I always thought it had a double meaning.

The first meaning being "phat songs". See SORDSWINGA's response.

The second meaning, in my opinion, is "cameo by Method Man." One of
Meth's nicknames is Johhny Blaze. Method Man appeared on B.I.G.'s album
first (Ready to Die) on The What. Then, a few years later, 2Pac (who I
strongly believe is the inspiration for The Mad Rapper) had Meth appear
on I Got My Mind Made Up (All Eyes On Me), not to mention using an
interpolation from Bring the Pain on No More Pain. It all makes sense.
"This my fourth album, yo. My FOURTH ALBUM!!!" <---(that would be All
Eyes On Me, and would confirm the John Blaze/Method Man theory) Peace.

I never even thought about that. Thanks for bringing that to mind.
