The commercial begins when two workers hastily return to their office
carrying their lunch -- Taco Bell's Fiesta Platters. Frazzled, one man
says, "We're late." They turn the corner and are halted by a Mariachi.
"Going somewhere with your fiesta platters?" asks the musician. "A
meeting," one of the men responds. "The meeting can wait," states the
Mariachi, "Fiesta Platters are meant to be enjoyed...." A second
Mariachi enters (guitar in-hand) with a table for two. A third
Mariachi proudly seats the two men. A female co-worker enters the
unlikely scene of two men dining in the middle of the office. "What's
going on?" she asks. "Hola," the mariachi flirtatiously greets her.
She blushes. The Mariachis gather behind the tabletop and break into
song. The spot concludes with this tagline: "Taco Bell's Fiesta
Platters: Get It Fast; Enjoy It Slow." Viewers then see the woman let
down her hair, move closer toward the Mariachi, and respond to him
with a sultry: "hola."

Katy Keene was a 1950's comic book series by Archie Comics that ripped
off Marvel's Millie The Model, from 1945.

That's a rather old ad!
