I've also been breaking down and putting aside the boxes as I go through
them and empty them. I offered the boxes on freecycle, and a lady is
supposed to come today after 430 to pick them up. If they aren't picked up
today, I'm just going to put them outside at the edge of the driveway for
garbage pickup. Garbage/recycle day is tomorrow morning anyways, so all the
emptied boxes will go, one way or another, this evening.
I've also had the washing machine on the go with laundry as I go through
boxes. I've been finding things like odd gloves, slippers, clothing,
whatever, and as I find pairs or items that could use a washing, they've
been going right in the wash to be put away once they're clean.
I should maybe get back to what I was doing. Just wanted an excuse to sit
down and take a few minutes of a break ;)

Yes, kind of. If I can't think of a good reason to keep it or have an idea
of where it will go, it just goes either donate box or garbage bag. I think
I counted 9 or 10 boxes when I moved the boxes and stacked them on another
side of the deck to get them out of the way. Nothing overly huge, but
mostly medium sized boxes.
And the boxes I had collapsed and gathered up empty didn't go yesterday.
The lady's husband works for the gas company and there was some explosion so
he worked overtime. She didn't make it, but said she'll be here for sure
today after 4:30 - and that works fine for me. I'll probably just add some
more boxes, if need be!
