ANSWER: Because Capital HIll is loaded and I mean loaded with former
former representatives of JPMorgan.

Over the past years, many financial representatives from the banking
industry and Wall St. have ended up in jail for raping investors.

JPMorgan, under the control of Jamie Dimon, has lost at least $
2,000,000,000

FROM Wiki:

Relations with the Obama Administration

Dimon is a Democrat and worked in Barack Obama's adopted hometown of
Chicago.

After Obama won the 2008 presidential election, there was speculation
that Dimon would serve in the Obama Administration as Secretary of the
Treasury. Obama eventually named the president of the Federal Reserve
Bank of New York, Timothy Geithner, to the position.[30]

Congress should make a law that says all investments must make money.
Anyone who loses money on an investment will be a criminal.
