On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, while the establishment claims that
Republican candidates are running on the unconstitutional raid at Mar-
a-Lago it simply isn’t true. Despite much talk about it, candidates
must run on their records and against President Biden’s. Lamentably,
there is no establishment media for the conservative movement so ‘We
The People’ must fight like we’re behind, in order to win seats in
Congress this November. Then, the media portrays the midterm elections
as a national election but not a single candidate will represent the
nation. Instead, they will represent individual congressional districts
so one should view much of this data as skewed and be skeptical of it.
Later, despite the FBI’s prior delays they have now reviewed all of
Donald Trump’s documents in record speed before the court could appoint
an independent special master to protect privileged information. This
program believes that the Judge should request the names of anyone that
reviewed any documents, and their chain of custody, after it was
announced on Saturday that the Court was leaning toward appointing a
special master. Afterward, the FBI Agent that led the investigation
into former President Trump, Tim Thibault, has been escorted from the
office. Reports suggest he may have resigned for misleading Merrick
Garland and FBI director Christopher Wray regarding the raid on Trump’s
Mar-a-Lago home.

Rough transcript of Hour 1

Hour 1 Segment 1

Much to unravel, as usual. Are there candidates out there campaigning
on Mar a Lago, Mr. Producer? I haven’t seen any. Have you? You’ve not
seen any in New York. Mr. Call screener, have you seen any in New
Jersey? No, I haven’t seen any in Virginia or Florida. I don’t see
candidates, Republican candidates campaigning on Mar a Lago. There’s a
lot of talk about it here. On cable TV, on network TV. And there should
be a lot of talk about it amongst those of us who. Who focus on the
constitution, the rule of law, liberty versus tyranny and so forth, but
I’m utterly unaware that Republicans are running on this issue. I
watched the TV ads now in two states. I can tell you Marco Rubio’s
running on crime and securing the border. And that his opponent is a
radical, she’s a radical socialist. I see the scientists in Florida
running on his record, attacking Falchi and what he did, among other
things. I see the congressional candidates in Virginia, since there is
no senator gubernatorial race doing exactly the same thing, I get these
mailers. So I am unaware. That Republicans are running on or spending
their resources on. What the FBI did in Mar a Lago. So I’m just
questioning. This kind of analysis, I believe it started with Karl Rove
and others saying, you know, if Trump weren’t doing this, Trump is
fighting back. As he always must now, I would also point out that it
would be. Really disastrous. If Trump were left without support,
without air cover, without political. A grassroots support, because
that would mean the Democrats can do whatever the hell they want with
the federal government and federal law enforcement against anybody,
including other candidates. So. That’s the first point the second point
I would make is if we are relying. On the Republican Party,
infrastructure and bureaucracy. To crush the Democrats in November,
we’re not going to crush the Democrats in November. What made the
difference last November in a state like Virginia was not the
Republican Party, the Republican Party was irrelevant, especially the
RNC and the Republican Party in and around Washington. Mitch McConnell
was irrelevant. They were all irrelevant. It was the grassroots. The
grassroots in 2010 was the Tea Party, which rose up, said enough is
enough. The grassroots last November, taxpayers and parents who said
enough is enough. It is up to us to remain focused, we, the grassroots,
we, the people. We cannot rely. A long in the tooth political
commentators that the media promote. Even media that we like. We have
to take political matters into our own hands to ensure a massive
victory in November, if it doesn’t occur, it’s because of us. We cannot
rely. On the phony experts, their experience is quite poor. When we
rely on them. So it’s going to take each and every one of you. In your
neighborhoods to make a difference, and you can do this and we can do
this. And no, we’re not going to surrender. There’s no reason to
surrender. I’ve been part of this movement, these various movements my
entire life. The Reagan revolution, the Tea Party movement. And we’ve
got to take on. The Democrat Party, regardless of what the Republicans
do. So that’s my second point, my third point is. For how many months
now have you heard the so-called Washington experts on TV, on radio and
elsewhere talk about a red wave, and how long have I said don’t get
cocky? The election hasn’t occurred yet, a lot can happen. Always fight
like you’re behind, whether it’s a political operation or a military
operation or a sports event or whatever it is, always fight like you’re
behind. And we have to do that today to not to disparage you. But to
get everybody. Poised. An active and motivated now, right now. It’s a
little less than a little more, I should say, than two months, 60 days.
Until the midterm elections. If you feel everything’s on the line and I
know you do like I do. Then whatever you did last time, you need to do
more this time, if you did nothing last time, you need to do something
this time. That’s how it works. The Marxists who have a home in the
Democrat Party. Are salivating to destroy your life, to control your
property. To control how you live and where you live. You must defend
what is yours, you must defend your own liberty, you must defend the
future for your children and grandchildren. You must defend your faith
and your family, you must defend what your children are taught. You
must defend American history. Law enforcement, the military.
Capitalism, that’s what it’s all about, that’s what’s going on.
Nobody’s asking you to put your life on the line. Nobody’s asking you
to be a casualty. Vote and even more. You must get others to vote, you
have a phone. So they need. That’s all I need. But all the news is not
negative. I’ve pointed out before they’re trying to dispirit you.
They’re trying to demoralize you. Don’t let the enemy create your
reality, and they are the enemy, they’re not the adversary. Don’t let
the enemy create your reality. Don’t let the enemy create your psyche.
People always say to me, how are we going to do, Mark, how are we going
to do? I say, how do I know? Just fight like hell. And that legal
insurrection. Our friend, Professor Jacobsen, he says, I understand.
How demoralising the current situation is, the border wide open, the
full apparatus of the criminal justice system, from DOJ to FBI to state
prosecutors, are weaponized for Democrat political purposes. Yet the
narrative as recently as a month ago was that a redway was coming in
November, that has changed. There is a concerted media effort to create
the counter narrative that the red wave has failed, even though we’re
just entering just entering prime election season and Republicans still
lead in the generic ballot. It happens every election cycle. And I read
to you last week Stephen Heyward’s piece, excellent piece, which is a
chart, and he demonstrates it. The Republicans almost never lead in the
generic ballot. But that doesn’t mean they don’t win. And yet we have
this from Rassmussen. From Friday. The 2022 midterm elections are now
74 days away, and Republicans still have a five point lead in their bid
to recapture control of Congress. The latest Rasmussen Reports national
telephone and online surveys find that if the elections for Congress
were held today, 47 percent of likely U.S. voters would vote for the
Republican candidate, 42 percent for the Democrat. Eight percent aren’t
sure. Let me ask a question, even though you have a Republican lead
here. Why does this matter? Well, Mark, it gives us a sense of why does
it matter? Now, why am I asking this? Think it through. And you go to
vote in November. You’re voting for the House in a 30, you’re voting
for the Senate. There is no national election in November, so when we
get these national telephone and online surveys, it’s good to see that
we have a lead under the Rassmussen. And I’m telling you that because
others say we don’t. But I’m saying you’ve got to be very, very
skeptical of all these. You’re voting for a single congressman. And one
third of you voting for a single senator, you’re not voting for
somebody else’s senator, you’re not voting for somebody else’s
congressman, they don’t take a national vote and then start to
distribute members of Congress and members of the Senate. So to some
extent, to a great extent, these numbers are not particularly.
Reflective of anything. I mean, if you’re 25 points down, I guess it’s
reflective, you’re going to have a bad time nationwide, but that’s not
what those numbers show. I think the Democrats have done two things.
They passed these massive spending bills and they want you to believe
the average American, that they’re helping you. And after the break,
I’m going to prove otherwise. And number two. They keep saying this
abortion decision, more and more women are registering to vote. Well,
how do we know more and more women aren’t registering to vote? To
defeat their local school board. Like they did last November or more
and more women aren’t registering to vote. Because they’ve had enough
with the Democrats, they keep pointing to Kansas. Kansas, did anybody
ever think that maybe what Kansas proposed initially was too big of a
bite? That we have to get strategic like the other side on so many
issues. One bite at a time, you don’t take the whole chicken and
swallow it. You don’t take the whole side of beef and swallow it. Not
all at once. So Kansas is not an indicator of anything either. Go look
at what’s going on in Oregon right now. Oregon is a heavily Democrat
state controlled by Portland. It’s controlled by Portland in the
Portland area, maybe one or two cities. That’s it. For the governorship
there, the race is neck and neck between the Republican and the
Democrat. I don’t know how long it’s been since I’ve had a Republican
governor there. How come nobody’s talking about that? So my point is
all this incoming, all this static, all these experts. Broome away
bromet at. You can control your life, you can control to some extent
your own environment, you can control what you do. Are you going to be
an active patriot or not? Well, the broad base of American patriots who
are sick and tired of the. War against Americanism. Against morality
and ethics. Against American history. Against the market system,
against American sovereignty. Are we going to unite and rise up? And
make our presence known on Election Day or before, if you have early
voting, I don’t like it, but use it, will we? That’s not up to me,
that’s not up to any broadcaster, that’s not up to the RNC, thank God.
That’s up to you. I’ll be right back

Hour 1 Segment 2

Now, if you look at what’s taking place, I just wish those who are
running for office knew how to articulate issues. You look at abortion
as an issue. How is abortion an issue in New York? Or abortion on
demand is pretty much the. The situation or any of these blue states,
for that matter, California. Why is abortion even an issue in these
states? One of the boys should go get one. It’s not an issue in these
states. So first of all, if you’re a Republican running in one of these
states, why don’t you just say it? Could say, I oppose it strongly, but
the fact is, if you want an abortion in New York and get an abortion in
New York. But also, why don’t the Republicans explain, as I do here,
till I’m breathless, that what the Democrats want is not a return to
Roe v. Wade, Roe v. Wade did not support did not support abortion on
demand. Not even in the last three months. But the Democrats voted on a
proposed bill months ago that would have eliminated all barriers to all
abortions in every corner of the country, regardless of geography,
regardless of diversity and abortion, right up to the last second, no
strings attached. Why don’t Republicans explain this? It’s a very
effective argument, but there’s even more this country’s going in hock
by trillions and trillions of dollars to subsidize the wealthy. And
I’ll explain that when we return.

Hour 1 Segment 3

That trillions and trillions of dollars of your money debt that’s going
to be on the shoulders of your children and grandchildren and
generations yet Pern. To subsidize to subsidize ideology are
ideologically driven excuse me, policies. There’s a lot of questions,
whether it’s electric cars and so forth and so on. Remember when the
Democrats used to say, you want to get rid of Obamacare, what are you
going to replace it with? Where’s the detailed step by step blueprint
for the Green New Deal? Where is it? Where do we technologically get
from A to Z? Where do these rare earth minerals come from? How are they
mind? How are we going to have enough of them? You have millions of
cars plugged in. To an electrical grid. How’s that going to work? We’re
already forecasting brownouts and blackouts down the road, and how do
people think electricity is created? By a bunch of people with kites
and keys, no. Has to be created. Well, what created. What creates it,
Cole? Natural gas. Yes. When I was created, nuclear power, yes. So
we’re opposed to all of those, right? Solar power, wind power, not
enough, you see the disaster in Texas a few years ago. Remember that?
They have regular disasters in California, brownouts and blackouts over
the years, they decided to keep their one remaining nuclear power plant
online. Just in case, of course. Just in case. I mean, we have these
examples, Europe, Germany’s in a disastrous situation, it doesn’t have
enough fossil fuels now and they’re warning people. Not only are there
going to be brownouts and blackouts, it’s going to be one damn cold
winter, same Apollon, same with all of your. Sri Lanka, another
example. I’m giving you Third World industrialized societies, Americ.
People are starving in Sri Lanka. Why? Because fossil fuels are the
center of everything. From fertilizer on out. Everything. Banning
fossil fuels, how suicidal is that? Meanwhile, our enemies are gobble
it up left and right. And when these batteries are done, they last
about 10 years and they cost a ton. Where are they going to go? Where
are we going to put them? They’re toxic. They’re toxic. Where is the
plan for all this perfect example? Things that I don’t expect
ideologues who are dense with low IQ like Biden on out from the bottom
up in the middle out in the Democrat Party. From The Daily Mail. How
will we charge them all U.S. needs to spend thirty five billion to meet
demand for one point two million public ports by 2030, and that’s not
counting the twenty eight million needed in homes. Twenty eight million
needed in homes. Twenty eight million plus one point two million public
parts. Can you imagine everybody plugging in their cars? That’s not
going to be a problem, is it? These politicians are killing this
country. The U.S. needs to build 30 million electric vehicle charging
ports, or 478 each day until 20 30. If half of the drivers switch over
to electric vehicles. Not even talking about homes yet. We have about
one hundred twenty eight thousand public electrical vehicle charging
owlets. There is at least 4500 private ones, nothing. Hello, EVs
electric vehicles have climbed a lot each year since 2016, and a lot of
that’s because the government is subsidizing people to buy them and
make them. Many consumers say batteries and charging issues is their
main concerns. California automakers have until 2035, 13 years to
completely phase out gas guzzlers, why are cars called gas guzzlers and
electrical cars aren’t called electricity guzzlers? You get the point.
It’s the language. But the states charging infrastructure needs to
expand dramatically, and it won’t because Newsom is a hack and a full.
America would have to install 30 million electronic vehicle charging
ports by 2030. It’s a lot, don’t you think, 30 million. One point two
million public, as I said, 28 million private. It’s. It’s just
unbelievable. And I’m just looking down here on. Automakers will now
have to reach the first quota of California’s new plan, 35 percent of
new cars, small pickups and SUV sold in the state must be zero emission
by 2026. Meanwhile, McKinsey report notes that electricity bought a
public chargers can cost five to 10 times more than electricity and
private ones to keep EVs powered up, public charging stations will
probably need to be economical, equitably distributed, appealing to use
and wired to a robust power grid. Wow. Where’s that going to come from?
And drivers of lives who can’t recharge at home will want public
charging locations to be convenient, with estimates suggesting public
charging would deliver over 20 percent of the electricity that would be
used in 20 30. So where are these stations going to come from? Let me
ask you a question, Mr. Producer. You’ve spent your entire life in New
York, correct? It’s a very, very crowded city, isn’t it? They have a
lot of what we call high rises and skyscrapers, not nothing. Were those
people going to charge their cars? You can’t. You can’t I can imagine
the towing business is going to be very busy. You’re driving. OK,
there’s no port near you or next to you and the car stops. What do you
do with that, Mr. Producer? You just sit there. You just sit there.
Maybe they’ll have some kind of towing vehicles that have charges of
some kind or another, but I can’t imagine this happening everywhere.
But, Mark, what about like gasoline? Gasoline is ubiquitous wholesale
electricity, no. They won’t be. It can’t be. And then they’ll play the
game, the statistical game, because electricity is going to need fossil
fuel or nuclear power. For much of it to be created. They can’t rely on
the sun in the wind. Ladies and gentlemen, any more, you can rely on
the rain gods during the droughts. I feel like we’re really going
backwards here, but anyway. Let’s continue. There’s so many issues
here. I don’t even know where to begin. But that’s the point. They’re
pulling the plug, if you will, on fossil fuels, they’re putting in
demands because they’ve eggheads who sit on these environmental boards.
They are really stupid people as governors, ideologues, as members of
their various legislatures, eggheads who know nothing pushing the
agenda. It’s easy to vote to stop things. It’s easy to vote, to ban
things. It’s easy to vote the demand things. But somebody has to do it.
So who’s working on the electrical grid as I speak? Anybody, nobody.
Nobody. In order to take out also. Our ability to travel. Today, I
mean, you have to take out an awful lot of gas stations and so forth,
but as you centralize more and more power and more and more decision
making becomes easier and easier. This is what our friend Peter Price
talked about, who passed away, unfortunately. And a government that
will protect our grid, they won’t even protect it. And so trillions and
trillions and trillions of dollars are going to be poured into this to
make you poor, poor, poor color during the winter, warmer during the
summer. Drive up your costs, create brownouts and blackouts. To create
poverty and even death, as we saw in these various states and as you’ll
see in Europe of the winner taking us from energy independent to God
knows what. Because the nonsensical, uninformed, arrogant, narcissistic
politicians have taken over, they’re going to determine what energy is.
So we’ve had it with the private sector and they just stole it all. And
now the government’s in charge. Student loans, what did I say, this
party’s in office to do what? To benefit its base. Who’s in its base?
Oh, they’ll throw a few crumbs to the minority groups in this group and
that group, as long as they don’t have to give them school choice and
open up opportunities for you. It’s the white, wealthy leftist. That’s
what this party, the Democrat Party, represents, not the quote unquote
little people, not the quote unquote brown and yellow people. Not that
it does not represent them. It applies to everybody, as it must. How
are people who have to use food stamps and I’m not just talking about
minorities, obviously a lot of white people do, too. I’m talking about
people generally. How do people who need food stamps to live? Or need
their Social Security check to live day by day, week by week, going to
get an electric car. I don’t care how much it’s subsidized. They’re
not. So what’s next in line, Mr. Producer? Public transportation.
Remember, there’s a war now on single family homes in the suburbs, in
the outer suburbs by the federal government. They want to eliminate
that kind of zoning. They want dense housing. They want public
transportation. And they are driving us to that. They are pushing us
toward that, whether it’s automobiles, whether it’s zoning and housing.
That’s what they’re doing. More and more as they control the
population. Eighty seven thousand IRS agents, where’s the liberty in
all this? They never speak about individualism in all this. They never
speak about opportunity in all this. It’s always government,
government, government, government. One quick thing before I take the
break is at the airport yesterday. And I was sitting next to a very
nice gentleman. And you know, people, they have these phones now, I
don’t know, they don’t actually hold the phone, but they’re talking
ago. That guy is talking to himself. So it turns out they’re talking to
somebody on a phone. And one of the things I heard him say was right
next to me, very loud. Said, don’t forget to get your 20000 dollars.
That’s what he says. Don’t forget to get your 20000 dollars. Obviously
was talking to somebody he knows, probably relative, maybe a child. He
was an older gentleman. He was saying, don’t forget to get your 20000
dollars and the student. Welfare case. If he got a Pell Grant, you get
up to 20 thousand dollars back. Don’t forget to get your twenty
thousand dollars. It’s unbelievable, absolutely unbelievable when you
think about the men and women who are breaking their backs out there
waiting on tables. Driving tractors. Plumbers, 24, seven plumbers and
electricians, guys working on roofs in Florida in the middle of the
heat in the summer. Mechanics’. Taxi and Uber drivers. Bricklayers and
go on and on and on the men and women who make this country really
function. Don’t forget to get your twenty thousand dollars. Don’t
forget to get your electric car. I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 4

So the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School says that this.
Student welfare bill is now going to be in excess of one trillion
dollars and the vast majority of you aren’t going to see a penny of
this. In fact, they’re going to unleash eighty seven thousand new IRS
agents in addition to the current 80000 to make sure you, quote
unquote, pay your fair share and pay your fair share. The people on the
dole are treated like first class citizens. Illegal aliens are treated
like first class citizens. You get up every morning. I see out there
getting in your vans, getting in your trucks, get in your station
wagons, whatever earnings, pink painting business or French tiling
company or or domino, whatever something or other going on there. And
you see all the stores to all the retailers out there trying to make a
buck. So in other words, if you didn’t get a loan with the intention of
not paying it and by the way, you know, you didn’t have to spend that
loan on college, did you know that, Mr. Producer? You could have spent
it on a vacation, you got one hundred thousand, maybe you wanted a
Massarotti, you could have spent that money on anything, anything you
wanted anything. And now you’re in hock for it, ladies and gentlemen,
and don’t buy this, the Democrats are running from a crap. It wouldn’t
be happening, but for them and of course, Joe Biden is doing it in
violation of the Constitution. He has no authority to do this. He’s
taking over a trillion dollars from you and giving it to somebody else.
But don’t worry, they’re after Donald Trump, I shall return.

cities across America are suffering. Incidentally, the Democrats blame
the Republicans for this. Afterward, Mikhail Gorbachev passed away.
Gorbachev was critical of Putin saying he’s created a sham democracy.

