We need the rain, but with Gordon on the way.....

it may be overkill. I'm a bit worried that we may get too much rain
from Gordon and have some localized flooding. I've seen the streets in
this neighborhood flood, while I was out driving. If it rains too much
to fast we're in trouble. Plus if the power is out for any length of
time that will be a bitch. It went out this morning on me while I was
downloading music! But it's back up now and I'm ready.

It wound up being o.k. Rained some, which we badly need, and was quite
windy. It was sunny this afternoon and I went shopping for a washer
dryer. So, yet again, we've been fortunate.

BTW St. Pete guy, we're neighbors. I live up the road from you. I'm
moving to Pinellas Point in two weeks though.
