The Bible calls angels spirits, also God is a spirit. (John 4:24)
Spirits are invisible beings (angels) created a little higher than
humans. They are likely what people call as ghosts. These are the bad
spirits.

Spirit lives in the spiritual world. The spiritual world is not the
physical world. Life on Earth is the spirit of life manifesting itself
into the physical world. The spirit of life itself still lives in the
spiritual world. Therefore, we, as life, may appear to exist in the
physical world, but our essence of life, which is the spirit within, has
always been living in the spiritual world. In reality, we are not
animals living on Earth. We are children of God living in the spiritual
heaven instead.

God's spiritual evidence:

Truth, love, wisdom, compassion, knowledge, consciousness, intelligence,
happiness, faith, courage, justice, peace, freedom, and life itself.

God's spiritual evidence is evident in everyone.
Find it and treasure it because it's the covenant of God.
It's the reason why we are given this life on earth.
It's the foundation why we can have meaning in life.

Let's all honor our personal spiritual evidence of God for the sake of
Christ!

So you're saying the Holy Spirit is just an angel?

The Bible calls angels spirits.

Here are some words describing the Holy Spirit so-called person:

--“that: Mt 1:20
--“holy spirit in bodily shape like a dove “ (Lu 3:22) No where in the
Bible does a righteous person take the form of an animal.
--”this” (Acts 2:33)
--”it” (Acts 8:16)
--”it” (Acts 11:15)
--“it” (Acts 20:23)
--”it” (1 Cor 12:11)
--”which” [not who] (Eph 1:13)
--”which” [not who] (2 Tim 1:14)

The Bible has several meanings for the word "spirit". Depending how
the Bible uses the word, determines the particular meaning that it
has.

(The same is true in many languages. For example, the English word
"spike". It can mean (1)a snaillike fastener, (2) a small fish, (3) to
add alcohol to a drink, etc. Thus regardless of whether the original
word comes from Latin (spica), it can stray away from that original
meaning.)

But the Bible's use of the word does not stray quite so far away from
its original meaning of 'force in motion'. The Bible's use of "spirit"
(Hebrew "ruach" and Greek "pneuma") can mean:

(1) a force in motion.

(2) wind. Ex 10:13, "...the LORD made an east wind [ruach] blow across
the land...

(3) the vital force in living creatures. Such as Psalm 146:4 quoted
earlier.

(4) spirit persons. Such as God and his angels and Jesus in Heaven.
See Mt 8:16; Joh 4:24; 1 Ki 22:21.

(5) God's active force. Commonly called Holy Spirit. See He 2:4.

All these meanings have something in common: They all refer to that
which is invisible to human sight and which gives evidence of force in
motion. And such invisible force is capable of producing visible
effects.

Yes to summarize. God's Holy Spirit is the 'muscle' behind God's
actions. It is defined as a "force in motion". It is the force God
uses to accomplish His will.

I don't think the victims of 9/11 would agree that they were in a
"spiritual heaven", at that time.

And demons. The Bible does claim that
demonic possession is a real thing.