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, President Biden has announced a cancer
‘moonshot.’ However, he should focus on the lack of proficiency in
American students due to the interruption caused by the COVID
lockdowns. Unionization in public schools has been a tremendous
disservice to students in our country and Biden isn’t helping this one
bit. The teacher’s union mob is the bought-and-paid-for militia of the
Democrat Party. Then, Biden has destroyed medical innovation with his
new price control plan starting in 2026. The United States will not be
able to be the global leader in pharmaceutical research once its
earning potential is capped by socialist price controls. Later, Debra
Burlingame, sister of 9/11 pilot Chip Burlingame, calls in to discuss
why it’s wrong to negotiate with terrorists and eliminate the death
penalty for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and other Guantanamo Bay detainees.
Burlingame added that too many have died for poor decisions like this
to be tolerated. Afterward, Arizona Senate candidate Blake Masters
joins the show with an update on his campaign. Masters highlighted why
his opponent Mark Kelly will be a rubber-stamp for Joe Biden.

Rough transcript of Hour 1

Hour 1 Segment 1

When I see. Joe Biden has announced a cancer moonshot on the sixtieth
anniversary JFK moonshot speech, cancer moonshot. Both my parents died
of cancer. I know a lot of you. Now, people who’ve passed from cancer
or you may actually have cancer, it’s a horrendous disease. The problem
is it’s got. A thousand personalities. It’s like a centipede, there’s
different kinds of cancers and so forth and so on. So I would just say
this. The cancer moonshot, I suspect, under Joe Biden is just another
speech. I don’t think it’ll go any better than the virus moonshot where
he completely bungled. Completely bungled. covid-19. I don’t think I’ll
go any better than. The way he and his party run our classrooms in this
country. Which is disastrous, what’s happening to our kids. They’re not
getting educated. The blaze, recent tests indicate the pandemic school
closures sought by teachers unions have horribly impacted kids. It’s
impacted them psychologically, it’s impacted them socially, and it’s
impacted them in terms of. Gaining knowledge. Correlations were
observed between closures and the significant spike in mental illness,
suicide, obesity. And diminished immune systems. In Washington, data
released regarding standardized test scores indicate a significant drop
in proficiency rates between 2019 and 2022. Reporter by WTOP. More. 10
percent decrease in math proficiency between 20, 19 and 20, 22 for at
risk students, a six percent decrease in English language arts
proficiency for at risk students, that proficiency in math dropped
across all grade levels, that black and Hispanic students saw the
largest drop in proficiency in English language arts tests. Over 20 200
students were proficient in English language arts and 20 19 were no
longer proficient. This year, in a test that was done, over 3700
students were proficient in math and twenty nineteen. But they were no
longer proficient at 20 22. This is in Washington, D.C.. The deputy
mayor for education said these results are very sobering and underscore
the urgency with which we’ve been working for the past two years. But
it’s not limited to Washington. The Associated Press reports maths and
reading scores for American nine year olds fell precipitously during
the first two years of the pandemic. Reading scores saw their largest
decrease in 30 years. Maskers underwent the first decrease in the
history of such trends. The average nine year olds, Mascord dropped by
seven percentage points between 2020 and 2022. The average reading
score dropped by five points. Commentator Daniel Magrath societ, acting
commissioner, the NCIS Testing Service. These are some of the largest
declines we’ve observed in a single assessment cycle in half a century.
All regions of the Northeast and Midwest fared worse than schools in
the South and West, the decline in academic ability was universal.
Meanwhile. Randi Weingarten. Of the about the president. She insisted
on shutdowns. She prolonged the shutdown. She worked with the CDC that
perverted the science to accommodate the teachers unions because they
are a huge, huge political force with massive resources on behalf of
the Democrat Party and especially Biden. Which is why they want to push
parents out of the classroom. Foundation for Economic Education Kerry
McDonnel noted that even when ordered back to work now unions have
compelled their members to refuse. And so all over the country now,
beginning of the school year as school starts. We have clusters of
teachers unions threatening to strike if they don’t get massive pay
increases. Threatening to strike. Whomever it was that gave teachers
the right to unionize, public officials, public service individuals did
a grave disservice to the students of America in this country with the
shakedown operation where the vast majority of all the political money,
over 90 cents on the dollar, goes to the Democrats. It is a self
fulfilling operation. And then they raise your taxes and you pour it
into the system. Merit is thrown out the door. How dare you? Tradition
is thrown out the door, it’s all thrown out the door now. Joe Biden
hasn’t done a thing to help any of this because these are his.
Political, if you will, militia in many ways. They pay for them, they
bought and paid for them. Like the mob. Biden and the Democrat Party
operate like the mob. And so now he’s telling you a cancer moonshot.
Ladies and gentlemen, they just passed a bill with their spending.
Three hundred and fifty billion dollars. On so-called climate change,
that is to destroy our energy independence, tens of billions of dollars
are being sent to left wing groups. To work against you. In every
respect, in every respect. Hundreds of billions of dollars have been
wasted in covid spending and school spending and other forms of
spending hundreds of billions of dollars. And the same administration’s
going to have a cancer moonshot. The people who are going to figure out
how to deal with cancer are always the same people. They’re not
politicians or they’re not bureaucrats. There are people who work
quietly. Who don’t make a fortune? Tend to wear. White jackets and the
working in laboratories. But Joe Biden has taken steps to ensure that
solutions to cancer are going to be much more difficult to develop. Or
heart disease or diabetes or anything else, for that matter. Now, what
did he do? Come twenty, twenty six, there’s going to be price controls
on drugs. Price controls on drugs. Who do you think develops the new.
Medicines for cancer and all these other illnesses. Drug companies who
you’re supposed to hate, just like you’re supposed to hate oil
companies. In any other company, only the government. Only the
government has good intentions. So by putting price controls on these
drug companies, large, small, medium sized companies. He has killed
research and development funding, he has killed. Capital investment.
And so these new drugs that are already in the works, yes, they’ll come
out one day. But after that, not many why you don’t see many new drugs
coming out of Europe or so many other parts of the world. Because they
have universal health care insurance. That doesn’t improve medicine,
it’s the distribution of dollars. It’s when insurance’s, it’s the
distribution of dollars, but if you impose controls. Like they’re doing
on our American pharmaceutical companies. Then you’re not going to get
new new medicines other than what’s already in the pipeline for cancer,
for heart disease, for diabetes or anything else you can think of. It’s
not going to happen. So if he starts yelling at the top of his lungs,
every shuffles to a microphone. And speaks gibberish after he attacks
Americans. So don’t agree with him. There will not be any great
training of new investment. Or anything of the sort when it comes to
cancer. Thanks to Joe Biden, among others. I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 2

Oh, can you see my also, Eli? What was so. The Jets Ravens game, the
beginning of the game, the NYPD officer, Briana Fernandez, fantastic
voice, that’s America. Those fans represent America. 9/11 from me has
become a time to remind us who we are. To love our country. Every one
of those heroes that day, police officers and firefighters among them.
They did what they did. Because. They love their fellow man and they
love their country. It was their duty. And they died for. Some would
die later from all kinds of diseases, some even today are suffering.
But the very media that say, why can’t we respond? As a nation that we
responded. On 9/11, my answer is because of you, the media. What you’ve
done to this country. They’ve taken sides. You lie to the American
people. Are you tear down our heritage? Destroy our inheritance. How
are you blasphemy our history? Are you trash are police officers?
That’s right, the first responders. How you attack our traditions and
our institutions and our values and our beliefs. You are the media.
You’ve done this to us. There would be no AOC except for you. Except
for you. There would have been no January six except for your constant
drumbeat. Against Trump and his supporters day in and day out, year
after year. You did this. Your corporate masters did this for profit
for ratings for politics. I believe in a free media, a free press.
That’s in the Constitution. Funny how those white slave owners put it
in the Bill of Rights right there in the First Amendment. But funny how
it’s under attack. Viciously by those who camouflage themselves in the
First Amendment. And use their platforms to trash America. And bring on
people who trash America. Radical professors. Crackpot columnists. Give
them positions as hosts. Hosts. You did this. And you keep doing it.
The January six committee. Merrick Garland and his. His war on Trump,
his war on parents. His refusal to protect Supreme Court justices, his
refusal to protect our borders. His war on local police departments.
You, the media, you’ve done this to us. This country hadn’t changed
since 9/11, police officers hadn’t changed firefighters, emergency
personnel, the American people hadn’t changed. Look what you’ve done to
us. I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 3

Mitch McConnell and Karl Rove are spending a fortune in each state
trying to destroy the more conservative candidate. And in every
instance, it’s the candidate that Donald Trump has been endorsing, or
certainly 90 percent of the time, maybe not 100. And they’re doing it
now in New Hampshire, so they bloody usually they bloody these people
up and now they’re trying to destroy this general, this retired
general. Because they say he can’t win, they’re the same people who
said Reagan couldn’t win, that, the same people who said Trump couldn’t
win. I’ve been involved in this a long, long time, and I I would tell
you that Congress is full of people who were told they couldn’t win.
Newt Gingrich was another one they said couldn’t win. I remember when
Gordon Humphrey, senator terrific guy had of New Hampshire, won. And I
go down the list. Jeremiah Denton and an Alabama names you don’t even
remember. But I resent McConnell doing this. I resent Rove doing this,
then you have this idiot, Chris Sununu. Who looks like some kind of
frat boy? What’s he, the third or fourth Sununu elected in New
Hampshire? The Sununu new news. Anyway, that for another day, the press
in Washington and in New York and probably L.A.. They are desperate to
keep conservatives out of the Senate because, ladies and gentlemen,
we’ve got to put an end to what’s going on in this country. We’ve got
to put an end to it that. And they know the rhinos will not. I want to
read something to you again from the blaze in this came out. Yesterday
on 9/11. By Chris pAnd also report 9/11 mastermind could escape death
penalty. A plea deal. I said what? The United States government is
reportedly negotiating plea deals that could take the death penalty off
the table for the five defendants charged with planning and executing
the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the self-proclaimed
mastermind behind the 9/11 attacks, and four other Gitmo detainees,
including Ramzi bin al Shabab, Mustafa Ahmed al Hiawassee and yabba
dabba doo one another, yabba dabba doo. They were charged in 2008 with
the murder of nearly 3000 people. Terrorism, providing material support
to terrorism and plane jacking and various other crimes related to the
terror attacks. Prosecutors sought the death penalty for each of the
five men, but they have evaded justice for their crimes for decades as
their cases have progressed through the military commission system. The
cases have been delayed by the defense’s request for CIA evidence
related to enhanced interrogation techniques as well as covid-19
pandemic. Now is the 21st anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. CBS News
correspondent Catherine Arich, formerly of FOX, reported Sunday on 9/11
that military prosecutors and defense attorneys for the five Gitmo
detainees are negotiating plea deals that could remove the death
penalty and keep the military base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, open
indefinitely. A spokesperson for the military trials confirmed that the
parties are currently engaged in preliminary plea negotiations,
according to CBS. All five defendants and the government are all
engaged in good faith negotiations with the idea of bringing this
trial, which has become a forever trial to an end, said James Connell,
a defense attorney for one of the mass murders. So the answer is to
take the death penalty off the table. Now, this is a serious problem
for many reasons. Number one, it’s utterly immoral. This was a mass
murder. Mass murder. It’s unbelievable to me that this is even in
discussion number two, you want to fix something, fix the process that
takes decades to kill mass murders. I know what the hell’s going on
with the military now. These military tribunals. You know, World War
Two, Franklin Roosevelt and the Democrats love FDR, Franklin Delano
Roosevelt. They love him. He’s got. When you had Nazis. They came to
the United States and were caught in New Jersey. Several of those Nazis
were executed, not summarily, but almost summarily. They came into the
United States, they were spies, they got off some of these subs, they
were caught. My recollection I was in New Jersey, went all the way to
the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court wouldn’t protect them. FDR told
his attorney general. I want at least some of them executed. And
executed, they were. This all happened in less than three or four
months. Something to that effect. Now, they didn’t do what these
terrorists did. And I’m just concerned, ladies and gentlemen, we have
enemies that are willing to die. And we don’t even have the capacity
anymore to do justice for the almost 3000 people who were murdered in
cold blood. Fellow citizens or not? We leave it to our ruling class. To
get these things done and they don’t. They’re busy rounding up people
on trespassing and parading charges. From January 6th. This they’re
negotiating a plea deal. And look at our focus, our focus on these all
these other things going after next president, going after these
trespassers, taking out conservatives, maggot candidates with. With
money raised by special interests, by the usual Washington hacks. The
children in our classrooms now are regressing. They’re being taught
ideology instead of hard sciences and facts. The country’s dying. The
country’s being killed from within. It gets worse. It gets worse. This
Pramila Jollier Paul and I’ve talked about this before, I believe she’s
second generation. She represents Seattle, one of the worst websites in
America, though, got it right. So when they get it right, I try to give
them some attention, not always negative. That’s media. Congresswoman
Pramila Japan. She’s the head of the progressive wing of the Democrat
Party, a.k.a. the Trotskyites, scrubbed a memorial tweet for 9/11,
which included the terrorist hijackers among the people who were killed
in the attack. Twenty one years ago. Japan marked the anniversary of
the attack and a now deleted tweet where she said, quote, Today we
remember the two thousand nine hundred and ninety six people who were
killed on 9/11 and all those who lost their lives while serving our
country in the forever wars that followed. Interestingly. This is not
the first time Jiah Paul’s account posted this, it was cloned from an
identical tweet she sent out last year. Paul has yet to publicly
explain why her tweet from this year was deleted, though it may have
something to do with the fact that her mention of the two thousand nine
hundred ninety six people dead combines the two hundred two thousand
nine hundred and seventy seven victims with the 19 al-Qaida terrorists
who carried out the attack. Conservative political observers voiced
their disapproval. Conservative political observers. Not all Americans.
Not all Americans. Can you believe this woman is in the House of
Representatives? She’s in the House of Representatives. She’s mourning
the 19 mass murder salamo Nazis who attacked our country. And I said
something else Friday that has echoed throughout the conservative
mindset. After 9/11. 9/11. With all these murders and the mayhem and
everything that took place, what was the great concern from the Justice
Department, the FBI? The Bush presidency among the great concerns. Was
that not all Muslims be viewed from the perspective of 9/11? Fair
enough. And I pointed this out Friday. Friday. And yet. Everyone on
January six. Is considered a violent insurrectionist. Including the
former president. So the same people. We’ll come to the immediate
defense. On 9/11. Of all Muslims, fine. Are the same people in most
cases who are smearing. Everybody who appeared on January six and even
beyond everybody who supports or supported Donald Trump as semi
fascists from the completely illiterate. My number, Foon in the Oval
Office. Mark Warner is one of them on the Face the Nation. Now,
remember, we’ve played the montage went on for 10 minutes or so. Of the
Democrat Party, deniers of the 2000 election, the 2004 election and the
2016 election, since then, the RNC has found more. It’s now over 12
minutes. And they were not just Democrats in Congress. They were
Democrats and the media, one after another, after another after
another. Nobody spoke about election deniers, and they went from there
with their coup attempts and their impeachment’s and all the rest of it
to try and denude the Trump presidency. And they’re still at. But
here’s Mark Warner on Face the Nation, cut to go and our country came
together and in many ways we defeated the terrorists because of the
resilience of the American public, because of our intelligence
community. And we are safer, better prepared now when the borders wide
open. That’s what he’s talking about, the way. The border is wide open,
we’re not safer today because of schmucks like you go ahead or 20 years
later, and the attack on the symbol of our democracy was not coming
from terrorists, but it came from literally insurgents attacking the
capital on January six. So there you go. So there’s the the the
comparison between 9/11 and the insurgents who attacked the Capitol
building and not the insurgents, by the way, who attacked the White
House. No. Not the insurgents who attacked the the judicial building,
the federal judicial building night after night for over two months in
Portland. No, no, no, no, not the insurgents who attacked police
precincts. That those insurgents know that trespassers and the
paraders. I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 4

Blake Masters is running for the Senate in Arizona, will be on the
program in the last hour. And let me explain. I’m not taking any
prisoners, we must defeat these bastards, we must defeat them, we’re
behind in Arizona. We’re behind in Wisconsin, we’re behind in
Pennsylvania. We can’t win like this. So we all may have a little
disagreements here and there. But we’re going to have to put them aside
right now and then sort things out after the election because we have a
common enemy. That’s right. I said it not adversary, a common enemy.
It’s the real fascists and the real Marxists. That’s right. Quote me. I
don’t see how you could be a fascist or Marxist if you support the
Constitution and capitalism, but let’s put that aside. We need to win
every damn election. Ladies and gentlemen, every single one of them,
despite McConnell. Despite Rove’s done. Despite the rhinos. Not because
where Republican Party cheerleaders and flag wavers, no. Because that’s
all we’ve got right now, that’s it. That’s in. We cannot let these
bastards win because they’re out to destroy your life. Where am I? Most
of it is. Oh, yes, I’ll be right back.

