Review:This book is one of the best books on the trinity I have ever read. Finally, a book that does not seek to bash the other side, but rather show them the truth. The authors are very careful in their analysis of scripture and put to rest the controversial doctrine of the trinity. If you are a trinitarian, this book will not offend you, it will merely show you where others have mislead you, and if you do not believe in the trinity, it will affirm what you already know. Many other works are cited, and most of all the Holy Word of Yahweh

A lot of Christians do not accept the man-made Trinity Doctrine.

And it does not make them "Goofy". It makes them thoughtful, sincere seekers of the Truth, not willing to just accept something because some so-called Authority dressed in a cassock says so.

No one here accepts your authority on religious matters so why do you
persist with these topics? Let’s talk about other matters which we don’t
accept your authority, like alcoholism.

Moving on to today's topic: How many angels can fit on the head of a pin?

Here is a topic for you:

Does the Truth about anything really matter?

Or maybe

Can anything be true without being approved by an AA committee?

truths are illusions about which one has forgotten that this is what they
are; metaphors which are worn out and without sensuous power; coins which
have lost their pictures and now matter only as metal, no longer as coins.
We still do not know where the urge for truth comes from; for as yet we
have heard only of the obligation imposed by society that it should exist:
to be truthful means using the customary metaphors—in moral terms: the
obligation to lie according to a fixed convention, to lie herd-like in a
style obligatory for all. . . .

It was a "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" reference, Mike. Look up African Swallow vs. European Swallow.

Of course not, Ted.

We are not even certain you exist until we get a statement from Central Service.

We're HYPNOTIZED.

It appears Mr. Nietzche may have attended a few AA meeting in his time.

Not according to Charlie and LaRocca. Even truth is relative from what I
have heard.

AA committees make recommendations and then it is discussed and maybe
approved by the group/district/area/GSC.

I have heard that before:

There is no absolute truth.
Is that the truth?
Yes, it is. Absolutely.

Well yeah...Your belief in a God is your truth...To me it is an unproven

The truth isn't relative. It's just that no one besides tedw really
knows what it is.
