a more dicitonary like format, I have eliminated slang words from the
definitions when possible, after all if a person understood slang why would
they need the dictionary? :) Also I have included a list of terms I could not
either define or could not think of a definition for that I could express
properly that perhaps someone else would be better at, where possible I have
included some of the context from which they were taken. The definitions that
are listed also list if they are a noun verb adjective or adverb also it is
listed if they are abbreviations, when they are used in a phrase the position
of the word in the phrase is indicated by ~ please email me any and all
corrections and additions, and if there is interest i will post the dicitonary
again after enough "significant" changes.

Yo, come show me one down person in the fucking area I live in where there have
been major Klan rallies in my life time and in one town the only black family
allowed to live inside the the town instead of on the outside is the garbage
collector. I come from a VERY racist area, I am a white person living in a
white neighborhood where people still use the word nigger they way they did in
the 40's and 50's. When I went to college my parents were shocked because I
ended up in the same dorm room as a black male. No my friends may not be down
but very few people in this area are, at least I am making an effort.

I don't think so. Pre-rap, if one was given the "bum's rush", one was
unceremoniously escorted out of the vicinity. I don't know what it means
in rap usage specifically, but I don't interpret it as being particularly
positive.

I've always intepreted this one of two ways:
(n) bullet "I was putting caps in clowns when you was still in school"
[as in cap gun]
(n) hat "Peel their caps back" -- just like it sounds; a bullet through
the head "peels" the cap right off the head in question

I've always taken this as being derived from timeclocks:

Well, it sounds like you have a major opportunity to really do
something for the movement. Our real duty as white people working for
racial justice is not to learn rap lingo, listen to rap, or tell black
people what they need to do. Not to say that we can't enjoy rap, but
it really accomplishes nothing if we don't act. My original use of
the word down was talking about hip-hop slang, but if you really want
to be DOWN, organize your friends who feel as you do and let the
bigots in your community know that their bullshit will not be
tolerated anymore. If you sit silently by while they make their racist
comments, because you don't want to 'upset' anyone, then you are just
another Vanilla Ice ripping off hip-hop because its cool. Only you
know where you stand and how down you are as far as this is concerned.

Well, I was irritated, because I saw post of correct definitions and
then saw them wrong in your dictionary. However, this is nowhere near
hostile, to me hostile means I'd like to kick your ass, but I'll give
you a verbal ass kicking instead. I just wanted to give you a little