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the Democrat Party has a long history of
racism and one of their leaders was Woodrow Wilson. Wilson re-
segregated the federal government and separated Black workers with
cages according to W.E.B. Du Bois. Others like, Jefferson Davis and
Robert E. Lee were Democrats who fought to protect slavery and resisted
ending lynching. FDR’s first SCOTUS nominee was KKK lawyer Hugo Black
and he snubbed Black Olympian Jesse Owens from attending the White
House. Then, Democrats are afraid to admit that they’re not trying to
codify Roe v Wade, they’re trying to codify death. The Science in Roe
acknowledged that it’s a viable child and Democrats don’t feel that Roe
went far enough. Sadly, this is the most vicious form of population
control seen anywhere on earth. Later, Democrats take to the media for
damage control over the migrants that were voluntarily flown to
Martha’s Vineyard and trashed Christianity and Republican Governors,
while claiming that the migrants were ‘kidnapped.’ Bexar County
Sherriff claims he will investigate DeSantis’ relocation of migrants to
Massachusetts. Afterward, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton joins the
show to discuss a recent big tech court victory and how Texas law
allows county officials certain autonomy including district attorneys
and sheriffs.

Rough transcript of Hour 1

Hour 1 Segment 1

I hope you well. I hope you had a great weekend. You have been giving a
lot of thought to the history of the Democrat Party in the history of
the Republican Party, the Democrat Party has a huge history of racism,
even beyond what some of you may know. And it’s kind of. Genuflected
from. Sort of old time, horrific racism to now American Marxism, but as
I’ve said many times, the ISM it doesn’t support is Americanism.
Americanism, I want to tell you a little bit about Woodrow Wilson. Their
bridges with his name on it, their buildings with his name on it.
Princeton. He was governor of. New Jersey was president of Princeton at
one point, but I’m mentioning this because of all the things that had
been. Eliminated, torn down, scratched off as a result of ties to
slavery. The Civil War and racism. The Democrat Party has not. The
Democrat Party was the party of the Confederacy, Jefferson Davis and his
generals were Democrats. There were Democrats, the Democrat Party
fought. For slavery, the Democrat Party fought to divide the union.
Democrat Party, even after the civil war, fought in the courts with
Democrat judges to maintain. Segregation. The Democrat Party refused to
ban. Lynching with a federal law. For the longest period of time. Fact,
Franklin Roosevelt, despite the pressure from his wife, Eleanor. Refused
to support one of the bill. He said it might hurt his support in the
South for his reelection in 1936. Franklin Roosevelt’s first nominee and
first justice on the Supreme Court was Hugo Black. Hugo Black was a
lawyer for the Klan in Alabama, and I could go on and on, but I want to
focus on Woodrow Wilson right now because the word doesn’t get out,
maybe superficially, but it really doesn’t get out. And certainly it’s
not taught in our schools. Woodrow Wilson resegregated the federal
government. This is as presented by Vox seven years ago, Dylan Matthews,
easily the worst part of Wilson’s record as president, was his
overseeing of the resegregation of multiple agencies of the federal
government, which have been surprisingly integrated as a result of
reconstruction. Decades earlier, that is by Republicans. At an April 11,
1913, cabinet meeting, Postmaster General Albert Burlison argued for
segregating the railway mail service. He took exception to the fact.
That workers share glasses, towels and washrooms, Wilson offered no
objection to Burleson’s plan for segregation, saying that he, quote,
wished the matter adjusted in a way to make the least friction, unquote.
Both Burlison and Treasury Secretary William McAdoo took Wilson’s
comments as authorization to segregate. The Department of Treasury and
Post-Office Department both introduced screened off workplaces, separate
lunchrooms, separate bathrooms and a 1913 open letter to Wilson WBB
Dubois, who had supported Wilson in 1912 election before being
disenchanted by segregation policies, wrote, quote, one colored clerk
who could not actually be segregated on account of the nature of his
work and who subsequently had a cage built around them to separate him
from his white companions of many years, unquote. That’s right, black
people who couldn’t logistically be segregated. We’re put in literal
cages. Outright dismissals were also common to just one hundred years
ago taking office, Wellstone himself fired 15 to 17 black supervisors in
the federal service, replace them with white people. After the Treasury
and post office began segregating, many black workers were let go. The
head of the Internal Revenue Division in Georgia fired all his black
employees, saying there are no government positions for Negroes in the
South, a Negroes place in the cornfield to enable hiring discrimination
going forward. In 1914, the federal government began requiring
photographs on job applications. In 1914, a group of black professionals
led by newspaper editor and Harvard alumnus Monroe Trotter, met with
Wilson to protest the segregation. Wilson informed Trotter segregation
is not humiliating, but a benefit and ought to be so regarded by you
gentlemen. And Trotter insisted that it is untenable in view of the
established facts to maintain that the segregation is simply to avoid
race, race friction for the simple reason that for 50 years, white and
colored clerks have been working together in peace and harmony and
friendliness. Woodrow Wilson admonished him for his tone. He said if
this or if this organization is ever to have another hearing before me,
it must have another spokesman, your manner offends me, your tone with
its background of passion. Well, it’s worth stressing that Wilson’s
policies were racist even for his time. Presidents Teddy Roosevelt and
William Howard Taft had much better were had been much better about
appointing black statesmen to public office and other political figures,
including whites, attacked Wilson’s moves towards segregation. The
influential pro civil rights journalist Oswald Garrison Vuillard wrote
that the Wilson administration, quote, has allied itself with the forces
of reaction and put itself on the side of every torture, of every
oppressor, of every perpetrator of racial injustice in the south or the
north. And he further attacked it for its political stupidity. He said
the administration is put into the hands of the Republican Party. An
issue which, if they have the sense to use it, may be just the
touchstone they are seeking. Villa was taken seriously by the White
House, which tried to court him on the issue and offered hints that it
might be changing its tone. He met with Wilson and corresponded with
them on racial issues numerous times. But the segregation policies were
never reversed. He goes on, Wilson’s racism even extended to foreign
affairs while they’ve been customary to appoint black ambassadors data
in Santa Domingo, the Dominican Republic. Wilson didn’t do that either.
And as the overside convention in 1919, Wilson helped kill a proposal
from Japan calling for the treaty to recognize the principle of racial
equality. And while 11 out of 17 members at the meeting, considering the
amendment favored it, Wilson, who is presiding, arbitrarily decided the
amendment had been defeated because the vote wasn’t unanimous. This
wasn’t an actual rule that the proceedings were operating under a simple
majority was enough to decide that the League of Nations would be
headquartered in Geneva. Wilson just really didn’t want the treaty to
recognize racial equality and wanted to appease the British Empire,
which was premised on subjugating African and South Asian people. Well,
someone was governor of New Jersey when he became president in 1913, but
he’d been born in Virginia and raised in Georgia and South Carolina. He
was historian William Calgro notes the first southerner elected to the
presidency since Zachary Taylor in 1848. Southern racists accordingly
rejoiced his election. Washington was flooded with revelers from the old
Confederacy, whose people had long dreamed of a return to the glory
days. Rebel yells and the strains of Dixie reverberated throughout the
city. Wellstone himself was the descendant of Confederate soldiers he
identified deeply with the Lost Cause narrative, according to which the
Confederacy was a government of noble men trying to preserve a decent
agrarian way of life against crude northern industrialists rather than a
separatist movement premised on white supremacy. Historian Wesley Moody
describes Wilson’s most famous book as an act as an academic, a history
of the American people as steeped in lost cause mythology. And the book
was generally sympathetic to the Ku Klux Klan, describing them as men.
Half outlaw denied the suffrage without hope of justice in the courts.
Who meant to take this means to make their will felt. This means being
violence and intimidation. And the following quote from the book even
made it into the movie, The Birth of a Nation, D.W. Griffith’s infamous
feature valorizing the Ku Klux Klan as saviours of the South. But this
was a quote in the movie, but from Woodrow Wilson’s book, quote. The
white men were roused by a mere instinct of self-preservation until at
last there had sprung into existence a great Ku Klux Klan, a veritable
empire of the South to protect the southern country. Woodrow Wilson.
That’s one I think this is a misrepresentation of Wilson’s views. The
birth of a nation actually cut off the most racist part of the first
half of the quote. The first half of the quote. The white men of the
South were aroused by their mere instinct of self-preservation to rid
themselves by fair means or foul of the intolerable burden of government
sustained by the votes of ignorant Negroes and conducted in the interest
of adventurers. And that was only the last of three Wilson title cards
in the film, this one came first. Wilson again, adventures swarmed out
of the north as much of the enemies of the race as the other cause and
beguile and use the Negroes in the villages. The Negroes were the office
holders, men who knew none of the uses of authority except in
influences. And then this from Woodrow Wilson. The policy that
congressional leaders brought a veritable overthrow of civilization in
the South and their determination to put the white south under the heel
of the black south. For his part, Wilson lent the birth of the nation
his approval by screening it at the White House. Elsewhere in the book
was an attack reconstruction on the grounds that the dominance of an
ignorant, inferior race was justly dreaded, quote unquote. And he was
strongly against black suffrage. The end of reconstruction, he said
Negro rule under unscrupulous adventurers have been finally put an end
to in the South and the natural inevitable ascendancy of the whites, the
responsible class established. Wilson’s racism was the matter of a few
unfortunate remarks here. There was a core part of his political
identity, as indicated both by his antiblack policies as president. And
by his writing before taking off, it’s completely accurate to describe
him as a racist, a white supremacist, and condemn him accordingly. Did
you know that Mr Is. So in 2015. The students at Princeton wanted to
remove Wilson’s name. From the university. And here was this tweet.
Insanity breaks out at Princeton now Woodrow Wilson is a racist pig
enough stand firm President Eisgruber. November 19, 2015, you know who
wrote that, Mr. Bluesier. Joe Scarborough, because Joe never knows what
he’s talking about and he has a very big mouth. I could give you the
history of Wilson, I could give you the history of Roosevelt. FDR would
not allow Jesse Owens to visit the White House with the other. Gold
medalists from the 1936 Berlin Olympics, he was not invited. He didn’t
receive a telegram. He was snubbed by FDR. Consider what Lincoln did
after his speech. In 1864, consider what Lincoln did, I guess, 1865, his
second inaugural, there was Frederick Douglass trying to get into the
White House and get into the room where Lincoln was and the army stopped
him. And what did Lincoln do? He said, no, no, no, let that gentleman
through. That’s my friend Frederick Douglass. And he asked Frederick
Douglass how his speech won and Douglas praised it. How do we know?
Because this is what Frederick Douglass wrote down about his meeting
with Lincoln. FDR was no Lincoln. Even 80 years later, I’ll be right
back

Hour 1 Segment 2

Now, Woodrow Wilson, there’s a reason for this. History is important.
Woodrow Wilson was among the top, I would say three, certainly the top
five intellectuals of the so-called progressive movement that is early
American Marxism. They rejected the Declaration of Independence. You can
see why. You can see why he’s been. Celebrated and embraced. Really for
decades and decades by the Democrat Party only now. Do they seek to
rewrite his history? But all that said. Well, this is not the only one,
and it’s not just quote unquote, southerners, it’s northerners do. You
can’t find any president, Republican president is anything like or close
to what Wilson wants. I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 3

You know, I got to tell you folks something, and I think you can see it
now to one of the reasons I use this platform and my books. One of the
reasons one of the reasons this is important to me is to try and push
the national debate before the book American Marxism came out. People
weren’t talking about Marxism, nor were they talking about. Economic
socialism. Oh, they mention it here and there, but more and more people
are trying or people are figuring out. The Marxist fundamental
foundation to the Democrat Party, to the arguments they make, even to
economic socialism. Critical race theory to all these things, I can see
Fox nations working on it now, this is very, very important. We talked
about the classrooms, the parents movement. This is very, very
important. And just so you know, I don’t let grass grow under my feet.
My wife would tell you this, I’m working on another book. It’s a
tremendous amount of work. I’ve been spending months thinking about it,
writing notes to myself, drafting, ripping it all up, starting all over
again, as I did with American Marxism. But it’s very important that
people know what’s taking place. It’s like liberty and tyranny, which
was the foundational book for. The Tea Party movement. Or the Liberty
Amendments, the foundational book for the Article five movement. Now, I
understand I’m not going to get these glowing write ups and so forth,
and I’m not trying to pat myself on the head, I’m telling you, you’re in
the right place. I don’t just do hit and run radio. I’m not Henny
Youngman here cracking jokes left and right. Now and then, I like to
crack a joke, we all like to have a good time, but I think this stuff
through and I use this platform, I think, differently than most. Why did
I read you this story about Woodrow Wilson? Because the Democrat Party
is fundamentally evil. It’s fundamentally anti-American. But you look at
the civil war, whether you look at reconstruction, whether you look at
post reconstruction. In the late eighteen hundreds, Plessy vs. Ferguson,
what do you look into the early nineteen hundreds with the likes of
Woodrow Wilson, whether you look into the 30s and 40s with the likes of
Franklin Roosevelt, was no friend of blacks or Jews or Asians, period.
Then when you look in the 1950s in the segregationists and you look at
the 1960s and the filibusters against the 1964 excuse me, the 1964 and
65 Civil Rights Act. And then you look today. Where they’ve abandoned
that approach, the party has the Democrat Party, but they’ve embraced
another miserable approach. And so you hear all this talk about white
supremacy now, white domination, now critical race theory, you hear all
this anti family stuff and anti faith stuff and open borders. So that
party has genuflected. But it’s still embraces evil. It’s still invasive
alien ideologies and doctrines, it still rejects the Declaration of
Independence, which is the the formal consensus statement of the
founding of the nation. It still rejects the Constitution. And so. This
is very, very important to understand and for us to discuss at length.
So that’s why I talked about Woodrow Wilson, because most of you don’t
know about Woodrow Wilson, and yet he was a leading founding father of
this American Marxist movement. Of this American Marxist when we know
when Marx died in 1883. His writings weren’t that. Wide spread mean, he
wrote a lot in angles, wrote a lot. His writings weren’t all that
influential except with a relative handful of goons and so forth. Wasn’t
in it till later. When individuals embraced it and started to promote
it, including here in the United States. And there were many. And I
wrote about them and rediscovering Americanism and the tyranny of
progressivism. But Woodrow Wilson was among them. He was among them, he
was one of their intellectuals, one of their scholars. And this was the
new wave of indoctrination. This was the new ideology. Which they call
progressivism first, they called it populism and then they call it
progressivism. And you hear the strain of the same arguments out of Joe
Biden’s mouth, who was also a racist. And has a long history of being a
racist, not just in what he says, but in what he did. And then he
decided the better way. To gain power and keep power. Was to repackage.
And so now he is the most prominent. Voice. Or I should say body through
which entity, through which this American Marxism operates, his
administration, his regime. This is very important to understand. Now.
Let me move to a few other issues here. Lindsey Graham has taken a lot
of heat because he’s proposing and this is something he proposes every
year to. A national ban on abortion, I think it’s up to the 14th and
15th week, and he did it again a week or two ago, and because the media
are positioning the Democrats as pro women. Graham’s coming under. A lot
of heat, an attack. We want to discuss inflation, we want to discuss the
border, we want to discuss crime, we don’t want to discuss abortion, and
we don’t want to defend Trump and we don’t want to do all these other
things. Now, ladies and gentlemen, who are we and what are we? This is
all McConnell ism. We’re supposed to push fiscal conservatism, and yet
most Republicans in Congress aren’t fiscal conservatives, despite what
they say. They spend like drunken sailors. The problem is the Democrats
spend like drunken Marxists. So I’m just speaking frankly with you. When
the spending was going on the last several years, you only heard from
one voice behind this microphone condemning it, everyone thought it was
a boring subject. Let’s get on with other stuff while there’s a lot to
talk about. But that was always important to talk about. Always. And
always is. So now they’re all fiscal conservatives. I do think we need
to run on inflation and run on all these issues, we need to win
Congress, both houses. But we ought not abandon our principles. What
else shouldn’t we talk about that we believe in? The problem is
Republicans don’t know how to talk when it comes to abortion, they
should focus on where the Democrats are most vulnerable, where are they
most vulnerable? They don’t believe on any limits. That’s not where Roe
vs. Wade said or Casey versus Planned Parenthood. They believed in
limits. The Democrats don’t believe in limits, and what they want to do
is impose on the entire country abortion right up to the last second, a
birth. And Republicans should seize on that. Because the vast majority
of America does not support that, and that’s why you don’t see a single
poll from any cable channel, from any newspaper, from any university
asking the question, the real question, do you support the Democrat
position that abortion should be legal right up to birth? That’s their
position. Not codifying Roe, codifying death. And what’s the science say
about that? The science says it’s a baby. When you’re about to give
birth, it’s a baby, there’s no dispute in that. But it undermines the
entire area. So you won’t hear Jake Tapper talk about this. You won’t
hear Nicolle Wallace talk about this. You won’t hear Joe Scarborough
talk about this, you won’t hear the reprobates, malcontents and
miscreants dressed up as hosts and guests. On these cable shows, talk
about it. You won’t see it written up in The New York Times or The
Washington Post, you won’t see it discussed on the Sunday shows. That I
discuss it all the time. Because it’s important to understand what the
Democrats actually stand for, the most radical. Most radical form.
Population control anywhere in the world. We don’t treat dogs this way.
But here’s the problem with Lindsey Graham’s proposal. Professor Glenn
Reynolds has written about him, and he’s 100 percent correct, and I’ve
mentioned this to. The federal government does not have the authority to
do what Lindsey Graham wants to do. It’s left to the states exactly as
the Supreme Court said, Congress doesn’t have plenary power to pass laws
and everything it wants. Its actions must to have some basis in some
part of the United States Constitution. Article one, as Glenn Reynolds
points out, spells out a long list of things Congress can do, but the
list, while long, is an all embracing Congress has the power to lay and
collect taxes, borrow money, declare war, establish post offices and
post roads, etc. But wide latitude isn’t the same thing as carte
blanche. The farthest reaching power of Congress is the power to
regulate commerce among the several states, quote unquote, even since
Franklin Roosevelt’s New Deal or more accurately, ever since he
threatened to pack the Supreme Court, the high court has given Congress
wide latitude in regulating what has come to be called interstate
commerce. As recently as the 1990s, though, the argument that the
Commerce Clause would authorize an abortion ban as a regulation of
commerce among the several states would have had some force. It even
then, many federalised, many of us would have said no, but since that
time, the Supreme Court has spoken. It has agreed, holding repeatedly
now that Congress has power under the Commerce Clause extends only too
well the regulation of commerce. We have a 1995 case called the United
States vs. Lopez. And we have subsequent cases. And so is regulation of
abortion, the regulation of commerce among the several states, it’s hard
to see how abortion is an interstate commerce that takes place entirely
in one state. And regulation of medical procedures is traditionally the
domain of the states, not the federal government. So it’s a very weak,
if not fatal argument to say under the quote unquote, commerce clause. I
would argue that you could even drive the abortion issue through it. So
I would say this bill is unconstitutional and any bill like it is
unconstitutional, including if the Democrats pass a bill. That states in
all cases, abortion will be permitted, whether or not any state likes it
or not and so forth and so on. Congress doesn’t have the power. To
codify abortion. And Lindsey Graham’s bill, whether you support it or
not, is unconstitutional. So the Democrat vote for abortion for
anything, any time, even up to the last second before birth is
unconstitutional. And Lindsey Graham’s proposal, which is not radical in
the least, most European countries have done exactly what Lindsey Graham
is proposing, which is probably why he’s doing it. Have embraced his his
idea, but they don’t have our Constitution. So it’s left to the states,
so when you have people out there saying abortion is my number one
issue. So I’m voting for Democrats at the national level. Why? Number
one, they can’t do a damn thing about it. And number two, you sure you
support them? Because do you understand what they support? Particularly
those of you who’ve had children. Do you know what happens to abort a
baby? Before birth. They take a syringe that’s about 12 inches long and
they shove it into the soft spot at the top of the head. They have to
kill it in the womb. And they drain the brains out. And killing. You
know how badly that baby suffers. Just because you don’t hear it scream.
You know how agonizing that is your own flesh and blood. It makes me
cringe. The Democrats support abortion, including up to that point, and
we even had one, and I’m sure there are others. Used to be the governor
of Virginia who supported infanticide. Be careful what you vote for,
ladies. I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 4

