"Is anyone aware of the woman Omnec Onec? She was
previously known as Sheila Gipson. Came into Eckankar
community in the 70's, I believe. Anyway she claims to be
from Venus. She was born there and when she was 7 she
visited Rami Nuri in the City of Retz and was asked if she
wanted to carry out a special mission, through which she
would have to live her remaining days here in the physical,
on Earth. She agreed and had her uncle fly her here in a
spaceship. She stopped a few weeks in Agam Des (which is a
space-port for those beings coming from other planets/planes
to Earth). There she acclimated to a denser existence. She
met Yaubl Sacabi. Interesting...at that time she describes
him as having long hair and not bald as we view him today.
Her experiences were recorded in a book called, "From Venus I
Came". It is out of print but, if you can get your hands on
one, well worth the read. (Wendelle Stevens was the
publisher).

You see Eckankar on Earth (my understanding) came here by way

The REAL Galactic Federation, (as opposed to the
FICTIONAL or ALLEGORICAL one in the Star Trek series), is
described in the book "You Are Becoming A Galactic Human", by
Virginia Essene and Sheldon Nidle. Actually, I first found
out about it twenty years ago from the bi-weekly Cosmic
Awareness Communications newsletters channeled by Paul
Shockley, which I subscribed to for several years, [and where
I first read about Eckankar and Sant Mat].
The REAL Galactic Federation, along with the Earth's
Spiritual Hierarchy (which I believe is headquartered
primarily in the secret spiritual city of Agam Des), has been
since late 1996 providing us with TWICE-WEEKLY 3-page
Updates, telepathically thru Sheldan Nidle of the Planetary
Activation Organization (PA'O) (formerly called "The Ground
Crew Project"), most of them still posted on the web site
http://www.paoweb.com/updates.htm .
According to these sources, the REAL Galactic Federation
is four and a half million years old. They have starships
(about 20 MILLION of them cloaked and surrounding Earth now),
transporter beams (with a 10 million mile range), Star-Trek-
type REPLICATORS, and even HOLODECKS ! They also have moon-
or planet-sized mother ships in our solar system. About 40
percent of them are HUMAN. The rest are a mixture of
reptoids, dinoids, insectoids, amphiboids, and beings
resembling bears, horses, and shelless turtles. They are
FULLY CONSCIOUS Beings who use ALL of their potential brain
power (compared to ONLY a few percent of it in Earth humans),
and they have natural psychic abilities such as telepathy.
They are eagerly awaiting the go-ahead from Earth's
Spiritual Hierarchy to perform a First Contact mass UFO
landing (20 MILLION ships worldwide escorted by Angels),
after which they will share their amazing technologies
(REPLICATORS, etc.) with us all.
PHYSICAL Subplanes !
I have read that the PHYSICAL Universe ITSELF has SIX
subdivisions or subplanes, (ALL of them BELOW the Astral
Plane with its 150 subplanes), usually referred to as
"DIMENSIONS" or "DENSITIES" by Space Aliens and related
literature (books like "The RA Material", "You Are Becoming A
Galactic Human", etc.). We now live in the 3rd Dimension
(lowest). Space Aliens usually hang out in the 4th, 5th, or
6th Dimensions, but sometimes pop into our 3rd Dimension by
somehow lowering the vibration rates of their spacecraft.
Being in higher physical dimensions allows them to travel
much faster between solar systems, and probably also makes
possible some of their other amazing technologies.
I suspect that the secret Spiritual Cities such as Agam
Des also exist in these higher PHYSICAL dimensions ("supra-
physical"), possibly even in the 7th or 8th Dimensions. The
entire planet Earth may soon move into the 4th and 5th
Dimensions, according to some GALACTIC FEDERATION Updates on
the website http://www.paoweb.com/updates.htm .
I wonder if the 4th, 5th, and 6th PHYSICAL Dimensions
are what is REALLY meant when Eckankar literature states that
the UFO's are "Astral" in origin.

Sheldon Nidle Test
Background:
Sheldon Nidle is the author of "You are Becoming a Galactic
Human", which is a detailed account by Sheldon,
channeling a being called "Washta" who is with the Syrian
Council of the Galactic Federation. This book goes into
detail on how our earth will be passing through a "photon
belt" and along with the landings of 15 million ships from
the Galactic Federation, life as we know it will change for
the next 2000 years. Don't worry though folks, its a
good change. The overall view is that the ailing and
handicapped will be healed, we will have pollution free energy,
and all will attain long lives with full consciousness and
psychic abilities. The information presented is similar in
nature to many other sources from around the world both in
the "New Age" and Ufology arenas. Sheldon's
information has more of an impact world wide then any of the
other sources I am aware of. The problem is that
most of it is subjective in nature. However the fact that so
many different sources which are unrelated both in
current time and historically in religious text etc...,
begins to make one wonder if there is an objective basis, for all
of this to occur. This is why Psi Applications has
endeavored to sift through all of this material and document the
"nuts and bolts" data that does exist, to draw some
realistic conclusions as to the reality of a "Federation", "photon
belt" etc... Psi Applications works forward with an open
mind bearing caution, and heeding the need for
documentation and proof, so that humanity may be validated
by truth and not deception. Investigative techniques

