Unity of the Spirit Retreat: Word Games

Wow, some you have really sent along some wonderful suggestions for
the handbook of the retreat we are planning.

Here is one idea I liked and needs further work.

Develop a cross word puzzle incorporating words from various
faiths. This is a great idea ! It will help people understand the
words of other faiths and what they mean. So I found some
software that developes the puzzle after you plug in the word
and the meaning. It was an idea that is so great we are having
severl puzzles. Now we need help with the words and meanings.
If you would like to submit a word for our puzzles that would be
a big help.

So far we have a Spiritual Salutation Puzzle which uses
words like Merry Meet (Wiccan), Maranatha (Christian),
Shalom (Jewish) and Namaste (Hindu)

Can you suggest some other words that indicate a spiritual salutation
at all ?

And we have a spiritual leader crossword puzzle whereby we
use the name of a spiritual leader or name of God. Like Jesus Christ,
Sai Baba, Allah, Dalai Lama...etc..

Please send us your words complete with definitions that we can
include in our puzzle.

Thanks to those who responded to this message and to those that
didn't respond with flames or judgements.

I am busy collecting inspired quotes from past and present
spiritual leaders whose words ministered Unity and Peace between
people. I already have some from Jesus Christ and Paramahansa
Yogananda. But I would like unifying quotes from other religious
leaders too. Like Bahai, Muslims, Pagans and all other religions.

I would like quotes from all so all religions can be represented
indicating what we all have in common as a common people.

Hello all,

I want to share with you all what I am planning to do. I have a
project planned whereby we will be having a special event called
Unity of the Spirit Week here in Daytona Beach Florida. We have lot's
of attractions for people interested in spiritual and metaphysical
type things. This past month has been a real spiritual adventure
for me here meeting people, visiting sites , tourist attractions that
I felt God has given me an idea to have a special event here once
a year at Easter whereby people can come from all over the US
to visit this area and feel close to the Spirit of God.

I need help as we are putting together a book based on this theme
of "Uniting People in the Spirit" This book will be used to bring
this event together.

If you have anything you would like to contribute like a Poem or
a Prayer or even a Picture (Gif), riddle or anything that is based
on this theme of uniting people in the Spirit we would love to
include it in our book.

Also, your prayers and meditations for this event would be greatly
appreciated.
