Seattle's Final Solution To The Bicycle Problem

This message is for anyone who knows me and wonders why I no longer contact anyone anymore:

The gangsters who run the various institutions in the city of Seattle have found a more efficient way to make the it's citizen's more dependent on government!
I received a permanent disabling internal injury from a bicycle accident caused by the City of Seattle on September 11, 2012. This precise date alone cries out for me to tell the story! The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT), in their great wisdom, removed the double yellow lines in the middle of the 6 lane road on the Ballard Bridge. SDOT encouraged car drivers to make dangerous left turns across three lanes of oncoming traffic on the bridge in places where any reasonable driver would never think of of turning. Who is crazy enough to turn at a gore point? Why would SDOT want accidents at this intersection of 50th in Ballard Bridge? A motorist made a left cross turn and I hit that car while my lowracer streamliner was moving at 30 miles an hour. My streamliner was folded in half and was I was bleeding internally in the middle of the road. My lawyer told me it would be difficult to hold the city of Seattle responsible for only for this accident. Why is SDOT is allowed to sabotage roads?

After a few days of what I thought was successful treatment, I found out the medical insurance I had was not going to cover this at all- not one penny. For those of you who do not own a house or assets, this news would be of no consequence since the medical gangsters can take nothing away from you. Why would a medical insurance company deny me my coverage? I contacted an injury attorney who started to negotiate with the medical gangsters. Soon after Obama care started in January 2014, the internal injuries got worse. This time I had practically no medical insurance. The deductible was $6500. How do I pay for Obamacare premiums? With my regular insurance I could just send in a postal money order. Obama care would not take checks. Obamacare has no office I can visit or phone number I could call. It was always busy. It takes a professional computer geek to understand Obamacare. I spent many hours trying to figure out how to pay these bills. I read on the Obamacare website that I could go to a neighborhood clinic and ask how to pay for Obamacare. I waited there eight hours one day and they told me they cannot help. I cannot even get medical insurance because there is no office, phone or person I can get to help me. The Obama care website soon became useless after some hacker got my name and password. Why can't I get medical insurance? At the same time my medical insurance failed, the hospital started garnishing my wages. I received a letter in snail mail stating that they were going to take my money with no trial or warning.

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

These laws obviously do not apply to the medical gangsters. So here I am earning less than minimum wage to pay all the taxes I owe and then the medical gangsters send a street hustler, race baiter to my house to shake me down. I gave him $100 just to go away. He came back a few days later and wanted one of my cars. In the long event that Friday night which involved my neighbors and a police helicopter hovering above my house the street hustler went to jail on a warrant. Soon after that bicycles started to disappear out of my backyard. The thief was a young guy from south of the border who could not understand English. It was useless for me to shout at him "stop or I will shoot" when I saw him stealing my bike. He just rode away with it and later came back to steal more bikes. Where do young kids who steal bikes come from? This is Obama's immigration policy.

I will no longer ride with any other bike riders since I can no longer relate to anyone who was not screwed over by the government. Bike clubs are worthless for accident advice. I wish there was a bike club with only members who got screwed by the government in accidents. We could all devise countermeasures to survive accidents. I judge a bikes performance by how well it can run red lights. I almost have to stop at all intersections for all cars to clear. When a car is emerging from a driveway I either stop if I can, go around the back of it or swerve into oncoming traffic. Sometimes I just stop at a safe place near an intersection to observe the behavior. Seattle has bizarre intersections due to its hills and waterways. Who has the right of way-train, boat, bus, airplane, homeless shopping cart, pothole or pitbull? SDOT engineers like to make simple intersections more challenging. Alaska Way from Spokane Street to Broad Street was a straight shot. Now it is a pretzel puzzle. There are no laws since bike riders get injured and cars get rewarded. Don't tell me I need to pay more attention to traffic laws. All my injury accidents have never been my fault. I have never been hit by a red light or stop sign. Traffic laws are made by insurance companies, not by legislators, judges, cops and certainly not public opinion. How is it my fault when I ride into a meat grinder like the Ballard Bridge and get a pile of hospital bills?