We’re talking about Wilson and the Democrat Party. We talked about
abortion. Now, let’s talk about Planned Parenthood. If we only had an
honest media in this country, things would be quite different that the
greatest danger we face the corrupt media. Planned Parenthood was
founded by a woman. Who was a racist, just like Woodrow Wilson? She
promoted abortion. Planned Parenthood, the organization she founded.
Because she wanted to see more black babies aborted and mentally
handicapped, handicapped and physically handicapped. That’s where
abortion got its real birth, so to speak, in this country. By another
racist. And she had ties to the clan to she spoke at a clan major
convention and event and did from time to time, she was very popular.
Her name was Margaret Sanger. So the Democrat Party and this obsession
with abortion has existed for over 100 years. So, again, I would
encourage those of you who just think this is a simple yes, of course
I’m for it. You need to think you need to understand what’s going on.

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the U.S has some former Presidents who have done
very nasty things and the Department of Justice did nothing at all. In fact,
many Attorneys General and federal prosecutors routinely mishandle classified
information as they travel in their vehicles, and no one prosecutes them. But
Biden’s Department of Justice decided to use a SWAT team to raid a pro-life
Catholic activist. After a judge threw out the case, AG Merrick Garland
picked it up. The family was raided by a SWAT Team with 15 vehicles and all 7
of their small children watched in terror. Then, the White House and its
economic advisor are backpedaling on the impending global recession. No
matter how hard the Democrats try to spin inflation, the American people know
what they’re spending at the grocery store and the gas pump. Later, why isn’t
the media covering the carnage left behind by Hurricane Fiona in Puerto Rico?
The media hasn’t been focused on talking to FEMA or reporting how many homes
still don’t have electricity. Why won’t the media hold Biden accountable on
his disaster response the way they do to Gov Ron DeSantis and others?
Afterward, Robert Cahaly, Chief Pollster and Founder of The Trafalgar Group,
joins the show to discuss how many polls are creating narratives that affect
voters rather than reflect voter sentiment. Cahaly says that recent polls
show a sizable Republican advantage on the generic ballot.

Rough transcript of Hour 1

Hour 1 Segment 1

Happy Rosh Hashanah. Happy New Year to my Jewish friends and other friends
who may be celebrating it. And those of you who are pro-life, just as the
Biden administration is threatening parents. Threatening parents who go to
school board meetings, pictures can be taken of you, recordings can be made
of you. Notes can be taken of what you say and then they can report you on
the domestic terrorist hotline. Because Merrick Garland, Joe Biden’s attorney
general at the Department of Justice, has not withdrawn his memorandum. You
can have the FBI contacting you. And so we have in the Biden administration a
Stassi like effort to threaten people. To threaten people, to intimidate
people. And that’s what’s going on in this country now. That’s what’s going
on with the protesters on January six. I’m not talking about those who broke
into the Capitol building forcibly or harm somebody talking about those who
paraded and trespass, quote unquote, or those who went into the Capitol
building were waved in by police, many of whom walked in, weren’t waved in by
police, but did no violence whatsoever. They’re doing two months, three
months in federal prison. Now, we all know that’s a crock of well, you know
what? And then, of course, the war on the former president as there was a war
on the then president, as there was a war on the then presidential candidate,
Donald Trump, we’ve never seen anything like this in American history. And
it’s not because Donald Trump is corrupt or Donald Trump is operating in ways
that are very troublesome for our national security. You must ignore. Barr,
you must ignore the former federal prosecutor, must ignore all of them.
Because they’re blind. We’ve had former presidents who’ve done some nasty,
nasty things, nasty things. But the Justice Department wouldn’t have given a
second thought that a second thought. To doing to them what they’ve done to
Donald Trump, who hasn’t done any nasty things at all. Now, I would ask Bill
Barr right on this program right now, he’s listening, he can call in. Did you
ever take classified information on. And even bring it back the next day. Did
you ever read classified information in the vehicle in which your driver was
taking you to one place or another? If so, you violated federal law, you
committed a felony. And I’d like to know if you ever did that. Just curious
how many you former federal prosecutors. Just curious, are the current
attorney general meritless, Galan, but you hear more and more about the use
of SWAT teams, either FBI, SWAT teams or SWAT teams operating on behalf of
the FBI. Who’s ever seen SWAT teams used against former? Administration
officials, as they were against Paul Manafort. Or political operatives like
Roger Stone, why would you use SWAT teams? Our SWAT teams against
electricians or plumbers or vets’. Who didn’t commit acts of violence? On
January six. And now we have a SWAT team that was used. Against a Catholic
pro-life speaker. And this has been in some. News platforms town hall has its
Sarah Arnold, a Catholic pro-life speaker. Was raided by the FBI for an
alleged face ACC violation while his seven kids watched in terror, according
to the warrant. Mark Halk was charged with violating the Freedom of Access to
Clinic Entrances Act, the face due to a claimed, quote, attack of a patient
escort, unquote. The case, which was previously thrown out, thrown out of the
district court in Philadelphia, was mysteriously picked up by WOAK Attorney
General Merrick Garland. That means his civil rights and criminal divisions
are behind this, ladies and gentlemen. His wife, Ryan Marietje, told Life
Site News that a SWAT team of about 25 to 30 FBI agents and 15 vehicles
swarmed their house at 7:00 in the morning surrounding the property with
armed rifles. They started pounding on the door and yelling for us to open
it. Housewife said, adding that her husband was trying to calm down their
children before opening the door. They have seven children. Seven little
kids. Please, I’m going to open the door, but please, my children are in the
home, I have seven babies in the house, but they just kept pounding and
screaming. Ryan Murray explained, adding they had big, huge rifles pointed at
Mark, her husband, and pointed at me and kind of pointed throughout the
house. When asked to see the warrant, the FBI told the family that they were
going to take away whether they had a warrant or not. But when Ryan Murray
accused the federal agents of kidnapping her husband without a warrant, they
agreed to show it to them. You can’t just come to a person’s house and
kidnapped at gunpoint, she said before being handed the document, the 48 year
old Mark is being accused of assaulting a man twice. It was a volunteer
reproductive health clinic escort. His wife said that a pro-abortion
activists would tell her 12 year old son that you’re a dad’s fag and other
crude and inappropriate things, when how could take him to sidewalk council?
When her husband confronted the man who kept going in his personal space and
saying these things to her son, how should the protester away from his son
making him fall backwards? He didn’t have any injuries or anything, but he
tried to sue Mark, she said, which such case just got thrown out? So a
federal court threw out the case. And the Department of Justice in
Washington, D.C.. Chalk it up as a criminal matter. He didn’t have any
injuries or anything, but he tried to sue Mark, she said, which just got
thrown out. If convicted, he faces up to 11 years in prison, three years of
supervised release and fines of up to three hundred and fifty thousand
dollars. The FBI and the Department of Justice are being characterized as
apolitical, as political weaponization of federal agencies. And they
reportedly stormed the homes of pro-life, first Trump supporters and
conservatives. So here you have a guy. Who’s not provoking anything, he’s not
intimidating anybody, he’s exercising his First Amendment right. In front of
this clinic. And a guy, they confront him two separate occasions. Is saying
these outrageous things to his son and to him. And then gets in his face. So,
Mark, how pushes him away, the guy falls down and now the federal Department
of Justice and the FBI are involved and they sent a SWAT team to arrest him.
A SWAT team to arrest him. Now, his lawyer has come out and said there was no
need to send a SWAT team to arrest him. We had already volunteered. We had
already volunteered to bring him in. This is the FBI under Christopher Wray,
who has to go is a complete schmuck. He is a disaster. He needs to be fired.
Should we take over the White House one day? I don’t give a damn what his
tenure is statutorily. He needs to be fired because he is what he is. And
that place needs to be cleaned out, it needs to be fumigated, there’s way too
many left wing cockroaches there, too many. Lawyer for pro-life protester
National Review, arrested by the FBI, says client offered to surrender.
Claims DOJ, trying to imitate, intimidate people of faith. The lawyer
representing. Said his client is innocent, accuse the Department of Justice
of target him solely to intimidate people of faith. And pro-life Americans,
rather than accepting Mark Houck’s offer to appear voluntarily. The Biden
Department of Justice chose to make an unnecessary show of potentially deadly
force, sending 20 or so heavily armed federal agents to his residence at dawn
this past Friday. Said the attorney representing Thomas More, society vice
president, senior counsel Peter Breen, that’s a great group. In threatening
form, after nearly breaking down the family’s story, at least five agents
pointing guns at his head and arrested him in front of his wife and seven
young children who were terrified that their husband and father would be shot
dead before their eyes. A spokesman for the FBI Philadelphia field office
told Fox News that no SWAT operators were used in house arrest and denied
that agents pointed their guns at Walker’s family members, though he conceded
that their weapons were drawn when they knocked on Hawks door. That’s B.S..
I’m so sick of this. He was arrested in front of the screaming children for
alleged violations of the Face Act. Preventing the interference with anyone
trying to access an abortion clinic. Access Abortion Clinic, I would argue my
wife mentioned this to me, that this face probably doesn’t even apply. You’re
talking about a volunteer who’s escorting women to this abortion clinic.
Apparently was the volunteer who was provocative on at least two occasions.
The volunteers, the guys are getting an abortion. So there is at least some
question in my view. Certainly whether this federal law even applies. The
Department of Justice issued a press release that B.L.. That’s how they
identified him. He was a volunteer escort at the reproductive health care
clinic. Now, that doesn’t sound like somebody who’s covered by the face act.
Ladies and gentlemen. Josh Hawley wants to get to the bottom of it, good for
him. He sent a letter to the attorney general, gave him 10 days to reply.
Good luck with that. And how many charges has your department brought against
pro-abortion extremists who have attacked pregnancy resource centers,
churches and pro-life Americans as Talli? The answer is zero zero. The
graffiti, the firebombing, the attacking zero. It’s like how many how many
federal cases of hate crimes have been brought? Against the people who’ve
been attacking Orthodox and Hasidic Jews in Brooklyn one. One. How many cases
have been brought against radicals who’ve been protesting at the homes and
and vacation locations of Supreme Court justices? None. Not one. And how many
cases have been brought against Jan, six protesters, over 900. How many cases
were brought against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for destroying
over 30000 thousand emails? Sounds like 30000 thousand. Cases of obstruction
to me. None. How many cases were brought about her having classified
information in her home? None. She’s not even a former president. There’s no
question. That she’s not protected. And don’t you love it when all these
legal analysts on TV, these former this, that and nobody’s. Or clowns like
Dan Abrams with his idiot site Mediaite, and then he is with that squirrel
glue to his head on these various shows on A&E, I think it is. I really think
Donald Trump’s going to get indicted now, why do we care? What do you think
they all want them to be indicted, so they all think he’ll be indicted
because they all know that the bigger the media pressure, the bigger the
pressure on Garlan. SIC, I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 2

I want you folks to keep something in mind. The only people objecting to
these tactics are conservatives. The media could care less. The vast majority
of the media, the usual corrupt media, they don’t care if they don’t report,
it means nothing to them. Nothing, the Democrat Party stands firmly behind
them. Behind Biden, Garlan, these various U.S. attorneys, no problem. The
former federal prosecutors, even prior Republican administrations, no
problem, no problem. We have a rash of. Brutality and Stasi like tactics
taking place across this country. Across this country. That nobody is out
there to defend us. In public. You don’t hear Mitch McConnell talk about
this, you don’t hear John Thune talk about it, you don’t hear John Cornyn
talk about it, you don’t hear this guy, John Barrasso is everybody named
John, by the way. You don’t hear anybody talk about it. They put on MSNBC and
you put on CNN, the other say nothing or they support it, it’s really
shocking, these these grotesque acts, police state actions against innocent
men and women. I’ll be back.

