Two prayers. Tibetan words, please?

Could someone please the original (Tibetan) words of the following two
prayers?

Taking Refuge and Generating Bodhicitta (three times)

I take refuge until I am enlightened
In the Buddhas, the Dharma and the Sangha.
Through the positive potential I create
By practicing generosity and the other far-reaching attitudes,
May I attain Buddhahood for the sake of all sentient beings.

Refuge in the Guru (three times)

The Guru is Buddha, the Guru is Dharma,
The Guru is Sangha, also;
The Guru is the creator of all happiness:
In all Gurus I take refuge.

Most likely the text is using the Wylie transcription, it's used to
translate characters both ways, otherwise you loose data.

In a fairly simple phonetic transcription, that's:

Sang-gye choe-dang ts'ok-kyi-ch'ok-nam-la/
J'ang-ch'up b'ar-d'u dak-ni kyap-su ch'i/
Dak-g'i jin-sok gyi-pei soe-nam-kyi/
Dro-la p'en-ch'ir sang-gye drup-par shok!/

If you want the original Tibetan spelling, ask.

That one is:

La-ma sang-gye la-ma/
Ch'oe de-zhin la-ma ge-duen-te/
Kuen-gyi j'e-po la-ma-te/
La-ma-nam-la kyap-su ch'i/

(It doesn't explicitly mention 'happiness')

There are lots of prayers like these, with phonetics and English
translation, in my 'Rites and Prayers: An FPMT Manual' (Wisdom Publications,
1985) -- not sure if it's still available but you can check Wisdom's
catalogue at www.wisdompubs.com.

One of these days I hope to start making my transcriptions and translations
of Tibetan prayers and rituals available on the Web, if I can figure out how
to scan them in and make the format more flexible.

Martin,
your rites and prayers was a wonderful book,thankyou so much for making
such a useful offering to Lama`s students.
Unfortunately I lost my copy many years ago, and was unable to replace
it as it has been out of print. If you ever manage to encourage it`s
reprinting, I`ll be one of your first customers!!
Especially I miss the Mahakala sadhana, it was beautifully done.