How does one make sense of government that injures and bankrupts its citizens? It's called Agenda 21. All the worlds corrupt political leaders of all the dictatorships got together in Rio De Janero in June of 1992 to find a way to take over the world. Agenda 21 is the guideline for these crooks. According to these cockroaches, global warming is more important than anything else. The ends justify the means. All private rights must be subjugated to the reduction of global warming. Everything a person does must be regulated by the government including information. Their goal is to reduce the worlds population to 500 million people. The medical gangsters give aid and comfort to Agenda 21 by not curing disease but only offering expensive treatments that mostly fail. The government would limit when and where a person could travel. A bicycle gives a citizen too much freedom and is difficult to regulate. It is necessary to eliminate bicycles. Only mass transit is allowed. This is called "sustainability". Whenever you hear or read that word, hold onto your freedom since the government wants to steal it. If you think this is a false conspiracy then when is the last time government got rid of any taxes and regulations? When did health care become more efficient or cure any disease? I could show you how to build a faster and safer bicycle, but I am prosecuted for doing this.

About 320 million get screwed over by the government, a million or two
benefit slightly, and maybe ten thousand are multi-millionaire or

This crap is not just happening to a list of statistics, it is happening to me. The people who ruin my life are not millionaires but they are my neighbors. I was appalled to realize when talking to my neighbor "Mark" that I am all wrong when it comes to world population. I want there to be more intelligent people and I want people to live longer liver lives so that they can acquire more wisdom. Many of my neighbors want less intelligence and less population. This seems to be the litmus test I can use to determine how deep this problem is. We no longer live under the law of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The rule of the land is Agenda 21. Adolph Hitler and Josef Stalin would be envious of how efficient our means of reducing the worlds population are. I am currently trying to get the surgery to correct the problems I had from the act of terrorism on 9-11-2012. Obamacare is a death sentence for me. I am on some kind of medical list of patients who get screwed. I understand it is called the Red List. I just had my Vision R32 stolen by a meth head who I seen two days before he cut all the locks on it. Nobody in my neighborhood has any bicycles stored outside their houses anymore. They have all been stolen. Each one of my neighbors who rides bikes had at least six bicycles stolen.The cops have their orders to do nothing about bicycle theft because Agenda 21 demands everyone takes government mass transit. The transit only goes to high rent neighborhoods with the small condos. There is no low price housing here. I cannot explain the entire Agenda 21 nightmare here. America is a bankrupt culture.

Joe - It would seem to me that someone making a left turn on a bridge is going to drive into the water. If he is making a U-turn he is at fault. Period. So why couldn't you get a lawyer to take this to court? Required minimum vehicle coverage should have covered the majority of your medical bills.

Obama-care was designed to make money for insurance companies since it was WRITTEN by the insurance companies. That didn't stop everyone from electing Barrack Hussein Obama for a second time. After all - the people that really supported Obama are all rich and think that everyone else is as well.

Obama's immigration policies have been known for approaching 8 years now and no one cares. Certainly not the blacks who have been most deeply injured by the lack of jobs and the extremely high drug sales in their neighborhoods. They will even refuse to cooperate with the police after shootings occur in which small black children are seriously injured or even killed.

Black Lives Matter when it is a cop killing a black man in self defense but when the other 1400 blacks are killed by blacks there isn't one word from Black Lives Matter.

Like the rest of Seattle go vote for Sanders or Hillary and get the same treatment for another four years.

You are rambling on like a mad man, a lawyer would tell you to keep your mouth shut until things are settled. Call your bar association and get a referral to a personal injury attorney. Usually if you go through the bar, you get a free consultation.

I had the best law firm in town. The driver had minimum insurance which did not cover most of the hospital bills. The accident was caused by the City of Seattle. It would cost me at least twenty large to sue them. There is not enough time for me to explain this. Let me try to make it as simple as possible. We now live under a government that is killing its own poplulation. The death camps are more efficient than what has been done in the past. Technology that would solve the worlds problems is being supressed. I can no longer trust anyone since everyone I meet believes in this neo luddite culture. I cannot relate to anyone since I have found answers to problems and nobody wants to solve problems. The current medical profession would make what the Nazis did look like Mother Teresia. I cannot relate to anyone since everyone thinks there are too many people in the world. I want there to be more people who would seek wisdom and live long lives. I am an outcast.

More good news. My local bicycle club had a series of meetings called Connect Seattle. There were many discussions about how to improve bicycle commuting, but the real agenda was to get a property tax increase for more mass transit. Once the tax increase passed the meetings stopped. I cannot trust the Cascade Bicycle Club anymore. This club also has infiltrated the local government. Mandatory Helmet Law here. This proves that most of the bike riders here do not know anything about bikes. I used to see several recumbent riders every day on my way to work. Now I see maybe one bent rider every six months. On my way to work on wednesday I t-boned a regular bike rider who made a left turn in front of me. That was fun because neither of us was hurt and neither bikes were damaged. A fellow employee at the bike shop where I used to work was murdered by a drunk driver on June 15, 2015. He left a wife and two daughters. There has been an increase in pedestrian and bicycle deaths from accidents. I believe it is caused by cars driving in daylight with their lights on. Car drivers now only look for headlights and not pedestrians and bicycle riders. Many of my problems are caused by a certain individual who is stalking me. He is getting anyone he can contact to do harm to me. This is his full time job. The rest of this story is not appropriate for this website. I would recommend strongly that nobody should contact me until this individual ceases his activity. There will soon be a civil war in this country. Everyone I know and meet is angry about how the government is ruining our lives. I have good news about things, but nobody will believe me about good news, so I know it and you don't.

