Hi I am new to RR, I'm starting to see all the flaws with AA, it looks like
AVRT is going to win the battle of how I go about fighting my addiction.

It surely will. Remember, YOU are in control. Not your Beast.
Any thought, idea, etc that leads to your using = Addictive Voice.
Addictive Voice = Beast.
Get it? It's not that hard. You can do it.