Basis for Test:
On September 14th of 1996 Sheldon Nidle was a guest on Joe
Dale's UFO report. I was a Co-Host on that
show where I interviewed and questioned Sheldon. During that
interview, we asked that Sheldon allow Washta to
talk through him so we could acquire many answers to
questions that one would ask assuming a true E.T. source.
A mutual relationship of respect and cooperation was
established between myself and Sheldon so that I was able
to call him and arrange for a one on one interview at his
home location. This interview proceeded in early October
at his home.
The atmosphere was very congenial and Sheldon appeared very
relaxed and cooperative. His girlfriend was there
and we all proceeded to talk and discuss matters related to
all the material. I expressed the need, importance and
desire, to obtain solid documentable evidence of any of his
claims. As Psi Application's agendas were revealed to
them they became even more intensely interested. Sheldon's
girlfriend began to express an interest and caring for
my intentions and efforts in documentation of the truths
related to these matters. She stated that she was really not
from this planet but was a starseed from another planet sent
here to assist in the transformation. When asked if she
was born in a body on this planet she responded yes. She
claimed that she was not comfortable talking in Earth
language and was much more comfortable talking in her native
"alien" language. She also stated that she would be
willing to allow me to interview her on any information I
desired about the cosmos, and how it worked. She would
have to answer in her native tongue and Sheldon would
translate. When I asked Sheldon if this was feasible he
stated that they both came from the same place and he could
speak this language also. They both began to speak
this language between themselves and the stage was set for
the interview. Before I proceeded, I received
permission from both of them to record it for informative,
investigative purposes. One hour of the hottest questions
a human from Earth could possibly ask proceeded with answers
coming back in a foreign alien language
interpreted by Sheldon. A week later I asked Sheldon if he
would be willing to allow me to replay portions of the
taped interview with only her talking to see if he could
interpret what she was saying again. Only this time he
would only hear her part. Not the questions or the answers.
He replied "sure", and seemed quite relaxed and
confident about it. On 12/7/96 he was interviewed again on
Joe Dale's Starfire Program. I asked him once more if
we could conduct this test. He seemed nervous this time
however and stated that he had moved beyond that
situation and wanted to concentrate on other material. When
I explained this test would be done off the air and
not on the show he relaxed. I explained the need to provide
documentation to validate him and he agreed to us
conducting the test the following week. We agreed that I
would call him on 12/11/96, Wednesday evening to set
up a time for Thursday.
Test Protocols:
With a witness present, a test tape would be developed of
the master interview tape. Five different sections from
the tape would be dubbed which would only have Sheldon's
girlfriend talking in the alien language. No section
would be over 5 seconds long. Each section would be listed
by side and tape counter number. His response
would be recorded after listening to each section. The
second part of the test tape would have each section
dubbed again but this time with the question and
interpretation also present. Also would be the score achieved.
The master tape would remain locked up in a safe as evidence
of an unhampered with source.
Test Results:
12/11/96 - Two attempts were made to contact Sheldon this
evening. Phone number and messages were left with
the same person who answered. They stated he would be
calling me back. No returned call was received.
12/12/96 - In morning attempt was made to contact Sheldon.
Person whom answered the phone stated they
would be talking with him shortly and would discuss the
nature of my call with him. I explained that the test was all
set up and would take less then 5 minutes to conduct. They
stated that I would receive a call back shortly. After
no call was received for 45 minutes I called back an got the
same person. They explained that Sheldon received
the information and would be calling me if he was
interested. When I asked if he expressed that he might not be
interested they replied that may be the case. I explained
that he had already agreed to this twice with one time
being on the show, and that this was for no other reason
then to help validate the reality of his claims. They said
they knew that and that Sheldon was extremely busy and just
needed to think about it before he proceeded with
it. I stated that I would report this fact in our
documentation and that we would attempt the test next week. They
agreed that to be a congenial way to proceed. I asked how
things were proceeding and they stated that things
were quite interesting. They expected the first "photon
belt" to move in on Monday, 12/16/96.

still waiting? This guy as well as fradulent messiahs (can you say Ron
Hubbard and Scientology?) are thick in today's pop culture.
Unfortunately so many people are lost and looking for something, these
bungholes can suck them in (and their check books). Why is it those that
can channel, or have psycokenisis, or ESP or any other "strange"
ability fall short when Randi gets ahold of them. Answer - they are
frauds. "Photon Belt"? "Physical Dimensions"? Maybe read a little of
John Gribbin to brush up so you don't look so stupid.
