Enchiladas
To make about 20 shells
Flour Tortilla shells (I use the ones marked super soft)
2 lbs. lean hamburger
Onion
Old El Paso Enchilada sauce (3 cans - mild or spicy)
Shredded cheese
Brown hamburger with onion then drain off any grease.
Add two cans of sauce to meat and cook till it bubbles.
Add a 2 tablespoons of meat mixture onto shell and roll shell up.
Leave a small amount of meat mixture in pan.
Place shells into greased pan(s).
Add last can of sauce to pan and cook till it bubbles. Then pour over
top of shells in pan(s).
