I am looking for a tent that I can setup a table and chairs like a living
room type setup. I would also like to have at least 2 bedrooms. The height
would need to be at least 6". I need it to be the best quality there is,
especially against rain. I think it would need to be a 10+ person tent.

Any suggestions?

Something like this maybe...

http://cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/pod/horizontal-pod.jhtml?id=0005884&navAction=push&navCount=1&indexId=cat550002&parentId=cat550002&parentType=index&rid=&_DARGS=%2Fcabelas%2Fen%2Fcommon%2Fcatalog%2Fpod-link.jhtml_A&_DAV=MainCatcat20075

If that URL doesn't work go to cabelas.com, click on the "camping / food prep" link on the left, then in the Tent section click on "Outfitter tents".

I would hope that your tent be at least 6" high, unless of course you're
Stuart Little. :-)

PS. Why would anybody WANT a monstrosity like that? 2 bedroom/10 man
tent? You may as well as buy a tent trailer.

I know you can get screened rooms anywhere and I've seen a large tent with
a screen room attachment - Canadian Tire, Sears, WallyWorld or just about
any dept. store. "Best quality"?? That kind of terminology doesn't
usually jive with dept. store tents and yet that's about the only place you
will find that kind of thing.

Forgive me, but I just laid out a couple hundred for an ample sized 3 lb
SOLO tent (22 ft2) and when I hear about tent ROOMS, I can't help but shake
my head.

I was going to buy a tent trailer but found that I can't really be sure that
pulling one with my car would be wise. It could over load my car and I don't
have a cheap car so I need a tent. There will be three of us camping and we
are used to a lot of space and would like to setup a table, hammocks ect.
We will be staying at least 1 week per site so setup time is not an issue,
nor is the cost.
