there is a very large difference between someone that upholds the rules,
and the nazis... nazis made their own rules, and then went about them

I have been subscribing this particulare NG for quite some time now.
In that time I have been offended only twice. The first time was when
someone made a blatantly racist remarq about the skin color of the man
in one of the posts. The second time is this incessant thread.
I agree about your rights and freedom. However, manners and decorum
are a reflection of the individual. Although freedom of speach is a
fundamental right, it is against the law to yell FIRE in a theatre.
And only a fool would try to steal George Foreman's cheesburger or
make a derogatory comment about blacks in a crowded Raggae bar.
Proper decorum would prevent someone from discussing their personal
sucess in the company of unemployed people.
So far, this thread has been asking you to behave appropriately given
the audience here. You have reacted to all these comments as if they
were personal attacks. Your behaviour thus far has served only to
illustrate your lack of etiquette (or netiquette as it is called here
in cyberspace).
You will undoubtedly want to make some retaliatory remark about my
intelligence or upbringing. Please feel free to do so. I will not
retaliate. Once you have made your remark though, please be so kind
as to terminate this thread
