I miss Robert Tilton!

sabasanda! Here in the Bay Area, there were once several chances a day to
see Tilton do his thing, but since he fell victim to "the scheming lies
of SATAN!" we are as lost lambs seeking their shepherd. (Well, more like
depositors seeking a bank teller, but you know what I mean...)
RT has a much better chance at a comeback than the Bakkers. It's not like
he was ever convicted, or anything. Anyone know if he's on locally in
Dallas? I'd heard that he was still working out of a little UHF station
there.

Bob's Channel 55 in Dallas was briefly taken over by Gene Scott (!) and
then went off the air and was later REBORN with no Bob whatsoever -- Ch
55 is now run by Jim Moss, an old Bakker friend & Tilton enemy. So, no
Bob, even in his hometown of Big D, the center of the televangelist
universe. He was on for about a week in October on the Keystone
satellite, but then disappeared again. His ministry office will give no
real information (surprise). I hope everyone video taped Tilton while
they had the chance.

Jim Moss... was he one of the avuncular strong/silent types who sat on the
couch during PTL and said very little except when he was called upon to
tell a story in illustration of some point Jim was trying to make? And who
was later revealed to be one of the key financial weasels behind the PTL
empire?
Also, are you by chance the Brother Randall who once presided over the
Tilton fan club? If so, I sent you a buck once and you sent me some cool
stuff. I still have it. Did the club become something called Snake Oil? I
heard something like that happened to the club after pastor Tilton was
ground into the dust by unbelievers.
