What happened in 1995 from April-September that
so few posts were archived here?

The previous month, March 1995, had 403 posts. Then,
all of a sudden an "average of" one post a month for the
next six months.
In context to the total history for a.r.e. that looks like
quite an anomaly. IOW, uneven, irregular.
What happened there? Does anybody remember?