Hour 1 Segment 3

Now, let’s go through a little bit of history, America, that the media will
not discuss that the phony former this and that will not discuss. But I will
be loving each of the recent presidents. This is from just the news alert
case of audiotapes. And Bill Clinton’s sock drawer could impact Mar a Lago
search dispute. This is from August 17th. When it comes to the National
Archives history, a funny way of repeating itself and legal experts say a
decade old case over audiotapes that Bill Clinton once kept in his sock
drawer. May have significant impact over the FBI search. Melania Trump’s
closet and Donald Trump’s personal office. The case in question is titled
Judicial Watch versus National Archives and Records Administration, and it
involved an effort by the conservative watchdog to compel the archives to
forcibly seize hours of audio recordings that Clinton made during his
presidency with historian Taylor Branch. For pop culture, the case is most
memorable for the revelation at the forty second president for a time story,
the audio tapes in his sock drawer at the White House. The taste became the
focal point of a 2009 book that branch wrote U.S. District Judge Amy Berman
Jackson. She’s a hard core Obama leftist. The worst. That I say the worst,
the worst ultimately rejected Judicial Watch a suit by concluding there was
no provision, no provision in the Presidential Records Act to force the
National Archives to seize records from a former president. But Jackson’s
ruling, along with the Justice Department’s argument that preceded it, made
some other sweeping declarations that a more direct relevance to the FBI’s
decision to seize handwritten notes and files Trump took with him tomorrow.
Lago, the most relevant is that a president’s discretion on what our personal
versus official records is far reaching and solely his as his his ability to
declassify or destroy records will quote. The judge wrote in March 2012,
Under the statutory scheme established by the Presidential Records Act, the
decision to segregate personal materials from presidential records is made by
the president during the president’s term and in his sole discretion. Hello.
And it was never appealed. Since the president has completely entrusted with
the management and even the disposal of presidential records during his time
in office be difficult for this court to conclude that Congress intended that
he would have less authority to do what he pleases with what he considers to
be his personal record, she said. The judge. She also noted a president could
destroy any record he wanted during his tenure and his only responsibility
was to inform the archives. As to whether the records say president concluded
her personal can be forcibly seized after he leaves office, the court
concluded it was unreasonable to force Nora to go get the tapes, quote,
because the audio tapes are not physically in the government’s possession.
Defendant submits that will be required to seize them directly from President
Clinton in order to assume custody and control over them. The judge said
defendant considers this to be an extraordinary request that is unfounded.
Contrary to the Presidential Records Act, expressed terms and contrary to the
traditional principles of administrative law, the court agrees. The defendant
was the same Justice Department that authorized the raid on Trump’s estate,
Mr. Producer. Did you know that? Now, what about George W. Bush? This is from
September twenty sixteen Newsweek and we know Newsweek always tells the
truth. George W. Bush’s White House lost 22 million emails by Nina Burleigh.
I hope my friend. Rove is listening. For 18 months, Republican strategists,
political pundits, reporters and Americans who follow them have been pursuing
Hillary Clinton’s personal email habits, and no evidence of a crime has been
found. But now they at least have the skills and interest to focus on a much
larger and deeper email conspiracy, one involving war lies and private server
run by the Republican Party and contempt of Congress citations, all of it
still unresolved and unpunished. Written by Nina. Bearly Clinton’s email
habits look positively transparent? She writes, When compared with the
subpoena dodging email hiding private server using George W. Bush
administration between 2003 and 2009, the Bush White House lost 22 million
emails. This correspondence included millions of emails written during the
darkest period in America’s recent history when the Bush administration was
ginning up support. Remember, she’s a leftist for what turned out to be a
disastrous war in Iraq with false claims that the country possessed weapons
of mass destruction. Like Clinton, the Bush White House used a private email
server. It was owned by the Republican National Committee, and the Bush
administration failed to store its emails as required by law and then refused
to comply with a congressional subpoena. Seeking some of those emails and see
here most troubling, researchers found a suspicious pattern in the White
House email system blackouts, including periods when there were no emails
available from the office of. Vice President Dick Cheney, hello at the vice
president’s office, wildly characterized as the most powerful vice president
in history, should have no archived e-mails, none in its account for scores
of days, especially days when they were in discussion of whether to invade
Iraq beggared the imagination, says Thomas Blanton, director of the
Washington based National Security Archive. Not to be confused with the
agency. The media paid some attention to the Bush email chicanery, but spent
considerably less ink and airtime than has been devoted to Clinton’s digital
communications in the past 18 months. According to the Boston social media
analytics firm Crimson Hexagon, we’re trying to study for Newsweek. There
have been 560,000 articles mentioned in Clinton’s emails between March and
September, railing there should have been 10 million. What do you think? Oh,
my goodness. So when you see all these Bush Republicans. Running on TV here
and diatom, that’s right, I’m a farmer, you know, and whatever nose picker in
the department that I trust you. Oh, yes, my goodness. Mr. Producer, what do
you think of that? Want to hear another one? Obama, who never had a scandal.
Remember him, history coalition, Doug, on December 14, this goes back to
2009, the National Security Archive and Citizens for Responsibility and
Ethics in Washington is a left wing group reached a settlement with the Obama
administration of their long running lawsuits, challenging the failure of the
Bush administration and the National Archives and Record Administration, the
archives to take any action if they’re confronted with evidence that millions
of emails had gone missing from the Bush White House servers over two and a
half year period, an estimated 22 million. Wow. In April 2007, crew released
a report based on information from two confidential sources detailing loss of
more than five million White House e-mails generated between March 2003 and
October 2005. The archive originally filed its case September 2007, seeking
the recovery we just talked about that a subsequent lawsuit was filed by this
group. Now, under the terms of the settlement, the Obama administration
agreed that the executive office of the president will restore a total of 94
days of missing emails, which will then be sent to the archives for
preservation and eventual access under either the Presidential Records Act or
Federal Records Act. Wow. To date, the Obama administration has produced
thousands of pages of documents relating to these issues. Finally, we’ll be
providing it publicly releasable description of them. Isn’t that amazing, Mr.
Producer? How come George Bush’s home? Wasn’t subjected to activity after he
left. Well, Mark, this occurred while he was present. Well, we don’t know
anything. We don’t know. And here’s one more, may I many of you may have
been, actually. Doing something else over the weekend so they may miss this
September 22, the first day of fall. Letters reveal Obama Foundation is
keeping classified documents in an abandoned furniture warehouse. The Obama
Foundation stored classified documents in an abandoned furniture warehouse,
Cornetto, a 20 18 letter from the Obama Foundation to the archives. The
letter available on the Obama Foundation website dated September 11, twenty
eighteen. Reveals that the Obama Foundation not only acknowledged possessing
classified documents, but also admitted that they kept them in a facility
that did not meet the archive standards for the storage of those documents.
Wow. And with a warrant served, no. Did the FBI show up? No. Was Bill Barr
commenting on this? No. Here’s what it says in part, the letter, the letter,
the Obama Foundation agrees to transfer up to three million three hundred
thousand. That’s dollars to the National Archives Trust, that’s the archives
to support the move of classified and unclassified Obama presidential records
and artifacts from Hoffman Estates to archives controlled facilities that
conform to the agency’s archival storage standards for such records and
artifacts. This is written by Matt Margolis, one of the best. So media
reports confirmed that the Obama Foundation had rented space from Hoffman
Estates to store these documents and extended their originals for four years,
four more years, rather, back in August. While no firm date has been
announced for the completion and opening of the Barack Obama Presidential
Library near the University of Chicago, its future contents will stay in the
Hoffman Estates for four more years, the Daily Herald reported. Village board
members unanimously approved an extension to the special use permit that
enables landlord Hoffman Estates medical development to lease the seventy
four thousand two hundred square foot former Plunket furniture store. To the
National Archives. Through December 31, 2016, while the Plunket furniture
store, subsequently the Hoffman Estates Medical Development Building. And
now. Remains the Hoffman Estates Medical Development Building with classified
information. That’s seventy four thousand two hundred square feet. This means
that is the debate over the supposedly classified documents at Mar a Lago is
unfolding. Right now, the Obama Foundation is at this very moment storing
classified documents in unused retail space in the suburbs of Chicago. While
the storage of these documents appears to be with the full knowledge and
coordination of the archives still raises significant questions not just
concerning the rate of Mahlab, but also surrounding the legal actions being
taken. By Biden administration against Trump over the storage of his
documents. Dhamar Lago is a Secret Service protected building, Secret Service
harmed, you can’t get through that front gate. I’ve gone to Mar a Lago.
There’s a man standing there with a rifle when you get into the interior of
Mar a Lago. There are other men or women who are armed as well. Seems to me
that that’s a much better storage facility than the former furniture
warehouse. That the archives agreed to, this whole thing is B.S., the whole
damn thing is crap. And this barely touches the surface, how many attorneys
general have abused this authority and how many secretaries of state, how
many of them? I’ll bet all of them. I’ll bet all of them. I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 4

Well, ladies and gentlemen, Joe Biden’s popularity number is as high as his
IQ. Now it’s 39 percent. That was IQ is maybe Syracuse somewhat lower,
actually. And that’s why I say these things go up and down with my God rating
went to 45. No, it didn’t. Everybody can’t stand that guy, even his wife
can’t, but she wanted to be in the White House, you know, Dr. Jill, Dr. Jill.
Dr. Jill. So you see what I mean about Donald Trump, the way they treat him
versus Obama. A Clinton or Bush, and you see how all their hacks from their
administrations come on TV and diatribe. Yeah, yeah. And diatom. What’s
happening here is disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. They fear the man.
Letitia, James, Tish. James in their Alabama, New York, she should be
disbarred. She should be defendant. Defendant. For what she’s done and how
she’s going about it. And I’m not kidding. Then we have the January six
committee, the January six committee, who hasn’t spent one second
investigating how the security failed on January six, you realize that. They
haven’t spent one second invest. How did we fail? What did ever. Erva Pelosi,
do or not do? No, no, no, no, we don’t want to know that now. Really? Why?
And may I say, how about McConnell? McConnell and Pelosi were in charge of
protecting the building. Pelosi turned down the National Guard. What intel
did she have? While we’re never going to know unless the Republicans take
over and get a hold of her text message, wouldn’t that be fascinating,
getting dizzy lizzies text messages and emails and all the rest of the
reprobates malcontents and miscreants on that committee, I think would be
fantastic. All right. I shall return.

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, Americans of all races, creeds, and color united
to help save one another during times of natural distance like a hurricane.
Still, if you watch the media, they pretend to be for the people, but their
actions prove the opposite. VP Kamala Harris suggests that disaster relief
should be based on race. Progressivism and racism go hand in hand. Then,
Judge Silberman who recently passed away was ahead of his time when he held
that the Special Counsel statute was out of step with the Constitution. He
maintained that judges should not be activists on the bench. Later, Latino
voters told MSNBC that they don’t like racism, crime, or rising prices.
Hispanics care about the issues that affect their faith, their family, and
their communities. If Republicans hold on to their conservative values
Hispanics will naturally continue gravitating toward the Republican Party.
Afterward, Stephen A Smith joins the show to discuss new non-sports show he’s
hosting to discuss critical issues facing society. Smith also noted that the
government can’t just print money with impunity because it will cause
inflation and devalue the dollar, reiterating that there is no such thing as
a free lunch.

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the media in America are more than corrupt and
pathetic, they take the attention of the nation off things that matter. The
best example is a young Youtuber who was beaten and killed in Iran for not
wearing a hijab. Then her mother hung herself after seeing her daughter’s
body. If you watch the mainstream media, they pay no attention to this. This
is happening while Putin is killing and torturing Ukrainians and threatening
America with nukes. How come the Squad doesn’t talk about the Palestinian
tortured and killed after she was outed as gay? Instead, the media and
Democrats tell us Herschel Walker is a threat to country. Then, Kanye West is
under fire for tweets remarking on Jews. Evangelical Christians are the most
respectful people you’ll ever meet but making comments about going “Defcon 3”
on Jews is unacceptable. This rhetoric was spouted by the eugenicists and
then embraced by the Third Reich. Later, a judge agreed to adopt America
First Legal’s election integrity measures as a result of video evidence
showing malfeasance with ballot drop boxes. This is a win for election
integrity. Meanwhile, Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell and his
stooges like Sen. Lisa Murkowski must be defeated because all he does is
destroy the conservative candidates that get in his way such as his latest
attack on Alaska’s Kelly Tshibaka. Afterward, Sen. Ron Johnson joins the show
to explain that individuals like Wisconsin Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes who
praised Rev. Jeremiah Wright who hates America’s founding and principles and
will vote that way if elected to the US Senate. Johnson reiterated
fundamentally transforming America will fundamentally destroy it.

Rough transcript of Hour 1

Hour 1 Segment 1

We’re in the freest place on earth right now, Florida. You know. The media in
this country, and I know you’re sick of hearing it, but I want to make a
point. They’re more than corrupt and they’re more than pathetic. They take
the attention of the nation off of things that really do matter. And the best
examples of the worst kind of journalism you can see on MSNBC and CNN. You
can see in the pages of The New York Times in The Washington Post. You can
see on the nightly news programs on the Big Three networks, it never stops as
they push their agenda because powers first. But I want to tell you a little
story. There was a young lady in Iran by the name, by YouTube, by the name of
Serena Schmalz under 16 years old. Beautiful young lady, just a 16 year old.
A YouTube. And the Iranian authorities. Grabner. Beat her to death with
batons. During a protest in Karaj, Alborz province. After repeatedly trying
to collect her remains, reports Amazon.com, the mother was told her daughter
was immoral and a terrorist by the thugs when she finally got to see the
badly beaten and brutalized body of her 16 year old daughter. She went home
and hanged herself. Intelligence agents harassed and intimidated the
teenager’s family in a bid to keep them silent, according to Amnesty
International, Twitter users said the mom’s suicide was triggered by her
daughter’s death and the cruel behavior of security officials. And YouTube
videos have emerged showing her that is the daughter without a hijab,
contrary to Iran’s strict dress code. And in others, she’s dancing with
unidentified man and wearing her hair loose, she’s also seen discussing
issues, including women’s rights. Their family had looked for her for 10 days
before authorities finally handed over her body. The death toll has risen to
185 since protests broke out last month. Women are being murdered in the
streets. Murdered in the streets is they who are leading. The protests. The
Islam or Nazi state. Of Iran. Private messaging groups, schoolgirls across
Iran said they were planning more protests. 17 year old Cheramie went missing
on September 20. She was also allegedly tortured and murdered. And it is
amazing to me if you watch. MSNBC. And the self-righteous. Self-righteous.
Real slime. Like the morning shmo and the schmoes that are with him. Or you
watch. These other programs, they don’t even talk about this. It’s not even
mentioned this comes out of the U.K.. Out of the U.K.. Web news at Métro Dot
Seo Dot UK. Who’s covering this? There is an effort. To overthrow the
government, Iran being led by teenage girls. And their mothers. Desperate.
Desperate. For freedom. Maybe I’m getting all, but I remember the good old
days when people were concerned about things like this, when you’d have a
secretary of state and the head of the National Security Council. Secretary
of defense say president or vice president speak out not just once, not just
twice, but repeatedly about what’s going on to focus the world on what’s
taking place. I live and see my allies in the media talking about this. I
don’t even see conservatives talking about the stupidity defending Vladimir
Putin and Russia. Which is now bombing the hell out of the cities in Ukraine,
purposely trying to kill their citizens, and of course, if Ukraine were to
bomb the cities and Russia trying to kill their citizens, you’d never hear
the end of it. You never hear the end of it. We have this Maggie Haberman.
Pushing her gossip filled, preposterous book all over the place, she’s
getting more attention than these young teenage girls in Iran who are putting
their lives on the line, Maggette abridgments never had to do that as a so-
called journalist. While she works from as leaks, disgruntled former
employees never trumpeter’s big deal. Big deal. This is real world that’s
taking place in Iran and there’s no attention paid to it. No attention paid
to it. It’s real world, what’s going on in Ukraine. And people are attacking
the Ukrainian government and defending Putin while lying and pretending
they’re not defending Putin. Oh, they’re defending Putin. They’ve always
defended Putin. And one of the reasons they’re not even reporting this is
because the Putin noise also support the Islamic Nazi regime in Iran. When
Donald Trump. Took out. Took out the head of the group, the Republican Guard.
Sulimani. He was attacked by the same morons. For provoking a war with Iran,
see, we’re always provoking wars, not the enemy. We. If you’re an American
firster, you’re Magga, you’re conservative, don’t fall for that claptrap.
Being an American first doesn’t mean attacking your own country when the
enemy is rising up. When the enemy is invading your allies. Now, that’s not
an American firster, as far as I’m concerned, that’s an American laughter.
That’s exactly what that is, it’s one thing to oppose never ending wars, it’s
another thing to be a damnable fool who will get us into a world war because
you show weakness. You unilaterally withdraw. And this is where the radical
libertarians and the radical Marxists all agree, don’t join them. Don’t
embrace them. Vladimir Putin. Is slaughtering people, he’s torturing people.
You don’t see that in Russia by the Ukrainians. You see that in Russia by
Vladimir Putin assassinating Morlang, brutalizing torture chambers. You see
it. In Ukraine. Where he is doing the same thing there. And, of course, he
threatens us with nuclear weapons. How should this end? People ask, how can
this end? He needed to an off ramp. I’ve got the friend. I had the offramp
before Lindsey Graham had the off ramp, didn’t I, Mr. Producer? The offramp.
The offramp. As for summit in Russia. Even the Ukrainians. To take him out.
There were we took out Yamamoto. The brains behind. The Japanese attack on
Pearl Harbor. Take him out. Anyone who threatens to annihilate the United
States with nuclear weapons should not be defended by anybody. I don’t care
how deep their support for Russia and the Putin Zoids go if the Iranian
Islama Nazi regime go. That’s not who conservatives are. That’s not Reaganism
who knew how to defeat the Soviet Union. Who know how to contain these other
countries. No. I’m sick and tired of the Tokyo roses in our country, the
equivalents. They’re going to get us into a nuclear war, no, no, no, no. The
enemy is the enemy. What people should be doing and they’re not doing is
speaking out against Biden, negotiating with the Iranians to ensure that they
have nuclear weapons. How come the Putin lights aren’t even speaking out
about the. How come they’re not getting hemorrhoids over that one? And how
come it is that Taliban, Omar? And Bush and Baker and the candlestick maker,
they’re the the communist Marxist element within the Democrat Party, how come
they’re not coming to the defense of these women? Why is that? The
Palestinians last week. Found out that one of their own was gay. You didn’t
hear this either. One of their own. Was gay there in the Middle East. And
they tortured. And killed her. How come Talibe doesn’t speak out against
that? How come you don’t hear about these things? Instead, you get day in and
day out Herschel Walker, like he’s some threat to the country, we need his
vote in the Senate desperately. He’s some threat to the country. Now, we
don’t get the focus on the real news here. Not in this country. We get the
unreality of their reality each and every damn day, I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 2

We’re getting a lot of this cultural stuff and leave it to others who know
nothing about it but try to get into it. Kanye West tweeted out. A couple of
things about Jews. And I know he’s been popularized among some conservatives
and Republicans have always said he’s kind of a loose cannon. And so I really
don’t get into this guy very much. I watched his interview on Tucker. I
thought it was mostly pretty good, I didn’t watch all of it. I watch what I
could catch. He tweets out Saturday night that he’s going to go death con
three on Jewish people. You’re going to go death, come three on Jewish
people. And. I don’t know what that means. And any idea what that means? What
does that mean? You’re going to go to that country on Jewish people? I’d like
to know what he means by that. Because Jewish people have already faced
death, Khonsari. And I in particular. Don’t take such a comment so lightly.
Trying to find out exactly what he said. I’m a bit sleepy tonight, but when I
wake up, I’m going I’m going death con three on Jewish people. The funny
thing is I actually can’t be anti-Semitic because black people are actually
Jew. Also, you guys have toyed with me and tried to blackball anyone who ever
opposes your your agenda. Signed a. October 9th. Went on, Who do you think
created council culture? I don’t know, yeah. Who created Hansell culture?
What’s the name of the Jew who created cancer culture? Why don’t you listen
to this program from time to time? Yeah, and then maybe you’ll get a
different perspective on Jews. At least a different perspective. In a way
that you can understand that I speak to 14 million people. And number one
show on Fox. I was a constitutional conservative who really believed in free
speech and the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights long before you were
born again. As you put it. Long before you found religion. Our hosts to
interview you. But I will publicly say you’re welcome to come on this program
and clarify exactly what the hell you’re talking about. More than welcome to
come on this program and clarify exactly what the hell you’re talking about.
You’re going to go death count three on Jewish people in your capsulized
Jewish people. I want to know what you meant. I want to know what you meant.
You know what you meant. If he’s smart enough to know what you meant, he’s
blurted it out. You’re smart enough to know what you meant. Then explain it.
If you’re too stupid, then just apologize. I think you’re smart enough. I
think you’re actually quite smart. So what did you mean? Now people are
defending you. People are projecting about what you said, well, what he
really meant, I don’t want to know what they say you really meant. It’s like
the frauds and phonies who keep telling us what Biden really meant. Now,
ladies and gentlemen. I don’t give a pass to Talib and Omar and AFSC, I don’t
give a pass to Obama. I don’t give a pass when I think the Anti Defamation
League is wrong. And I’ll be damned if I’m going to give a pass to me. I’ll
be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 3

