Here's part of a forwarded message from DPI Books via the ICC's e-mailing
network.

Ann Lucas put out a hospitality book back at Crossroads in the late
'70's early '80's. It was called "Hospitality Handbook."

I still have my copy.

History again repeats itself. :)
