Sam stood there it was cold, ice cold, and he stood low lit dark night
on top on some car park, he looked down maybe 150ft down, he stood
facing life, facing death, he had no idea why he was there ( Matt
4v5 ) he wondered why he was alive, where he had come from, what the
purpose of life was.

He stood there looking at the horizon, some hills in the distance, on
the hills it was really bloody cold, he knew he'd only last a few
hours there, so here he was staring death in the face but having no
reason to live either. He thought back to Matthew 4 when Jesus was
tempted by the devil to jump of the temple, it was just a car park
hardly a glamorous temple. Jesus had a mission, Sam had nor reason at
all to be alive, everything he tired failed, every job was a dead end,
every girl ended up walking away, he knew not why, he'd tried and
failed, everything came to nothing, he was staring at meaninglessness
and death. Everyone would die Sam thought, everyone would grow old,
nothing made any sense anymore to Sam. What was he here for? All the
jobs came to nothing, all he had faded away due to inflation, people
came and went, there was no consistency, just the constant facing
death, death of the economy, death of his ideals, death of the
constitution, everything was dying, what was coming? Some kind of
pointless new world order that still mean't death, indeed the changes
were destroying the world faster than ever before, he stood he stared
he dropped he died, it was all pointless.
