has ruled. Judge G. Bruce Lee won't sentence the dunecoon at the
request of his fecal colored shitnics who suspect that Ahmed Omar Abu
Ali, 24, of Falls Church, might have been caught by the eavesdropping
on al-Qaida program.
In a ruling made public Tuesday, the whacko nigger who was appointed a
judge by $Lick Willy, gave prosecutors until March 9 to submit a sworn
declaration from a top government official to say whether and how any
information from the al-Qaida Surveillance Program was used to catch
Ahmed Omar Abu Ali. Outraged prosecutors oppose any sentencing delay
or dismissal. They were unaware of any evidence obtained through the
surveillance program, but conceded they may not know exactly how
investigators obtained all the evidence to nab Ahmed Omar Abu Ali
before he could carry out his evil schemes.
The leftist Clitonista africoon judge said he wanted to be sure that
none of Ahmed Omar Abu Ali's Terrorist Rights were violated. Defense
shitnics said they have no evidence Ahmed Omar Abu Ali was trapped by
the terrorist surveillance program, but they claim he might have
because of the eavesdropping program's focus on al-Qaida of which he
was a member. Raised in suburban Washington, D.C., Ahmed Omar Abu Ali
admitted that he joined al-Qaida in 2003 while at a Madrasa in Saudi
Arabia and was planning on assassinating President Bush and
establishing al-Qaida cells in the United States.
He pretended he was tortured into a false confession, but a jury
rejected that bullshit and convicted him on all counts. He faces a
mandatory minimum of 20 years in prison unless the idiot fucking fecal
colored nigger judge that $Lick Willy saddled us with releases him
because in his opinion Terrorist's Rights were somehow violated by
Bush...