You know, I was sent by XXL Mag Dotcom. That’s a rapper’s magazine or site.
Mr. Producer, as I write this back and forth between Yae and Puff Daddy. I
know a lot of juicy stuff in here. Have you noticed that? Or they’re going
back back at each other. I can’t really make. Heads or tails of it? Uh. But
they’re really going at it. A lot of great stuff in here, I’m not going to
read it on the air. Does that Puff Daddy with half the stuff, Mr. Producer? I
can’t even tell that. Uh, actually, that’s Keine Kanigher, yay. Uh. And the
Puff Daddy and these guys. It’s why I have my own culture, stay a stay in my
own Bhabhi, stay in my own. My own lane, usually, but, you know, people want
to call out an entire faith or an entire race. I think they have to answer
for themselves. I think they have to answer for themselves. To be honest, I
think these guys, these two, they have a loose screw. I really believe that.
The kind of talk that’s going on here. But then again, I don’t live in this
world, but I will say this about others. Coming to their defense, projecting,
well, that’s not what they meant is this you can’t cross a line. It’s really
horrific. It’s horrific, and I think the politics play into this,
particularly the Democrat Party politics, although, Connie. Claims to be
imagi and doesn’t claim to be a party guy. Has a claimed to be a
conservative. Um, but I’m a mega guy. And a conservative and a Reaganite and
a Tea Party guy and convention of states guy and I want to get into that a
little later in the program. But if either of these guys want to come on
here, particularly yay for what he said, then come on. Come on, let’s have a
let’s have a debate. It may not be as comfortable as he’s used to. But you
know, and ladies and gentlemen, I do this show, you can ask Mr. Producer to
open your microphone, Mr. Producer, and let’s discuss this called do I ever
say to you, I’m hitting a subject or having a guest or making a provocative
statement. And it’s all about ratings where I want to get ratings up. Have I
ever discussed doing anything for ratings with you in 20 years? Never. Not
once. Not once. Never. I do what I believe is right. I’m on a mission. It’s
about principle. Principle. That’s it. Never, ever do I say that guy doesn’t
write well, because I don’t know if they write well, radio ratings are
totally different. You know, at the end of every month, you got some fools
out there who claim we have a whole new software system where we can
determine somebody’s ratings every minute. No, they don’t. And you can’t. And
they don’t. And they don’t. But I don’t care. I’ve been doing this show 20
years and what’s considered the worst time frame in radio on the East Coast,
six to nine p.m. and it’s the second biggest radio show in America, period.
Period. And we do that because I’m true to my beliefs, which I believe you
share with me. I believe you share with me. You know, it’s amazing, the
Christians I meet. The Christians, I mean, evangelical Christians.
Catholic’s. And so forth. Are the finest people you can possibly meet. Moral,
thoughtful, love America. You don’t talk like this. We’re going to go
Descant. What was it, five deaths, three. With the Jews, he talks like that.
The fact of the matter is, you will hear me criticize Hollywood, you will
hear me criticize Reform Judaism or something like that, I’m not going DEFCON
five against Jews. I have substantive complaints. But a theological approach
or about a political approach? Against leftists in the Catholic Church when
it comes to abortion against a theological dispute, a philosophical dispute.
Or left this period, right, who want to destroy faith, as Marx wanted to do?
Family and Faith wanted to destroy them. You’ll start tweeting, I’m going
DexCom, whatever against. Hispanics, blacks, Asians, whites, Jews, there’s
too much of this crap and you hear this crap on places like MSNBC. And CNN,
but especially MSNBC. Where Joe Scarborough works and gets his money, you
hear this bigoted group ID. Evil poison that has led to gravely horrific and
inhumane results all over the world, you hear it coming out of Joy Reid and
Tiffany Cross. And others. Even at a scarboro. You hear it all the time, it’s
sickening, you hear it out of Joe Biden’s big mouth. So rather than tamping
this down, you see it in The New York Times, you see it in The Washington
Post. That’s what critical race theory is all about. This is where it leads
us. And I’m fed up with it, not just the left. But some people. Who claim to
be conservative, I’m fed up with it. One of the key, if not the key idea
behind conservatism. As you treat human beings like individuals. If you need
to call out an individual, call them out. Call them out. Call out the
individual. But for the left, they group us together, we’re all group based
on what empowers them be economics could be age. Could be gender. Could be
issues. Could be. A thousand things, and they push us into the group, these
groups, they dehumanize the individual. And then anything’s fair game, I’m
going to DEFCON five or DEFCON three, the Jews. Or. You don’t understand
you’re a white, straight male or. You figure it out, you fill in the blanks.
This president pushes this, his party pushes this, the media push this,
including some who claim to be conservatives, conservatism does not embrace
this. We reject the whole idea of group identity. Read the Declaration of
Independence. It talks about unalienable rights for the individual, not for a
race, not for religion, not for a particular economic category, not for
certain foreigners. And not get it’s for the individual. Read the First
Amendment to the Constitution about the free exercise of religion, not the
free exercise of certain religions, the free exercise of religion. So anybody
who talks like Kanye West did as he tweeted or anybody who talks like Joe
Biden, those two have more in common than they realize. Or Prince, the kind
of poison that The New York Times prince or The Washington Post prince are
speaks the kind of poison that you hear routinely on MSNBC. These people hate
the country. I don’t care what else they say because they don’t understand
fundamentally. That we have a civil society, that individuals voluntarily
belong to John Locke. John Locke, among others. Any individuals to be
protected? The individual has a circle of liberty around him or her as to
Tocqueville to say the individuals to be unmolested, except in certain
respects where the individual needs to contribute to the to the society,
usually voluntarily, so it can function. You know, we all follow the traffic
rules and stuff like that, we’re not anarchists. But we’re individualists.
That’s where we are. And the framers believed and the founders who fought and
gave us this country, that there’s a level of sovereignty that surrounds each
and every one of us, a level of liberty. The Marxist left the fascists as
well, they push us into groups. What do you think? Eugenics, one hundred
years ago, they talked about, quote unquote, the idiots, the morons, the
blacks, they call them the Negroes, eugenics. What are you talking about, a
whole group of people? Yes, they are. And you know who picked up on that? You
know who picked up on? Early progressivism and the push for eugenics, you
know who picked up on that? That’s right. And it was used throughout the
Third Reich. The Jews. Once and for all, Hitler said, we’re going to rid the
world of the Jews. Everybody wants to do it now. We’re going to do it. And
the blacks have been treated that way in certain circumstances. Everybody
has. But not like that. When you’re in a free country. You two have the right
to speak. Ladies and gentlemen. You two have the right to speak. You have a
right to defend the culture, you have a right to defend our declaration. Most
of the people I defend do not share my faith. Do not share. The manner in
which I live. Whether it’s the people in Ukraine, the people fighting for
their lives in Iran. The people in Cuba. People all over the world and in our
own country, it doesn’t matter to me. Our own country, the unborn. But this.
This attack on an entire people, entire faith. You should speak out against
this. Because. You and your faith, whatever it is, even if you don’t have a
faith, whatever it is, your individuality, let me put it that way, is next.
It’s next. We’re supposed to be a civil society. And we have a lot of work to
do to push back against those who don’t really understand it or embrace it.
I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 4 I have a big story for you. It is a big story, I’m going to
start it now, but I want to carry it over as necessary to the next hour as
well. It’s in Red State by Mike Miller. Election integrity watchdog files
lawsuits over millions of cases of voter registration. But before I get into
this, this is very important, by the way. My wife, Julie, called me a few
hours ago, some prepping for the program. And so did you see this decision? I
said, what decision? In Chester County, Pennsylvania, the Watusi. Ladies and
gentlemen, the plaintiffs in that county and that court. Literally showed
video of people falsifying ballots and shoving them hand over fist. Do these
boxes, these croppa? Hand over fist. The county did almost nothing about it,
literally nothing. The county lawyers. Are defending their so-called election
integrity rule. So basically, the judge ruled. But the point is when. And
directed that they are to. Basically adopt. And enshrine all the proposals
that are being made by the election integrity. So the plaintiffs this
important. A filing in the last week. What’s effectively a motion to dismiss,
in other words? The case is over, they want and so forth. The judge wouldn’t
let them do it. The judge today said, I want everybody to meet in my
courtroom at 10 a.m.. So they did. And the judge talked about the
Constitution of the United States and the judge lectured the county. Who do
you think you represent? You represent a party or do you represent the voters
of the county? And at the same time. My messing this up, honey. It’s not a
decision. It’s a court hearing and. The judge ruled that they would adopt or
they needed to adopt measures to protect the voting system, correct. Come
over here, sweetie, you got 30 seconds to tell the nation what took place. So
in Chester County, this is my beautiful, brilliant wife who I had in Chester
County, Pennsylvania, today, a judge asked America first legal with our local
council while we zimm along to file an amended complaint in order for the
defendant, which is the election board in Chester County, to clean up its act
with respect to the drop boxes, because videos had been collected that reveal
that massive amounts of ballots had been dropped into the box unlawfully. So
there we have a case, we Warner, where we’re.

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the economy is collapsing and President Biden
refuses to take responsibility instead he eats ice cream. Biden worries about
nothing while families struggle with fuel prices that are 40% higher.
Democrats broke the economy and lit the fuse on inflation. Fuel shortages are
eminent while food becomes more scarce. Yet Democrats blame corporate greed
and the war in Ukraine as the reason for this as if there wasn’t a war in
Afghanistan or corporate greed during the Trump years when the country was
energy dominant. Then, former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu joins
the show to discuss his new book Bibi, My Story. Netanyahu mentioned that
Iran threatens Israel and the Middle East’s stability. Reiterating that the
number one goal is to prevent the nuclear armament of Iran and the way to do
it is through soft power like diplomacy and culture and hard power like a
strong military and economy. Later, Mitch McConnell is a disaster and is
promoting RINO’s against solid conservatives in the midterm elections.
McConnell’s quest to maintain power at all costs must be stopped by re-
blooded Americans that love this country.

Hour 1 Segment 1

The economy is collapsing. Even some of the so-called experts are out there
saying there’s 100 percent chance of a recession while you’re in a recession.
The question is whether there’s going to be a depression or beyond a
recession or beyond inflation. We’re at now at stagflation, which is a
combination of the two, which is extremely complex and difficult to get out
of. And I would compare our early discussion of this issue several years back
with any other host on radio or TV. None of them brought it up, I’m sure this
is something I’ve been concerned about a long time. I wrote a book about this
plunder and deceit several years back where we were beheaded, and that’s
where we are. But Joe Biden doesn’t have a problem with it. You’ve heard the
let them eat cake. Well, this is the let him eat ice cream. There he is at a
Baskin Robbins in Portland, Oregon. Cottan go for more economic strength for
the dollar right now. I’m not concerned about the. Yes, our economy is so we
determine inflation is worldwide, of course, everyone else even states. So
the problem is the lack of growth. Other countries, not so much. That’s
worldwide inflation. He never takes responsibility for his own actions.
Never, ever takes responsibility for his own actions. We created inflation
here in the United States. He did buy his spending and his borrowing. He even
said that more spending and more borrowing in the last. 800 billion dollars.
The Democrats passed all on their own. And with mansion in there, that that
would reduce inflation, it was a lie. And there he is eating ice cream, let
him eat ice cream, so I want. All of you to think about this. If you have
somebody in the Oval Office, botulism and cholera, if you have somebody in
the Oval Office. And a political party that doesn’t think you really have
much to worry about. While you’re struggling to make ends meet, who doesn’t
think you really have much to worry about? With energy prices through the
roof, even electricity is up 10 percent. And this winter. Home heating oil
and natural gas are going to be almost 40 percent above last year, 40
percent. This is being sound like he’s concerned about it. Has he changed
course on anything? Not in the least. And his party is of that view to. When
it comes to the economy, when it comes to inflation. They broke the economy
and they lit a fire to inflation. And they are not going to let your
problems. On the price of food, the price of gasoline, soon there will be
shortages of both. But the value of your home, which apparently is plummeting
as interest rates go up. They’re not going to let your problems, which are
really everybody’s problems, get into the way of their ideology now, that’s
what he’s saying. I’m eating ice cream, don’t bother me. Then there’s this
jackass. This comes from Vermont, Bernie Sanders. Who is a. Cocky old Red
Arian, so be. And a coward. And a coward. He’s never agreed to come on any of
my shows because he doesn’t want to debate me, none of them do. So here he is
on Meet the Press. Now, why would schmuck Todd have Berney, the Red Sanders
on Meet the Depressed? Why? Why all the candidates out there, others? Because
he’s promoting it, and that’s why. Cut 12 go, Senator, do you accept the
criticism that the American rescue plan passed in early twenty twenty one
contributed to the current inflation issue we’re dealing with now? Now,
that’s called a softball. What a real reporter would do is lay out. But the
cases against the plan and give him an opportunity to respond, not just do
you accept the criticism. But listen to this for go ahead. Oh, I don’t
inflation right now, as I’m sure you know, Chuck is an international. So
there we go. It’s an international problem. We don’t have any control over
our fate here in America. So if inflation is an international problem. Is
unemployment an international problem? No. They say unemployment is low, so
when their benefits, when there’s credit to be given just little bits here
and there, they take full advantage of it. But otherwise. They blame somebody
and it’s and it’s constant, you know, it was Putin, it was temporary. Now
it’s worldwide. And the other week, it was the Republicans, you might recall,
go ahead in Germany it is 10 percent, U.K. it is 10 percent, Canada and U.K..
Are virtually fully socialist economies. Germany and U.K., this is the same
idiot who’s constantly referring to or pointing to Germany and UK when it
comes to national health care, they got national health care all over Europe,
Germany, UK, France. They see how great it is. But now he points to them as
look, they have problems to. This is how they get away. From defending their
policies. 20 months ago, we didn’t have inflation, 20 months ago we were
energy independent, so Germany, that has an economy that is a small
percentage of ours, brought us down the UK that has an economy that’s even
smaller than Germany’s. They brought us down. What are they talking about? Go
ahead, inflation globally is caused by the pandemic and the Braken supply
chain. No, it wasn’t. Inflation was very low even during the pandemic under
Trump. Even during the pandemic. Go ahead is caused by, in my view, the war
in Ukraine, obviously. Why is inflation caused by the war in Ukraine?
Inflation wasn’t caused by the war in Afghanistan. During the Trump
presidency, we didn’t have any inflation, not by the war in Afghanistan, you
get my point. So, so do with the war in Ukraine. Go ahead, and it is also
caused by incredible corporate greed and I hope every corporate greed, this
is your typical Karl Marx crap. Corporate greed. Did we have corporate greed
three, four or five years ago, if we have corporate greed today, I guess we
had corporate greed back then. No, it has to do with communist greed by
morons like Bernie Sanders. It has to do with Democrat Party. Greed has to do
with the federal government greed, not greed by the capitalists, whatever
that means. I don’t know what it means. You want to break the backs of the
oil companies? Massive drilling, massive refining, that’s how you do it if
you want to do it, but they don’t want to do it. I’m just turning the tables
on them. More competition, not less. Go ahead, understands that when you go
to the gas, like you fill up your your car today, the oil companies are
making huge profits. Here’s here’s the thing, folks. The federal government
has to take in more tax revenue this year than ever before in world history.
The federal government for those who pay taxes. Takes about 25 to 30 percent
of your income and not just you directly, but when you purchase things and so
forth from other people. It resonates throughout the economy in a highly
negative way. It’s the federal government that causes interest interest rates
that go up, it’s the federal government where you’re going to be paying
almost 700 billion dollars next year on interest on the debt. It’s the
federal government giving away your money on student loans. It’s the federal
government that’s opening up our borders, so your local communities have to
spend a fortune much more than they otherwise would on health care, law
enforcement, public education. And he dares to talk about corporate greed,
you’re going to fill up your gas tank. No, no, you did that, Bernie. And on
one side of your communist mouse, you go on and on about capitalism, the
combustion engine, fossil fuels, how we need to shut it down, then when you
shut it down, the obvious response is because the laws of economics are the
laws of economics. Prices shoot up. And then you blame the very same
corporations that opposed your position. That made us energy independent.
Congress didn’t do that. And they provided a. Fairly low price for gasoline
and oil and all the rest of it and a reliable source. You interfered in the
market. You did more to damage youyou JEC, did more to damage energy in this
country, you and your stupid party and your moronic president. Then the
Chinese, the Russians, the Iranians. Altogether. But they always have that,
that. That foil that they use, the oil companies do oil companies, it’s big
oil, it’s big pharma, it’s big Kampot. It’s big baby food, it’s big. No, it’s
you and your big mouth, you jerk. Go ahead. Food companies are making huge
profits, they prescription drug, all high pharmaceutical industry making. He
says he’s just burning everything down. Bernie Sanders needs to take
responsibility, these are his programs. That Biden has latched on to. These
are your typical European Marxist programs, typical European Marxist
programs. This isn’t new stuff, what they’re doing, we’re just a few years
behind. When you all have to go out to the woods and cut and cut some wood so
you can have a, you know, a wood burning stove or something in your home as
we regress under the Democrats. It’s just appalling. If you support this, you
know, you can vote for this, but if you’ve had enough of it, you can attack
it, you’re going to have to attack it. Here is Cecilia Rouse, another Biden
economic adviser is more economic advisers, and they’re all stupid. They want
responsibility for nothing that they’ve done. Cut 13 go. So let me point to
another data point that excludes food and energy, the so-called core
inflation number. President Biden touted that as a sign that the economy was
improving, but now it is on the rise, six point six percent, the highest in
40 years. So by President Biden’s own logic, doesn’t that show that the
economy is actually headed in the wrong direction? So if one looks month on
month, it was actually flat. So he looks month to month. It’s year to year.
Do you know why people look year to year? Because it’s over six percent year
to year, that’s core inflation, in other words, it doesn’t even count your
food costs and your fuel costs, including energy for your home, for your
vehicle. And including food costs, they look year to year because you don’t
get paycheck changes. With your employer, with your business month to month.
Maybe get him quarterly, maybe get a year to year, but typically you don’t.
And so when you look year to year, you’re paying eight point six percent,
eight point two percent more as a consumer, and then you look at the core
inflation and the reason you look at the core inflation, it means it’s really
here to stay for a long time. Some month, a month doesn’t matter. It’s flat
month to month, this is how they come up with zero. You’ve never heard
another president talk this way. You’ve never heard other presidential
advisers talk this way in the past. That’s not how we measure inflation. And
so they change the rules. I’ve got a lot more to say about this and many
other things. We’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 2

