Look at their faces and rage and see if drivers look happy. It may be
argued that they are boring people or that they are caught up in the
rat race, but never that they are "happy people." Ergo this passage
guarantees your right to ride a bicycle, scooter, motorcycle or
whatever it's not a cage.
I will ride around with a copy of the Declaration of Independence when
those drivers try to intimidate me off the road. In the meantime you
can do whatever makes you happy.

Well, I may illustrate my own point without going psycho.
It almost sounds like a solution for the world: "Before you go off and
start shooting people, beating your wife or pushing around cyclists,
go out for a refreshing bike ride."
This is an interesting article about the psychology of killing and
this is my own comment:
"I’ve been the victim of road rage and I say I’d gladly kill the man
that spit my face. Some drivers almost show criminal intent toward me
riding a bicycle when they should give us space. But the system itself
provokes animal instincts to take over road manners by not restraining
the predators among us."

It may just be that the cage makes the beast to go insane. But that's

Now it's easy to kill the bad guys in Florida. Just claim they are the
bad guys...

that draws so much violence-- and I decide that because the driver
represents overwhelming power protected by a steel cage, the best
weapon is a hand grenade? Where does it say in the Constitution that a
hand grenade is off limits?
