not be able to fool themselves. The more this challenge is
circulated, the more Muslims will be forced to remain silent and doubt
Islam. Do not undermine the psychological effect of this impossible
challenge.
