...Redhead Kingpin and the FBI Crew and YZ?

Threw in a cassette of tunes from last year, heard the brothers and thought
"Haven't heard from them in a while?"

Thanx for any info.

Actually, the Redheaded one seems to be content in making the Teen
Summit circuit on BET. I've seen him on there twice... he also had a
single (don't recall the album) that they made a video for. The rap was
so-so but the track was alright... can't recall the sample either.

Wasn't that the guy with his 'Do the right thing' ????
Good song, I think... But after that I've never heard about these people again.

If fast rapped well-fitting, but for a slow piece...

Yeah that song is kinda hype...especially the beat.As for their present
location, hopefully their working on something new. Just remember that Rakim
dropped out of site for a couple of years and came back HARD.

YZ looked as if he was going to make a name for himself in the business.(Does
anybody rememberthat he *claimed* to be working on a movie deal, when he was
a guest on Pump it up!!)

Anyway does anyone know the scoop on Brand Nubians, I heard that they were
having difficulties and thinking of disbanding. I hope that his is just a
rumor, because their jams slam and I'm looking forward to a new album from
them. If you know what's up let me know.

Yo Holmes,

I can tell you about Brand Nubian.... The lead rapper
Grand Puba Maxwell has left the group ( confirmed ) and
is going on the solo tip, where as the rest of the B.N
posse are gonna carry on with another album, I don't they
will slam as much without Grand Puba.....

Check out Grand Puba's first solo rhyme Fat Rat.. it
slams.

Peace
