Why don't you switch to keeping the FAITH of Jesus Christ and keep the Ten

HAVE THE TESTIMONY OF JESUS CHRIST." THOSE WHO HAVE THE FAITH OF JESUS
CHRIST KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS.
(Rev 14:12 KJV) "Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep
the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus." The Saints of the Jewish
Christ keep His Ten Commandments, not the revived ten commandment of the
Catholic Church.
(Mat 12:30 KJV) "He that is not with me is against me; and he that
gathereth not with me scattereth abroad." The Christ of Israel will not
accept people who worship both the god associated with the worship of the
HOST of HEAVENS and Himself. Israel was cut off for not giving up their SUN
religion that they brought with them out of EGYPT.

darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is

is the WORSHIP of the HOST of HEAVENS.

The Catholic Church got reed of the Sabbath Day of the God of Israel and
Constantine the Great in 327 Commanded all the people in his Roman Empire
except those in agriculture to keep his new day in honor of the SUN GOD he
worshipped.
If you act on the TRUTH they can be set free from the Babylon ancient
religion of astrology. Every religion in the WORLD is based on the study of
the Stars except the teachings of Christ Jesus who is the source of all
life. The Vatican still has it observatories in Tucson, Arizona and in Rome

choose to convert to the Church which Jesus Christ established.

unmoveable Rock), then Jesus told Simon Peter that He was
building His Church "Upon this Rock". Simon Peter was the first
Bishop of Rome, and today John Paul is the senior Bishop (Pope)
and is the 265th Pope.

First off, the Bible NEVER calls Peter Bishop of Rome. He is alleged

Yes, but what is so demonic about such activity? The vast majority of people
(the common people) were functionally illiterate. To study the Bible, was a
function of only those were "literate". If one could speak and read Latin,
then one could use the Vulgate. However, if one of the few literate then
"translated" the Vulgate (ie the liturgical property of the Roman - western
Church) into some local language without seeking permission from the
"Church" of course would oppose the "theological plagiarist".

Hello. Good point. It is no longer necessary for Christians to
adhere to Saturday as our day of worship. Any day is acceptable.
With your indulgence I will quickly go over what Lutherans teach about
this part of Scripture. "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy."
The Sabbath was a specific day set aside for rest and study of God's
Word. This means that we should fear and love God that we may not
despise preaching and His Word, but hold it sacred and gladly hear and
learn it. Does God require that Christians observe the Sabbath
(Saturday) and other holy days of the OT? He does not, for in the NT
the Sabbath and other holy days were abolished by God Himself. Matt.
12:8; Col. 2:16,17.
Did God command Christians to observe any day? God did not. Rom.
14:5,6. Why do we observe Sunday and other church festivals? In order
to have time and opportunity for public worship. Heb. 10:25; Acts
2:42.
When do we sin against these words "Remember etc."? When we despise
preaching and the Word of God. This is done when we do not attend
public worship, when we do not use the written Word of God and the
Sacraments, or when we use the Word of God and the Sacraments
negligently or carelessly.
So what does God require of us in this passage? We should hold
preaching and the Word of God sacred. We should gladly hear it, learn
it, and meditate upon it. We should honor and support the preaching
and teaching of the Word of God. We should diligently spread the Word
of God.

Interesting that the trinity filth would try to claim Peter
as "papa" when they do NOT OBEY WHAT PETER TAUGHT!
Please notice carefully that Jesus told Peter "when" he was
converted. This proves that Peter was not yet "converted" (after
Peter *was* converted and received the POWER, he NEVER denied
Jesus.)
Luke 22:31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath

Note in the above verse that Jesus did not consider Peter to
be converted yet.

When Jesus spoke of the "church" He spoke of it in "future tense"
(the church was not started until the book of Acts).

Jesus gave Peter the keys to unlock the door to the new testament
church.
Matthew 16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom
of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound
in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be
loosed in heaven.
Peter unlocked the door to the church on the day of Pentecost
in approximately 33 AD.
Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized

The man with the keys from Jesus declared that Acts 2:38 was for
as many as God would call but trinity filth reject Jesus
Name baptism!

and the same day there were added [unto them] about three
thousand souls.
Three thousand had their sins remitted by being baptised in Jesus
name.
Acts 2:42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine
and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.
They did not depart from that "Apostles' doctrine". But Paul
later gave instructions concerning "men pleasing" deceivers
like trinitarians that might come along:
Galatians 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any
other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you,
let him be accursed.
Galatians 1:9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any [man]
preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let
him be accursed.
Galatians 1:10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to
please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant
of Christ.

