That depends where you are in Wisconsin. If you live in Milwaukee or the
metro area, then you definitely live on the West Coast. If you live in
Madison, then you live on the East Coast. If you are from anywhere else,
then more power to you for listening to rap at all.

being from the dairy-state, i gotta say that it ain't no coast, and
officially doesn't exist. It's only after i left (long, long, long, long
time ago) that I was exposed to any kinda real phunk & rhythm. I just got
back from a trip back home, and its still the same.... all white,
heterogenuous (look it up), and there idea of a dj was some fat old wht
guy playin 2 year old CD's at a teen dance.
Luckily, this is what I expected and wasn't disappointed ;)
(Besides, evry1 knows if Wisconsinites had a choice, they'd be
eastcoasteez!)

the few blacks there, we moved to Chi-town, but I go back frequently. My
