Police/Fire Defraud Tax Payers, Conspire To Inflate Pensions

Retiring Omaha Police and Fire Fighters used massive amounts of overtime near the end of their careers to inflate their retirement pensions prior to retirement. Union leaders conspired to perpetrate the scam on the Omaha tax payer and dozens of fire fighters and police officers participated.
Union leaders and fire/police criminals claim the practice, known as "spiking", is legal, but it is actually a common form of fraud.
The fraud perpetrated by dozens of retiring "heroes" allowed officers and fire pukes to receive pensions thousands and in some cases tens of thousands of dollars more than their yearly sallaries even at their peak pay rate.
One police offficer retired at age 48 last year after twenty some odd years with the Omaha Police Division. His yearly pension thanks to the fraud is $85K/yr. while his pay at its peak before retirement was just over $66K/yr.

The Nazi run city of Omaha has yet to file criminal charges. And, without federal intervention, will likely never do so living in fear of their "heroes" as they have for over forty plus years. No charges were ever filed against two Omaha Police Division officers who were child rapists and heroin traffickers in Omaha for forty years nor were charges filed against former Omaha mayor Hal Daub for the multiple rapes and heroin poisonings of children Daub committed in Omaha and is likely still committing.
On the contrary. Not only did Hal Daub get away with raping the mothers of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish and torturing their children, he was rewarded for the crimes by the people of Nebraska and later spent four terms as a US Congressman. President George W. Bush also rewarded Daub for being a rapist when Daub's star fell in Omaha by appointing him to his Presidential Administration.
Daub currently is running for Mayor of Omaha once again as the career politician and criminal continues to charade as a respectible citizen and man who can be trusted as do the Omaha Fire and Police Divisions.
No investigation of these crimes has taken place as Omaha residents, ruled for decades by Nazis, accept their fate like sheep rather than fight the injustice.

It's fraud only if they didn't work the hours that they put in for. If
they worked the hours, they are entitled to the compensation.
When it comes to public safety (police and fire) there's more things
that need to be done than there are people-hours to do them.

Its fraud because they intentionally gamed the system to obtain a higher
pension. And to further the insult we don't even know if they actually
worked. A few years back the same story was brought to light in a nearby
city and it turned out there was collusion. Logs were "adjusted" to
reflect higher hours in order to score a bigger pension.

If it was legal, it was not fraud.
You may argue that the rules or the law should be changed, but until
then, they are as entitled to "game the system" as you are to claim
every possible deduction on your income tax.
