11:30 pm on Aug. 17 in Saratoga Springs for driving while
intoxicated and 2 vehicle and traffic violations.

DWI: John Kearney, 42, of Stillwater, was arrested at
1:23 am on Aug. 18 in Saratoga Springs for driving while
intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated,
operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08
of 1%, second-degree obstruction of governmental
administration, and 3 vehicle and traffic violations.

Unlicensed Operation: Anthony Ippoliti, 52, of Galway,
was arrested at 2:57 pm on Aug. 18 in Saratoga Springs
for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a
motor vehicle and 1 vehicle and traffic violation.

Larceny: Andrew Miller, 35, of Schenectady, was arrested
at 11:27 pm on Aug. 18 in Saratoga Springs for petit larceny.

Obstruction of Justice: Marcus Fogle, 40, of Saratoga
Springs, was arrested at 3:45 am on Aug. 19 in Saratoga
Springs for second-degree obstruction of governmental
administration, resisting arrest, & 2 penal code violations.

Obstruction of Justice: Chausan Pearson, 28, of Albany,
was arrested at 2:10 am on Aug. 21 in Saratoga Springs for
second-degree obstruction of governmental administration,
false personation, and 1 penal code violation.

DWI: Guy Torsilieri, 65, of White House Station, was
arrested at 12:04 am on Aug. 22 in Saratoga Springs for
driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, operating a
motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%, and
1 vehicle and traffic violation.

DWI: Arad Waris, 24, of Albany, was arrested at 4:10 am
on Aug. 22 in Saratoga Springs for DWI and operating a
motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

Forgery: Julie Stewart, 53, of Saratoga Springs, was
arrested at 5:06 pm on Aug. 22 in Saratoga Springs for
first-degree possession of a forged instrument.

Criminal Contempt: Kevin Cuva, 48, of Saratoga Springs,
was arrested at 9:55 pm on Aug. 22 in Saratoga Springs
for first-degree criminal offense with a prior conviction
within 5 years and aggravated family offense with more than
one offense within 5 years.

Unlicensed Operation: Shayne Richardson, 28, of Saratoga
Springs, was arrested at 3:47 am on Aug. 23 in Saratoga
Springs for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation
of a motor vehicle and 2 vehicle and traffic violations.

Criminal Mischief: A minor, 18, of Greenfield Center, was
arrested at 1:37 pm on Aug. 19 in Wilton for second-degree
criminal mischief.

Child Endangerment: A minor, 18, of Clifton Park, was
arrested at 11:43 am on Aug. 19 in Clifton Park for acting
in a manner injurious to a child under 17.

Criminal Possession: Justin Clark, 28, of Rotterdam Junction,
was arrested at 8:18 pm on Aug. 19 in Clifton Park for
4 counts of 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled
substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument.

DWAI: Joshua Hayden, 26, of Schenectady, was arrested at
8:18 pm on Aug. 19 in Clifton Park for first-degree operating
a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

Larson: Austin Demarest, 25, of Glens Falls, was arrested
at 12 am on Aug. 20 in Ballston for 2 counts of petit larceny.

Criminal Mischief: Dillon Poirier, 20, of Wilton, was
arrested at 12:36 pm on Aug. 16 in Wilton for 4th-degree
criminal mischief.

DWI: Brittany Canale, 30, of Lake George, was arrested at
3:45 am on Aug. 22 in Moreau for driving while intoxicated,
operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of
1%, & 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Larceny: Melvina Grovenburg, 52, of South Glens Falls, was
arrested at 5:11 pm on Aug. 23 in Queensbury for 2 counts of
petit larceny.

Assault: Brandon Keating, 28, of Ballston Spa, was arrested
at 8:07 pm on Aug. 23 in Saratoga Spgs for 3rd-degree assault.

Criminal Possession: Dean Atwell, 32, of Mechanicville, was
arrested at 11 pm on Aug. 23 in Milton for seventh-degree
criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree
criminal possession of narcotic drugs, 4th-degree criminal
possession of hallucinogenic substances, 3rd-degree criminal
possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell
with a prior conviction, 2nd-degree criminal use of scales
as drug paraphernalia, 3rd-degree criminal possession of a
weapon with a prior conviction, and 2nd-degree aggravated
unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

DWI: Paige Bascom, 27, of Clifton Park, was arrested at
9:22 pm on Aug. 23 in Halfmoon for DWI and operating a
motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

Bail Jumping: Naomi Sweeting, 22, of Brooklyn, was arrested
at 5:35 pm on Aug. 24 in Clifton Park for second-degree bail
jumping.

DWI: Noah Bourn, 24, of Schuylerville, was arrested at
9:08 pm on Aug. 24 in Wilton for DWI and operating a motor
vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.
