Dig 'Em is the frog on the box of Sugar Smacks cereal (which probably
has a much more "wholesome" name by now, maybe Golden Smacks or
something). No idea why EMPD would care about the frog except for the
fact that the green bozo dressed like a b-boy long before most folks on
this planet know what rap *was*. Sneaks, cap turned to one side . . .

Dig 'Em Smacks is not a *who*, as far as I know, but more rather a *what*.

You mean you don't remember the cereal Sugar Smacks?
The commercial had the line, "Give 'em a smack and I'll smack ya back"
Anyway, my cousin says it was Sugar Smacks (But I can't remember the
brand name for sure). However, i'm sure that it was a cereal.

Physically intimidating dis as in. (I'll pimp slap ya/pistol whip ya/bust
a cap in your *ss/knock the black off your back/etc..etc...)

OKAY, okay, I'd like to give everybody thanks for the correx on the lyrics ijn
the EPMD song. I was listening to it the other day after not hearing it for
at least a year. And it is "MC Undertaker."

As far as remembering Sugar Smacks, that cereal went out like last weeks trash.
I donm't even think they make Sugar Smacks anymore. I think they're called
Honey Smacks (a wack-ass attempt to broadcast better nutritional value).