You know, folks. One of the great Austrian economists living von Mises once
wrote a very readable and not very long book for those who worry about such
things called Marxism unmasked from delusion to destruction. And also, H.G.
Wells may have heard of him. He interviewed Stollen. And he called his book,
I guess Marxism versus Liberalism, an interview with Stalin, and he tried to
reassure Stalin. That the New Deal and FDR and these efforts, Western Europe
and especially the United States, at the economic efforts that slow but
steady move towards economic socialism. And Stalin, of course, said it
wouldn’t work, wasn’t fast enough, it wasn’t. Comprehensive enough and so
forth, but the fact is, you cannot you cannot completely bifurcate the modern
Democrat Party from these European movements of the past, you simply cannot.
I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 3

The FBI is now grabbing people’s private property from safe deposit boxes at
banks. Mr. Producer, you wear this. Is there no end to this? Is there no
limitation on this power? All the civil libertarians are gone, obviously. Are
there any constitutional movement? They may claim to an individual’s assets
and then they go into this bank and they open all the safe deposit box, empty
them all, take them with them, and you got to go there and fight to get your
stuff back. And the FBI hasn’t. File a single charge against any of the
customers, not one. Can you imagine? And this gets no attention. All right, I
want to address an issue that was promoted by the Daily Mail, that was
promoted by Mediaite and others, President Trump put a statement that. Saying
this, I’m going to quote it to you. No president has done more for Israel
than I have, somewhat surprisingly, however, are wonderful evangelicals are
far more appreciative of this than the people of the Jewish faith, especially
those living in the U.S. Those living in Israel, though, are a different
story. Highest approval rating in the world. And that is for Trump. And it’s
true. Could easily be PM, us Jews have to get their act together and
appreciate what they have in Israel before it’s too late. And so immediately
the media, the left call this anti-Semitic. Now, I was among the first to
call out Yae for his. Rampant anti-Semitism. And he criticized those. Who
refused to condemn him? Which doesn’t mean they’re anti-Semitic. It depends
what they say or how they say it to make a determination like that term
somebody is racist or something of that sort, but clearly. Yae is. The Jew
hater. It’s also a not in my humble opinion. There is nothing anti-Semitic
about what the president posted, zero zero. No president has done more for
Israel than I have. True, somewhat surprisingly, however, our wonderful
evangelicals are far more appreciative of this than the people, the Jewish
faith, especially those living in the U.S. He’s talking about the more
secularist Jews, obviously the Orthodox Jews who are big supporters of what
the president does have a different view. So it’s not a monolithic viewpoint,
but he’s right that a large number of American Jews are not appreciative of
what this president did. And not enough American Jews are willing to condemn
Barack Obama and Joe Biden like I am. He says those living in Israel, though,
are a different story. Highest approval rating in the world could easily be
p.m. there. It’s true that he has the highest approval rating in the world in
Israel. In Israel, Donald Trump is adored. U.S. Jews have to get their act
together and appreciate what they have in Israel before it’s too late. It’s
not saying appreciate him. He’s not even saying appreciate what he’s done,
he’s saying appreciate what they have in Israel before it’s too late and that
he’s also right. He’s also right. Now, the head of the Anti Defamation
League, which used to be a fantastic organization, is now an appendage of the
Democrat Party, and the head of it, Jonathan Greenblatt, is an Obama flunky.
They should never have appointed an Obama flunky to head the Anti Defamation
League because the truth is Barack Obama. In my view, is an anti-Semite, and
he proved it as president. And Greenblat was a special assistant, as I recall
to him. Now, here’s what he tweets. We don’t need the former president who
carries favor with extremists and anti Semites to lecture us about the US
Israel relationship. It’s not about a quid pro quo. It rests on shared values
and security interests. This juice planing is insulting and disgusting. It’s
not juice planing. And you’re insulting and disgusting, you political hack. I
know Trump doesn’t carry favor with extremists and anti-Semite. As far as I
know, you on the left, you like firsts, he’s the first president of the
United States with a Jewish daughter, with several Jewish grandkids and a
Jewish son in law. The president who moved the American embassy from Tel Aviv
to Jerusalem, Yurman Greenblat, wouldn’t do it. Who cut off aid to the
Palestinian terrorists because they were attacking Jews. Obama was coddling
the Palestinians. Biden’s coddling the Palestinians. Obama cut a deal with
the Iranians. Biden wants to cut a deal with the Iranians. The Iranians want
to right the Jews off the face of the earth as well as our country. Now, we
don’t need lectures from Greenblat or media. Right. Or the other hacks out
there. And I certainly don’t need definitions about anti-Semitism. They trash
Donald Trump left and right. Does the left? Does the left? It’s true. It’s
like every other faith and every other racial group and every other fill in
the blank. In the sense of good people, not so good people, smart people, not
so smart people in that sort of thing. Typically. But there’s no denying the
fact that 70, 75 percent of the Jewish population votes Democrat, are we
supposed to ignore that? There’s no divine denying the fact that over 90
percent of the black population votes Democrat. Are we supposed to ignore
that? Why? Why ignore it is an irrelevant. It’s the Democrats who are doing
it, the Democrats create these groupings. They give them legal support in
many instances, and then when you point out, oh, look at you. Now, I don’t
remember them getting all so worked up when Democrat members, prominent
Democrat members promoted by the Democrat Party in the media. Spit out
absolutely horrid and poisonous Jew hating comments like talibe. Like Omar.
Is that because they’re Muslim? I don’t know. RBOC. Or princely. Is that
because they’re minorities? You can’t criticize them, not because they’re
Democrats. The Democrat Party has a huge anti-Semitism problem, huge, but
mediate fronts for the Democrats. Jonathan Greenblatt is one of the radical
Democrats. Who worked for Obama? He didn’t resign in protest. And I think
what Donald Trump is saying here about Israel and Jews in the United States
is very, very important. If Jewish people in the United States are not going
to back Israel because they don’t like Netanyahu or something like that, it
creates a huge problem for the state of Israel worldwide. And so my question
is, what is Jonathan Greenblatt and the Anti Defamation League done for the
state of Israel? Not a damn thing. What is media? And their fraud operation
and that clown founder, Dan Abrams, what have they done for the state of
Israel? Not a damn thing. How about today, what is Biden doing for the state
of Israel undermining it? What did Obama do for the state of Israel,
undermine it? And then, of course, Donald Trump in the past has been critical
of The New York Times, which had Jewish ownership. Look, I hate to do this,
but I have to do it. If I don’t do it, nobody else is going to do it.
Everyone’s afraid, particularly non Jews afraid to speak out. I’m speaking
at. I’m speaking out against the antisemite in the Democrat Party, in the
media. The New York Times. I mean, there have been multiple books written on
this by top professors. Looking at times covered up. For the Nazis. They
covered up for the Nazis. Franklin Roosevelt. Refused to allow. Most Jewish
refugees into the United States, even though they hadn’t met their camp, this
is well documented. He turned back to St. Louis. With seven to 800 Jews who
had fled. On the St. Louis. And he turned them back. And nearly half of them
were murdered in the death camps. What do you think of that? Franklin
Roosevelt, while he was rounding up Japanese Americans, while he was refusing
to support an anti lynching bills. That’s right. That had Franklin Roosevelt,
his State Department, was filled with Jew haters. And yet they had a rabbi
who was close to Franklin Roosevelt. Who was taken by Franklin Roosevelt, so
he rarely ever spoke out, his name was Rabbi Katz. They had the head of the
Treasury Department, Morgenthau. He was Jewish, he was worried about his
relationship with Roosevelt. He barely spoke up. Don’t get me started. With
the Democrats. And the left and the phonies had media in the phoneys at the
ADL. If you ask the Jews in Israel if they’d like Donald Trump back. You
better believe they would. So what Trump said was not anti-Semitic. What
Kanye West said is and continues to be anti-Semitic, I’m not the judge, I
just give you my opinion. What kind of an anti-Semite? Will be so popular in
a Jewish state of Israel. Now, the problem with Jonathan Greenblatt and Dan
Abrams is what my wife Joyce is. Their true faith. Is Democrat Party
liberalism, and that goes for many Catholics, too, like Biden. And Pelosi,
who support abortion on demand funded by the taxpayers, including. Health
care programs. That the Catholic Church runs, they should be compelled. To
pay for abortions, what kind of a Catholic is that? I’m just saying. Either
you embrace a faith that believe certain things that you don’t. But that
doesn’t mean the feds should change and the faithful should change to
accommodate politicians. And that doesn’t mean Catholics should change to
accommodate Biden or Jews should should change to accommodate Obama. But this
is a tough subject, and most people stay away from it because they know. That
the art of the big lie practiced by the left will be used against them. They
know it, they know that what they say will be taken out of context. They know
that the headlines will be made and taken out of context. That’s exactly what
happened to Trump. Trump hits out at American Jews and tells them to get
their act together and be more like Israelis and appreciate him. That’s not
what he said. That’s the daily the Daily Mail. That’s not what he said.
Meanwhile, I’m waiting for the Anti Defamation League. To confront Shatha
Hamade. Honest reporting dotcom hat tip. Johnny Dollar, Sharmin hot-Tempered
has reportedly joked about Adolf Hitler lavished praise on Palestinian
terrorists who have murdered innocent Jews and denied that Israel has any
right to exist. And despite this profoundly disturbing social media history,
they write, Hamad was recently handed a prestigious journalism award, a cash
prize by the Kurts Schalke Memorial Fund PMF, which is supported by the
charitable arm of global wire service Reuters. I didn’t see this at media. I
didn’t see a statement by Jonathan Greenblatt, I didn’t see a damn thing if
it wasn’t for Johnny Dollar. And if it wasn’t for honest reporting, we
wouldn’t even know about this. I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 4

I can give you a list as long as my arm, but the public policy positions by
Donald Trump and his administration in support of the state of Israel against
the tyrannies and the genocidal regimes surrounding that country, I can’t
think of one thing Barack Obama did. I can’t think of one thing Joe Biden
did. Nothing. I can’t think of anything George W. Bush did. What do you think
of that? And so what the Democrats do, whether they’re Jewish or other
faiths, is they rewrite history and they lie. And they lie. And that’s what
they’re doing. Doesn’t matter what faith they are, that’s what they’re doing,
they’ll take any opportunity, any to exploit it. But I would say to my fellow
conservatives, grow a pair. You can defend Trump and condemn Kanye West to
completely different situations. By the way, Benjamin Netanyahu will be on
this program after the top of the hour. We’ll be back with the former prime
minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu.

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the big divide that people keep talking about
exists and it’s between liberty and tyranny; between law and order and we are
on the right side of history. Just like the Democrat party hates the
Constitution and the founding of the country they hate liberty and embrace
chaos to promote their ‘progressive’ agenda. With ‘progressivism’ being the
bastard child of Marxism, it promotes the notion that the economy exists for
the benefit of the government which exists to support the ruling class. Then,
don’t be fooled when President Biden and the Democrats blame the Republicans
and big oil for the massive price increases due to energy shortages that are
coming at the end of November because of Biden’s policies that slowed
domestic energy expansion. Later, US Sen. Mike Lee calls in to discuss how
Democrats are pushing a pseudo-independent to fool never-Trump Republicans
and others into thinking they won’t be as radical as the Democrats. Lee added
that Democrats are pushing for total domination in Washington to push their
liberal agenda. Afterward, US Senate candidate Herschel Walker joins the show
with an update from his campaign. Walker called out Sen. Raphael Warnock for
being a Marxist and evicting people unfairly from properties owned by his
church.

Rough transcript of Hour 1

Hour 1 Segment 1

All right, Mr. Producer, just want to make sure that wasn’t a burp, was it?
No. All right, by the way, this one is those are words I like. You like those
words, Mr. Producer. This one is. He said, what the hell’s he talking about
and signaling, signaling? All right, folks, welcome to for a fantastic week.
My favorite platform, radio. Favorite, favorite, favorite. Let’s start off a
little cerebral now, we’re going to jump right in. There’s lots to get into.
We have two great guests in the third hour. We’re going to keep bringing
candidates in. We have Mike Lee said, a big fight in Utah. We have Herschel
Walker, big fight in Georgia. We need these men to get elected. This big
divide people keep talking about does exist. It does exist, this big struggle
people keep talking about, it does exist. Liberty versus tyranny. We’re on
the liberty side. Law and order versus crime, we’re on the law and order
side. But, you know, it’s interesting. It’s even broader than that. Have you
noticed how the Democrats condemned the founding 1776? They condemned the
Declaration of Independence, if they even references, they they take out
important parts of it. Remember when Justice Jackson then nominated, Jackson
would not say whether she could or could not support the notion of natural
law or natural rights primarily. And yet that’s right there in the
Declaration of Independence. They hate the Constitution. How many times have
I come behind this microphone citing some Democrat on TV or radio or in the
newspapers? Going on about how the Constitution’s too old or was adopted by
white slave owners and so forth, but what is it that they want instead? So I
really got to thinking about this. There’s two major and different thresholds
of thinking here. You remember we’ve talked about over the years and I’ve
written about over the years this German based ideology from Hegel and Marx
and many others remember that. And this is where progressivism, so-called
comes from progressives being the the bastard child of Marxism to American
Marxism. You have Hagel who really laid the foundation for Marx, who’s laid
the foundation for the modern progressive era, who’s laid the foundation for
American Marxism step by step. And that is an ideology, again, born of German
philosopher that is undemocratic. That believes the economy exists to serve
the government. Whether in the case of Hagel, it’s the Prussian empire, in
the case of Marx, it’s this Marxist utopia. And the government exists to
serve the ruling class mastermind’s because you see they’re the experts and
somehow God has. Although they don’t believe in God, but God has conferred
upon them expertise and knowledge that that the placebo that is we do not
have. And of course, these experts are phony, which is why they always have
to ultimately use police state tactics to enforce their power. And trash, the
equivalent of the Bill of Rights, freedom of speech, freedom of association,
freedom of religion, the right to bear arms to process and all the rest. So
that’s really, in a nutshell, the German. Based ideology that has led to so
much horror throughout the world. And then there is what I’ll call the
British based philosophy. And even beyond Aristotelian, the Declaration of
Independence, the Constitution of the United States. Now, the Constitution is
not too old. The purpose of the Constitution is to protect the individual,
know the declaration is not a white supremacist document. Read it.
Unalienable rights for whom? For everybody, natural law, what’s natural law,
it’s God given law, God given rights, truisms, truisms. And the early so-
called progressives, Wellstone, John, Dewey, Wiley, Crowley, all the rest,
they didn’t believe in God given anything. They didn’t believe in God given
anything. They believe man has the capacity. Through rules and laws, through
legislation to determine his own fate and the people responsible must be sort
of mastermind’s, a ruling class that directs, that pulls that pushes that
organize the groups, the population, because the population is incapable of
doing this. And so this this German based ideology rejects individual free
will, whereas this British or Greek or Hebrew philosophy embraces
individualism. My making sense, Mr. Producer. And so you move this up to
today in this election. What is it? That the Democrat Party stands for its
German ideology. But the German ideology. Is the opposite. Of the principles
and the philosophy and the truisms that went behind the declaration and
undergird the Constitution, that’s what this struggle was about. That’s what
the struggle is about through much of Europe, they’ve adopted the German
ideology, even in Britain. That’s not how the United States was founded and
established. So we have this American Marxism that is built from the German
ideology. That is trying to devour what is the notion of individualism,
private property rights, limited government and all these things that built
the most powerful and the most significant country the world has ever known?
That’s the battle. That’s the battle, that’s what’s going on. And more about
this another day. Eugenics, we’ve talked about that these things, you know,
I’m playing around with them over the weekend, so I get excited about
presenting them to you. Eugenics, it’s no accident that the Democrat Party
supported eugenics, because if you feel that you can socially engineer
society, how can you socially engineer society without socially engineering
the human beings in a society you can’t? That’s the danger. And yet Planned
Parenthood has been an appendage of the Democrat Party for 100 years and you
have spent billions of dollars subsidizing. It’s only a few years ago,
starting with its New York chapter, that it even condemned Margaret Sanger.
Hillary Clinton got the great Margaret Sanger Award. People were thrilled
about getting Margaret Sanger awards. She also was a racist. This is the
problem when we’re not taught actual history and this is the problem when the
media lies to you to promote an agenda because it’s corrupt. Isn’t this
important for people to know? How do we go through the last several years
talking about insurrections, talking about systemic racism, watching riots,
pulling down monuments, burning books, and the Democrat Party is untouched
and unscathed? How is that possible? We talk about the Civil Rights Act of
1964 and 65, we have an idiot like this Roland Martin guy, we had to pass
these things, you know, because even though we had the 13th, 14th and 15th
Amendments, white people refused to embrace them really well. White people
pass the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments. Republicans and Republicans passed
overwhelmingly the Civil Rights Act to sixty four point sixty five with some
Democrat help. But why were those acts passed? Why were the 13th, 14th and
15th amendments passed to stop the Democrats? Why was the 1964 Civil Rights
Act in the nineteen sixty five Civil Rights Act, a.k.a. the Voting Rights
Act? Why were they passed to stop Democrats? Oh, you don’t say. They want to
talk about why they want to talk on the left about the country. Because
they’re Democrats. Racism has always been a big part of the Democrat Party,
always. Up until and through the 60s. Racism. The target, the target were
blacks. Today, the Democrat Party is still racist, the target whites. Waitz.
Racism is a core, fundamental part of the Democrat Party, why? Because it’s
an evil damn party to begin with, because it has this Trumaine ideology now
as its base, you cannot be viewed as individuals. You cannot see a colorblind
society. First of all, it doesn’t serve their power hungry purposes, but it
doesn’t serve their ideology. So racism was targeted against blacks for 150
or more years, and today it’s white supremacy pushed by critical race theory.
Again, Democrats. Democrats. Republicans don’t push these ideologies because
they’re not part of the tradition of the country. When you look at the
Declaration of Independence, John Locke was antislavery. Edmund Burke was
antislavery. I can’t think of a Republican president, the Republican Party,
as I recall, was established in 1856 to do what? To abolish slavery. I can’t
think of a Republican president who ever supported slavery. I can’t think of
Democrat presidents. I can’t think of a Republican president who supported
segregation, but I can’t think of Democrat presidents who supported
segregation. For 100 years after the Civil War. And members of the Democrat.
Party who supported segregation, members of the Democrat Party. One of whom
Joe Biden worked very closely with segregationists and racists because he
agreed with them against integrating public schools. He agreed with them, the
Democrat Party. Even after the 1964 Civil Rights Act passed. One of the great
filibuster leaders was Robert Byrd, and he took to the floor for 14 and a
half hours in a last desperate effort on the last day of a 70 day filibuster
to try and stop that law from being passed. What happened to Robert Byrd
after that? He became the leader of the Senate Democrats and not for a little
bit and not for a little while for at least a decade. He was their minority
leader and then he was their majority leader. So where does this get us? It’s
the same party effectively, it’s the same ideology, effectively different
targets, different tactics, different strategies. It is unraveling and
dismantling our country from within because it always has. That’s the battle
that’s taking place. I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 2