I respectfully disagree. You have given one interpretation, pretty
much that of the Roman Catholic church, but it is not correct.
1) Jesus did not found the Roman Catholic church. Any study of
church history makes this plain, if for no other reason than the
church was in existence before any disciples got to Rome.
2) "Peter" is "Petros" in Greek, while "rock" is "petra." It is
crucial to note that the masculine "petros" means "rock" in the sense
of a stone or pebble, while the feminine "petra" indicates an
immovable boulder or a portion of the earth's crust. As such, "rock"
does not refer to "Peter" but to his confession. Thus Christ's church
is built on the truth of Peter's confession not on Peter. Jesus was
making a play on words.
3) The church was and is built on confessions/doctrine/truth. God
builds the church. He may use us, but it is His work. All men are
sinful and incapable of any good work without God.
4) You may be skirting around the issue of Apostolic Succession. The
RC church and some others (Episcopalian I think, also the Lutheran
church in Sweden) teach that there is a direct man to man link from
any current pastor/priest among them tracable right back to Peter.
This of course is impossible to prove, but even if it were provable it
makes no difference. Personally I don't believe that such an
unbreakable chain exists.
5) Quote from "The Church and Her Fellowship, Ministry, and

"There is of course a true apostolic succession, but it has little to

Luke 22:24-26, JB: "A dispute arose also between them [the apostles] about
which should be reckoned the greatest, but he said to them, 'Among pagans it
is the kings who lord it over them, and those who have authority over them
are given the title Benefactor. This must not happen with you.'" (If Peter
were the "rock," would there have been any question as to which one of them
"should be reckoned the greatest"?)
Since Jesus Christ, the head of the congregation, is alive, does he need
successors?
Jesuit John McKenzie, when professor of theology at Notre Dame, wrote:
"Historical evidence does not exist for the entire chain of succession of
church authority."-The Roman Catholic Church (New York, 1969), p. 4.
The New Catholic Encyclopedia admits: " . . . the scarcity of documents
leaves much that is obscure about the early development of the episcopate .
. . "-(1967), Vol. I, p. 696.
Of the text of Matthew 16:18, : "Thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will
build my church." (Douay) Dutch scholar Desiderius Erasmus expressed his
surprise that those words should have been applied exclusively to the pope,
and he rejected entirely the primacy of Peter. Little wonder that many of
the writings of Erasmus were prohibited, even in the universities.
Augustine (354-430 C.E.), usually called "Saint Augustine," at one time
believed that Peter was the rock-mass but later changed his view. He wrote:
"The rock is not so named from Peter, but Peter from the rock (non enim a
Petro petra, sed Petrus a petra), even as Christ is not so called after the
Christian, but the Christian after Christ. For the reason with the Lord
says, 'On this rock I will build my church,' is that Peter had said: 'Thou
art the Christ, the Son of the living God.' On this rock, which thou hast
confessed, says he, I will build my church. For Christ was the rock (petra
enim erat Christus), upon which also Peter himself was built; for other
foundation can no man lay, than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ."
It is of interest to note that Archbishop Kenrick, in the book An Inside
View of the Vatican Council (1870), shows that of at least eighty-six early
church "fathers," only seventeen understood Jesus' reference to the "rock"
as applying to Peter. Were you aware of this?
In support of the Roman Catholic position four claims are made: (1) That
Peter was the first pope, being given headship by Jesus' words: "Thou art
Peter, and it is upon this rock that I will build my church." (Matt. 16:18,
Msgr. Knox) (2) That St. Peter came to Rome and there ended his pontificate.
(3) That the bishops of Rome who came after him held his official position i
n the church. (4) That this line of successors has continued unbroken down
to the present time. What do the Scriptures, the facts of history and reason
indicate regarding these claims?
Does the first claim hold, that Matthew 16:18 applies to Peter as the rock
on which the Christian congregation is built? Some Bible translations, such
as the Revised Standard Version, show that in the Greek two different words
are used: Petros being translated "Peter," and petra, "rock." This in itself
would seem to indicate that Jesus did not mean that Peter was the rock on
which he would build his congregation, especially when we note that Petros
is masculine and petra feminine.
But, say some, Jesus spoke in Aramaic and in that language the same word
ke'pha is used in each instance. True, but let it be noted that in his
expression "on this rock" Jesus used a feminine demonstrative pronoun,
translated "this," which he would not have done had he meant that Peter is
the rock on which his congregation was to be built. It was, no doubt,
because this feminine demonstrative pronoun made it apparent that Jesus
intended to distinguish between Peter and the rock on which his congregation
was to be built that Matthew when translating into Greek used two different
nouns, Petros and petra. (Incidentally, the evidence indicates that Matthew
first wrote his gospel in Hebrew and then himself translated it into Greek.)
We cannot imagine Matthew's being so careless as to use two different nouns
if Jesus had not intended to make any distinction. And so we have a modern
literal translation of Jesus' words as follows: "You are Peter [Petros,
masculine], and on this rock-mass [petra, feminine] I will build my
congregation."
Have those who claim to be successors to the apostles really taught and
practiced what Christ and his apostles did?
The Catholic Chuch have blessed the arms of war, Tortured and killed those
that disagreed with them, engaged in politics, and covered up the abuse of
children by their own clergy.

name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Sigh. Don't try

Now, if Peter is the founder, where is the Holy Ghost in the Catholic
Chirch?
Acts 15:7 And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said

choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the
gospel, and believe.
Acts 15:8 And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them

And where is the baptism in the name of Jesus and the baptism of the Holy
Ghost?
