I went all funny today on F/B and penned this for a few
Uptight Face Book "Friends" visiting.

Watch sparkling water under bridge head off to waiting sea,
a glorious sunset leads it on, rebinding you and me.
Our disagreements washed away our thoughts replaced

Better, because it came out spontaneously, the inner self bursting out
of its bounds upon the world. It feels good when that happens but ,
not of course to Matthew , he's accustomed to it, happens to him all

If you listen carefully, you'll hear the great man himself say he's
flying over ' home'' to Ireland here for a pint of Guinness - maybe in
The Black Cat ( howls ) - his 6th great grand uncle Bishop John
Kearney's tomb was discovered this year in the ancient Irish
Cathedral of Kilkenny, so he's invited over by The Mayor and
Corporation to receive the honour of the Freedom of the City of
Kilkenny !!!

The Corrigans are enjoying a smash hit with their song, they're booked
solid all across the USA ! Here's a clip that features the One Hoss
Town of Moneygall , Countyy Offaly, in the middle of Ireland, from
whence his Irish half sprung .

A lot of people including Americans look on him as Half - African, we
look on him as one of the Black Irish, one of our own. He's supposed
to visit Ireland in 2011 .

One thing is for sure, come the next Presidential Election , Barack
Obama will have a massive Irish vote from coast to coast, they're is
just no way of stopping that steamroll now....

Oh Tom, I am so glad you are content to never change. How it must be,

My "two pals in Florida"? You misunderstand. I'm not part of your

You merely lack perspective. I change continually.

It's such a shame that you see everything in terms of "expanded
boundaries". You're really not going to eat the universe, you know.
You cannot "expand your boundaries" forever. Someday you are going to
lose them altogether. What a fright that will be for you.

You mean beyond turning your whole "Druid" religion into a mere
historical footnote and a pastime for socially maladapted kooks like
you?

I quote all sorts of people from all over the world who say things
well. But most xenophobes find that objectionable. They want to keep
their little minds focused only on their local delusions. The idea of
taking a larger view is just too much of a threat.

"Local delusions"? Ah, you must mean like McGrath is still stuck on
the very false theory that Ignatius Donnelly proposed that "Irish
Druids" originally came from Atlantis. This is exceptionally funny and
thoroughly delusional seeing as Donnelly plagiarized the main corpus
of his text from H.P. Blavatsky's works, barely changing a word, and
merely throwing "Irish" into the mix.

Ahh, my pain in the arse is back !

Irish Druids are completely self-assured in our own natiive Tradition,
at a Great Meeting of sixteen of us Irish Druids from the Cill
Choinnigh-Ceatharlach Tuatha , it was generally agreed that American
Druidry is substandard and vastly inferior ( even to Con Connor's
outfit) as far as Irish Druidry is concerned, that any help and
assistance we can extend will be gladly given because of this to
those most deservous . But it was also agreed that ard is not in any
way representative of American Druidry, nor is it the fault of
American Druids either.

Poor attempt at changing the subject, George.

You should read more current books on Atlantis theory rather than
relying on Donnelly's plagiarized moldy tome.

As well, for being as much of a chest-thumping-Irish-nationalist as
you are, you discredit your own people by not giving them credit
enough to have constructed something as wonderful as Newgrange without
outside influence.

Such a sad, sad, case you are there, Michael.

The Egerton Sykes Library is located here in Virginia Beach:

http://www.edgarcayce.org/

I've read and studied the books to be found in the Egerton Sykes Room
of the A.R.E. Library. The library itself represents the largest
collection of esoteric books to be found in one place in the world. If
one is a member, then books can be checked out and returned via mail.
There are even books by Donnelly to be found here.

One can learn more about Egerton Sykes and his work here:

http://www.seachild.net/

As with all things, new knowledge can only be found through inquiry
and beyond experimentation, experience in life and living, and/or
grwing up and studying at the knee of tradition.

Sturgeon's Law says that "90% of everything is bullshit." It is the
10% that is gleaned from the B.S. experience that is worthwhile.

Hey, dipshit Archturd! Wake up (or should I say SOBER UP) and actually

Of course you "won't explain anything anymore", for the simple reason

Why ' The Ivar Cutler School of Enlightenment ' ?
Did he counsel exposure to the facts of life as kids ?

Its very difficult to tell you what Ivar Cutler made of any aspect of
life, even though he is possessed of very keen observation. I think
he liked it that way. He was a 'rug puller' or one of those people
that can swipe the tablecloth and leave the cups and cutlery as they
were.

Subject: Atlantean Druids

It is obvious now, when all is said and done, that the British Isles,
with Newgrange, Stonehenge, and all the rest of the remnant marvels of
those ancient times, were the inspiration for the Atlantis Theory, and
that the Druids were the descendants of thhe priest-scientists of
'Atlantis' .

For in no other way could the Druids have arrived in Ireland since
any 'Celtic' immigration into here is now firmly ruled out by
scientists on scientific grounds , no more to be adjudicated on that
since Science has spoken .

' Celtic' is now but a STYLE as applied to the British Isles - and a
fair money-making industry too !!!

Newgrange & Stonehenge etc were built by Atlantean Druids , the
original Druids .

Funny, that sure sounds like you're having "Druids" arrive in Ireland
to tech the poor backwards lot to me!

Still a piss-poor attempt at changing the subject as Kent remarked.

The subject being your peddling of Donnelly's nutzo "Druids from Atlantis"
bullcrap which ole whacko Ignatius already plagiarized from Blavatzky.

only that your utterly boring nationalist trivia, as always, hasn't
anything to do with the charter of this newsgroup; even remotely

Ancient Legends? The 19th Century is "ancient"? Donnelly wrote that
crap in 1882, hardly ancient. Besides, anyone who even has the
remotest understanding of Blavatsky's works (which Donnelly was BLIND
to) knows that she was speaking metaphorically when it came to
Atlantis. her works were about developing one's self in spiritual
matters, not history.

A lot of teachers have taught through metaphors, allegories and even
kennings. In most respects Atlantis is a primal subconscious memory of
the mind and being rather than an actual place. It's like the Abyss,
the Eye of the Needle (though an actual city gate), the HGA, the
Dragon's Breath, the Dark Night of the Soul, Avicci, Avalon, Afagddu,
Avichi, and many other metaphors like these.

The Victorian mind was so firmly encased that it had a very deep and
dark subconscious.
