Does anyone where on the web I can find examples from The Lackawanna
Railroad's Phoebe Snow advertising campaign? I'm talking about those
jingles that the railroad produced showing Miss Phoebe Snow in her
white dress, praising the cleanliness of the Lackawanna Railroad.

Thanks for any help.

John,

Check out the Autumn 1990 RAILROAD HISTORY Bulletin 163 published by the
Railway & Locomotive Historical Society. The cover has one of the
advertisements you are looking for and there is a short article
beginning on page 89 by Professor Rodney Davis of Knox College entitled
"Earnest Elmo Calkins and Phoebe Snow" which I think you will find very
interesting. There are also three other examples of the advertising
campaign.

Eric Thorp
