I saw the post you are referring to and it was not a threat. It was a
stupid remark Danny made that can get him in trouble by the likes of
people like you that want to make something out of nothing but it was
not a threat but just a wish Danny expressed.
Upon seeing that post I wrote to Danny and warned him that the post can
land him in hot water and he shouldn't make remarks like that especially
in the times we live in but Danny AGAIN did not make a threat to anyone
in that post. However it was still wrong and not appropriate but
definitely not illegal. I am prepared to do whatever it takes to defend
Danny if you try and hurt him with your nonsense and I'm sure others
will too.
Your hatred towards him is so intense that you will try to ruin his life
by contacting authorities. Believe me "MR. $9.00 AN HOUR SECURITY
GUARD", you don't want to go there.
Let me tell you what happens if you do this Phil. I will contact the FBI
in Newark New Jersey on Raymond Blvd if you so much as cause a legal
problem with Danny. I will show them all the groups you post your crap
in and the state of mind you are in. I will personally invite over the
FBI to my apartment to show them all the news groups you threaten people
in.
I will show them that you are of an unfit mind and a lunatic and I will
also ask them to contact your employer to let them know you are unfit to
carry a gun or be responsible to work in security by your actions and
statements in this news group and others that depict the type of mental
imbalances you have.

and loses all credibility in anything he has to say.

If you want to see Trevor's anti-semitic words, they can be viewed in
the news group news:alt.discuss.gayteens under the thread I started
called: "Happy Hanukkah!"
His reply was yet under another nick name, this time using the name
"Tighty Whiteys" name in a post dated December 3, 2002.
Most of you can view his unforgivable response he made in that group and
those of you unable to read the group because you are on computer can
email me and upon request I'll be more then happy to forward the sick
remark he made.
Trevor has a history of making these type of remarks and I am finally
fed up with him just like others are.
Brad posted on the EZ Board that Trevor made a remark in a boylover
group, then apologized in that news group after making an obscene remark
about a picture with under age boys that were engaged in sexual
activities presented in that group.
I brought attention to that group last year in MOWTV and called for
people speaking out against it. Trevor spoke up alright and stated how
much he liked seeing these little boys having sex. Others saw that
remark in MENOFWEBTV and now there is a file in his name since he posted
outside of the webtv groups.
Trevor has posted in the boylover news group that he is a boylover and
since that is a usernet group, his words are also on file if anyone
feels like searching for them.
Trevor is not a very bright person and his stupidity just like in the
post he made in this thread comes across in the type of person he is.
I don't know if Trevor is a teen or not but if he is, he's still a
cancer to the gay community by his remarks. I can post endless examples
but I think everyone has seen enough of them.
Actually Trevor and Phil have a lot in common, they are both cancers to
the gay community.
I really think Trevor is a teen and agree with Kevin there but he is a
sick teen that needs help who is now a legal adult of 18 of which he
claims to be. Regardless of
his age, he's still sick.

The FBI would still be the organization that I would contact regardless
of what he says as it would become a law enforcement matter of which I'm
sure they would be interested in whether it pertains to the Secret
Service or not. They are very close by to where I live and I would be
more than happy to talk to them regarding any false reports that Phil
would make against Danny as I witnessed the post and it was not a threat
just a stupid remark to make. There was no crime committed by Danny but
if Phil wants to report it with misleading statements, than Phil would
be the criminal here.
I'm not afraid that I am on their files as all convicted people in the
state of NJ who is labelled as a sex offender has their records
forwarded to this organization.
I made some stupid mistakes in the past of which I have admitted by my
omission here and really have nothing to hide. I paid for it and have
moved on and trying to get my life in order.
That won't stop me from speaking out against injustices if Phil files a
false report on Danny and tries to hurt him in anyway because he is
acting on revenge towards his hatred directed at him.
BTW, it also won't stop me from contacting the FBI against you in the
future Trevor if I ever find anything on you that can prove that you
have legally broken the law and warrants their attention in
investigating you. You don't want to mess with me Trev and regardless of
whether I have a conviction or not, I wouldn't be afraid to make your
presence known to them if I find anything on you that can be a potential
threat to a teen under the age of 18.

avaiable Phil's files and posts to the FBI if need be.
Others will back me and I have already talked to Kevin today about what
Phil threatened to do to Danny. Kevin will back me as well and will
verify this when he returns next week.

on you that is a potential threat to a teen, I'll have you head spinning
so fast, you won't know what hit you.
You can call the FBI in Newark NJ about me Trevor or the Probation
Department in Paterson NJ about me as I have nothing to hide and have
admitted my past.
I have never found you to be a threat to any teen online to your credit