It could be worse Joe. You could live in California where 10 million of the population are illegal aliens and you can let your bike out of your sight for 10 minutes without it disappearing. Where gunfights are a matter of daily news.

Illegals are getting state aid, federal aid and working jobs for cash. They are driving new Dodge Chargers with the exhaust system modified for the largest amount of volume. Also Mustangs.

How do they set speed limits here? Whatever the majority of the cars are willing to drive. It isn't unusual to watch a car approach children cross the street in front of a school at 40 mph and slam on the brakes at the last second.

The cops do nothing. A bicyclist is more likely to get a traffic ticket than a driver. I have driven hundreds of miles on the freeways in a day without ever seeing ONE single Highway Patrolman unless they are putting out flairs at a traffic accident where it's plain that the driver was going 20 mph over the speed limit. I drove a route that went along a refinery corridor three days in a row and all three days I was passed by a double-semi gasoline tanker truck going 25 mph over his speed limit and in the HOV lane.

There is no Highway Patrol protection for the people of this state. Why do we even bother to have them? Why do we pay staggering wages and benefits and retirements for people if they do NOTHING AT ALL?

Last night they had six people shot outside of a nightclub next door to where they have a gunfight YESTERDAY that wounded 10 people. They tried to chase down someone that shot and killed another person on the freeway but they gave up because his car was faster than theirs.

The commute traffic comes in EVERYDAY from more than 150 miles away. The freeways are parking lots. The steadily decreasing businesses here aren't smart enough to move out closer to their workers and their customers are all shipped to so they gain nothing by centering in Silicon Valley or San Francisco.

Last night a man was standing on an island between the lanes of traffic waiting for the light to change again and he was RUN OVER!!! What was the comment of the media? "The driver remained on the scene to help the investigation."

Meet my next door neighbor. He had a brain injury when he was sixteen from a motorcycle accident. The human part of his brain no longer functions, just the reptile part. He hates everyone and would like to see everyone suffer like him. He is demonically posessed and criminally insane. He has five million dollars that his parents gave him to spend on attorneys to ruin my life. He has plenty of money to buy his way out of any prosecution from any crime he commits. He cannot live with his brothers family because he would abuse their children. He hates me because I can do things he cannot. He can only stand around his house drinking beer and watching me. He wants everyone to be like him and get a disability check and do no work. He complains to anyone he can about me because he wants my life ruined. He calls the city about everything I do and makes sure I have to obey every law there is. I have to watch how I park my car, what I can do on my property, and what activities I can do at home. My life is always expecting a notice in the mail from any number of government agencies that a complaint has been received that I must comply to code enforcement. I have been able in the past to comply with these regulations. Now I find that he will win this one. He made a false complaint that I have a rat infestation on my property. I have no rats since I worked in Ballard where there are plenty of rats that I had to deal with. I know how to keep rats away. The local Seattle government does not care if I have rats. They only believe the lies my neighbor tells them. They consider me guilty without giving me any chance to prove I have no rats. Soon they will make me remove everything I own from my property because they call it rat harborage. If I do not get rid of everything I own and leave my place empty they will fine me $250 a day and take everything I own to the landfill. This is the City of Seattle where there are homeless camps everywhere, property crime like burglaries, car thefts and prowls are worse that anywhere in the USA except San Francisco. On top of that the local government tries all it can do to steal money from anyone they can thru criminal bureaucracy. We have the highest costs for building permits where two hundred inspections are required for every new building or home. The business owners here are fed up with all the crime and the government lack of law enforcement. The sheer arrogance of public bureaucrats to treat all the business owners like criminals makes life here worse. My business friends are all telling me to tell the health department to go ---- themselves. I may not make it thru this mess and will lose everything I have worked for because of a government genocide pogramme. If something happens to me this is why. If someone in your neighborhood reports you for code enforcement, move out before you lose everything you own. Recumbent content, I know how to make bents climb hills better that regular bikes.
