CT / CBT PROGRAMS FOR SA IN NYC?

As a Dually Diagnosed SA in NYC - with a fresh Medicaid card - I have
HUNDREDS of outpatient treatment programs to select from.

Yet - I can not identify a single program that has counselors certified
in CBT of SA.
This does seem shocking for NYC.
Do you know of ANY NYC program for SA that takes Medicaid and is
certified in practicing evidenced based treatment?