You know, I was going to make a run at the British prime ministership. But I
see it was just filled today, Mr. Producer, so I won’t be doing that. So
you’re safe for a while. Just let me finish top this off here. So the German
perspective rejects capitalism. Right, the situation in which the American
system was established embraces the market system, a voluntary system. And
so, again, you can see that the Democrat Party embraces this Hegelian Marxist
angle. Type of ideology, and you and I are trying to defend our unique
American system from them and that. Anyway, lots more when I come back.
Remember diesel fuel, I told you last week? Twenty five days supply, which is
a disaster. Well, get ready northeast. Here comes your heating oil rationing
and it’s going to begin soon. I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 3

The Democrats like to say they’re protecting democracy. Ladies and gentlemen,
how. Let’s assume by that that their constitutional rights, they mean the
protecting Republicanism, because that’s the system, not democracy, but. How
are they protecting it? Give me one example. By trashing Supreme Court
justices. By threatening to get rid of the filibuster so they can ram through
whatever they want, even with a one vote majority. A temporary faction
imposing the will of the nation, how are they protecting democracy? Ladies
and gentlemen, by violating separation of powers. And Joe Biden issues
executive orders like peanuts to elephants. How are they protecting democracy
with a rogue, corrupt FBI, Stassi and Department of Injustice by targeting
parents, by targeting pro lifers? Exactly how is the Democrat Party
protecting democracy? The Democrat Party hates democracy, a.k.a.
Republicanism. The war against the Constitution is led by one party, the
Democrat Party, the war against our institutions is led by one party, the
Democrat Party. The war on our history is led by one party, the Democrat
Party. How are they protecting democracy? I just want to know. Biden keeps
saying there’s a reason they do this. He keeps repeating a big lie, they’re
trying to find the big lie that will resonate. They’re trying to find a big
enough lie that will resonate to counter what’s happening in your lives,
which is economic disaster set upon you, unleashed upon you by Joe Biden in
the Democrat Party. Doesn’t have to be this way. He didn’t have to be this
way. And two short years ago, it wasn’t this way. And you know the problems.
It’s crazy to buy a dozen eggs. It’s crazy to buy a half gallon of milk. Oh,
yes, we do that. I do that. It’s crazy to buy chicken and meat. It’s crazy to
go through the fast food line where food used to be quite cheap. It’s crazy
when you go into stores and you see what? Less and less on the shelves. It’s
crazy. That didn’t have to happen either. When you cut off liquid gold, when
you cut off liquid gold. Liquid gold, meaning what, fossil fuels, electricity
from the economy. You’re committing economic suicide now, the people in
Washington don’t suffer from this. The people from Washington won’t suffer
from this, maybe politically, but financially, they always seem to get
richer, not poor. Have you noticed? Funny how that works, isn’t it, the
timing on their stock sales amazing. Most of Washington is immunized from all
this. The media didn’t suffer from the pandemic, it doesn’t suffer from
inflation. There were overpaid. The bureaucracy doesn’t suffer either. You
suffer. You’re the target. What are you going to do about it? PJ Media Ryan
leadin Decker Biden’s next crisis, home heating oil rationing begins in the
northeast. It’s not even winter yet. Meaning the Cole hasn’t really even come
yet, looks like President Biden might get his winter of death after all, and
it’s not because of the unvaccinated. If you live in the Northeast, you know
that even in normal times, heating oil bills constitute a significant expense
because winters are usually brutal. Unfortunately, this year, it could be the
worst year ever for residents of the region hoping to adequately heat their
homes. Of course, they’ll blame it on climate change. Big oil. Putin, the
Saudis, but it’s them. Not only are heating oil prices through the roof on
anti fossil fuel Biden’s watch, but even for those who have the funds to
stock up, doesn’t really matter. Heating oil rationing. Has already begun.
Rationing like toilet paper and baby formula rationing, why is all this
rationing happening on Biden’s watch? For the record, we never once worried
about rationing under former President Donald Trump. But the worst part about
this unfolding crisis is that it’s not even winter. Into a bombshell report
in Bloomberg, and I quote, The U.S. Northeast is so short on heating oil that
the fuel used to power home furnaces is being rationed even before the start
of winter. Some wholesalers in Connecticut are putting retailers on
allocation, meaning they can only get a limited amount of fuel based on
availability, according to Chris Erb, president of the Kinetic Energy
Marketers Association, which represents about 600 family owned retailers in
the state. These retailers must, in turn, ration to their customers. Now,
many of you haven’t felt this yet, but you will. Like so many of these
stories, I pull them out and I highlight them first for the nation.
Bloomberg’s data matches what former Marine governor excuse me, former Maine
Governor Paul LePage, a Republican gubernatorial candidate, talkradio, told
radio talk shows Howie Carr this week, good buddy, he’s great and that the
heating oil shortage situation in the Northeast is beyond frightening and a
genuine cause for concern. So now diesel fuel, there’s a 25 day supply. Well,
actually, I told you that on Friday. Others have regurgitate it. So now
there’s a twenty one day supply. And our home heating oil for the northeast.
Disaster. The page essentially begged current Democrat Maine Governor Janet
Knowles to do something, anything to bring attention to the situation before
it’s too late and people start dying while also blaming Biden for not
properly addressing the issue. So my by my doing it here, this one will
resonate just as when I announced on Friday the diesel fuel situation. Now
it’s everywhere, it’s important to get it out now before the election, so we
can elect people who might try and do something about it. Today, just about
an hour ago, we got information from a local oil dealer or right now tonight
at five o’clock said the former governor, is five dollars and sixty nine
cents. Kerosene is 669 a gallon. This is what we’re facing right now, he
said. He added, earlier this week, the president, the United States released
15 million barrels of crude oil from the reserves, but he did not he did not
release any northeast home heating oil reserve. We have a shortage and prices
going through the roof. And the governor of the state of Maine has yet to say
a word about it, he said. And the page every listener to call Governor
Mills’s office in Maine to leave their thoughts about the developing crisis,
saying Mills needs to get on the ball and call Biden and tell them to release
heating oil reserves for the Northeast. Because we’re going to have a tough
winter. We have shortages. They’re predicting brownouts and blackouts. We’re
in desperate need for help. LePage and Card discuss the reports of heating
oil rationing taking place already in Connecticut, LePage added that the same
practice is already happening in Maine and it’s still nowhere near his
state’s coldest and most energy demand any time of the year. According to the
U.S. Energy Information Administration EIA, residential heating oil in the
New England area in March 20 20 was about two dollars and eighty seven cents
a gallon. It held in that range or lower for the bulk of Trump’s presidency,
not long after Biden entered office, the price began to climb as of October
17, the latest figure. It’s doubled five dollars and 70 cents a gallon. He
got that new angle, you got the New Hampshire. He got that main. And it’s not
just them. It’s the Northeast. New Jersey, Pennsylvania. New York. You know
who you are. You’re going to get whacked. And there’s no reason for this,
none. And the math of what’s going to cost for residents of the region to
heat their homes truly blew me away, he wrote, at current prices. And keep in
mind, these prices are guaranteed to rise in the coming months as demand
increases and supply decreases, probably significantly, the cost to fill the
typical two hundred and seventy five gallon residential heating oil tank. Is
just under sixteen hundred dollars. That amount of heating oil, according to.
Energy lasts the average home about 56 days, less than two months. Let’s call
it two months, folks, that seven hundred and eighty three dollars a month for
heating oil alone, and that’s at the current rate, which will probably soon
seem cheap, and that’s if you can find it. And what happens in three months
in the dead of winter when inflation is even higher, unemployment is up,
nobody can afford expensive heating oil bills. What then? Some will
inevitably have to decide whether they heat their home or buy groceries.
Either sacrifice Juan dateable cause the winner to be one of the sickest and
deadliest. What do you think about that? We’re just a few months behind your.
A few months behind you. That’s it. But unlike Germany. And so many of these
other countries, we have enormous. Fossil fuel reserves in this country. That
had been cut off at the direction of Biden and the Democrats. Don’t be fooled
that it’s big oil, big oil didn’t do this two, three, four years ago. Why is
it doing it now? Because it’s being directed to do it. Diesel fuel. Most of
you don’t buy diesel fuel, home heating oil. Look at the price of regular
gasoline. Look at the price of electricity where they want you to solely use
electricity. They’re all through the roof. This is a massive conspiracy among
millions of Americans to do this to fellow Americans, of course not. When the
government acts on economic matters and imposes its will, including fines and
penalties and has all kinds of red tape and approval at every level. Every
level of development and distribution and when that governments in the hands
of individuals who break that system and do it intentionally. You suffer, not
them, you. This is going to be a disastrous winter. It’s really too bad the
election isn’t like February 15th because then it would be more than obvious.
But I’m telling you now, now pass the word whisper down the line, no yell
down the lane. Energy shortages are here. It’s just a matter of time until
the customer feels it, no matter what you pay, there will not be enough. And
that’s not just New England. We see what happens in California. And we see
what happens in the rest of the country. You’d think baby formula shortages.
You think that’s an anomaly? It’s not an anomaly they on, quote unquote,
fixed it. I’ll be right back,

Hour 1 Segment 4

The media is incapable of comprehending actual facts and knowledge because
the media are filled with radical ideological Democrats, as you well know,
it’s not just Republicans who are paying these prices. It’s not just
Republicans are beginning to see shortages. It’s not just Republicans who are
concerned about crime in the streets, it’s not just Republicans. We’re on
Social Security or have other pensions and see the the diminishing value of
their of their monthly paycheck. It’s not just Republicans who work with
their hands every day as electricians and plumbers, as truckers, drivers of
other vehicles, and make this country work. The American people, whatever
party, if any, party see what’s happening to their country, they see what’s
happening to their police force, they see what’s happening to their military,
they see what’s happening in their classrooms. They see what’s happening to
their economy. They see that Democrats are attacking the family structure.
They see that Democrats are now wanting illegal aliens to vote. They see that
Democrats had the southern border wide open. So drugs federal are pouring
into the country criminals with all kinds of backgrounds, drug dealers, drug
cartels are running the border. Americans see this, Americans. Not just
Republicans. Americans are coming out to vote in 15 days. Who love the
country and the Democrats have given them a stark choice, may I say a binary
choice? If you hate your country. If you support the impoverishing of
yourself and your family, if you want your kids to be brainwashed with sexual
perversion and racism as their test scores are dropping like a lead balloon.
If you think foreigners should vote in your country. And if you don’t have
any problem with inflation and recession, then you vote Democrat. It’s very
simple, but if you love your country, you make sure you turn out your vote
against these bastards. You vote for the Republican, even if you don’t
necessarily love the Republican. That’s what this vote is about. How much
time do I have left, Mr. Producer? Not enough. So when we come back, Joe
Biden announces today that Republicans. Are opposed to you marrying the
person you love. Now, which Republican is this? What is he talking about,
which Republican is against you marrying the person you love? What’s their
name, exactly? What’s his name? What’s her name? And then out of the other
side of his mouth, what does he do? He brags. He brags about what he brags.
Yesterday on MSNBC, I used to go down to the Senate dining room and eat
together with segregationist James Eastland. James Eastland opposed
interracial marriage. That was Joe Biden’s buddy. More when I return.

On Mondy’s Mark Levin Show, Democrats have spread their big lies and
conspiracy theories since the attack on Paul Pelosi, which have turned
out to be false.

Rough transcript of Hour 1

Hour 1 Segment 1

By the way, I am prepared to bet the Biden crime family one million
dollars. One million dollars. That if the Republicans win the House and
the Senate, they will not cut Social Security. First of all, they
couldn’t do it without Biden’s signature. So Biden is out there using
these old bromides that the Republicans are going to cut Social
Security and Medicare. Ladies and gentlemen, not only have they not
said that they couldn’t do it if they wanted to and they don’t, but
more on that later. We have now spent three days listening to the
Democrat Party conspiracy theories. And big lies. About how Republicans
or Trump supporters. Or fill in the blank who they oppose. Incited the
attack on Paul Pelosi. Now, when you read the charges now against the
psychopath who attacked Paul Pelosi, the Democrat Party, conspiracy
theories. I demonstrated to be nothing but hopeful lies on their part.
Hopefully, that doesn’t stop virtually every single elected Democrat,
Democrat candidate and media outlet, a.k.a. Democrat corrupt media
outlet from promoting it. And not only that. Writing stories about poor
Nancy Pelosi, how she’s been subjected to such harsh politics. By the
Republicans for years, Nancy Pelosi is a vicious, vile. Politician. Who
is power hungry? Nothing can change who Nancy Pelosi is and has been
for decades. She is the worst. The worst. But Vox, Politico, Washington
Post, media, I don’t even know why they have these different companies
and platforms, they all say exactly the same thing. So all weekend
long. Even into today, even despite. What the feds have filed against
this guy, who obviously is a head case, that’s what he is. He’s gone
hard left, he’s gone hard right, he’s gone in between. His former
girlfriend and neighbors have said he’s a head case, but that’s not
good enough. The Washington Post Vox. The rest of the corrupt. Media
that America holds in deep contempt. They kept at it and even schmuck
Todd over there at Melasti oh, excuse me, he’s still at NBC, but
that’ll be short lived at this point. Even why are they still running
ads against Nancy Pelosi, says the Democrat dressed up as a journalist?
Why? Andrea Mitchell on MSNBC. I didn’t even know she was still around.
There she is again, popping up. Why, obviously, this is and then
they’re tying it to January 6th. They can’t help it. The Republicans
did this because we know the Republicans are anti democracy, the
Republicans are violent. I ask you a question, this serious question.
How many Republican riots can you count? Oh, Jan, how many Republican
riots? Have you ever seen. How many cities have burned because the
Republicans have rioted? None. I’m not talking to the Democrats and
their media platform. I don’t care about them, they can twist in Spain
and do whatever they do. That’s what liars do. That’s what the American
Pravda does. Republicans don’t lead riots. They never have. Oh, that’s
not exactly true. I mean, they did fight the civil war to keep the
country together and to end slavery, but that’s not a right. They were
responding to the Confederacy, the Democrats. So the Democrat Party.
Oh, here we go, Paul. We are truly praying for a speedy recovery. As
part, I want to also start by thanking the San Francisco Police
Department for their immediate and swift investigation of this case.
Will the Democrats apologize and announce charges against Mr. David in
connection with the violent attack on Mr. Pelosi? The charges that we
are filing today include attempted murder, residential burglary,
assault with a deadly weapon, elder abuse, false imprisonment of an
elder, as well as threats to a public official and their family. These
charges are based on the following facts, many of which are contained
in the federal affidavit that was filed today, as well as will be
contained in the motion to detain Mr. that we file tomorrow. Mr. Dipak
specifically targeted the Pelosi home to confront Speaker Pelosi. He
forced his way into the home through a rear glass door by breaking that
glass. The defendant made his way upstairs to the second floor of the
home, locating Mr. Pelosi in his bed, sleeping. He woke him up,
confronting him about the whereabouts of Speaker Pelosi. Mr. Pelosi,
who was sleeping, was wearing a loose fitting pajama shirt and boxer
shorts. He was forced to get out of bed. And at some point during that
encounter, Mr. Pelosi attempted to access the elevator in the home,
which has a phone. The defendant then blocked Mr. Pelosi’s access to
that elevator. It was at some point after that Mr. Pelosi asked to go
to the bathroom, which is where he was able to call nine one one from
his cell phone. The defendant realizing that Mr. Pelosi had called 911.
One took Mr. Pelosi downstairs near the front door of the residence.
Two police officers arrived at the front door two minutes after that
911 one call when that door was opened, the defendant was holding his
hammer, which Mr. Pelosi appeared to be attempting to control by
holding a portion of that hammer. The defendant then pulled the hammer
away from Mr. Pelosi and violently struck him in the top of his head.
The police then immediately apprehended the defendant. What we also
have learned is that the defendant brought to the location of the
Pelosi residence a second hammer, as well as zip ties, rope and a roll
of tape. What is clear, based on the evidence that we have thus far, is
that this House and the speaker herself were specifically targets of
the defendant. As for next steps, the defendant is expected to be
arraigned tomorrow afternoon. My office will be filing a motion to
detain him without bail. And that is based on what is obvious and
severe public safety risk that the defendant poses to San Francisco as
well as the outer community. Violence has no place in this city and we
will work vigorously to hold the defendant accountable. One last thing
that I want to say today is that as leaders and as citizens, it is
incumbent upon us all to watch the words that we say and to turn down
the volume of our political rhetoric. We should be able to all engage
in passionate political discourse, but still remain respectful of one
another. Violence certainly has no place in San Francisco or in
politics. Thank you. Thank you. And now we’ll open up for some
questions. Yes. How many years before we get that? I would like to keep
this a little bit orderly just because I want to make sure we’re able
to get through and not have a free for all. Yes, sir. General from Wall
Street Journal, thank you for this. How many of you open the door for
police officers? And one question. My second question is how many times
you struck me one time with the number, not one. So at this time, it’s
unclear which of the men opened the door. And we are also still
fleshing out how many times he was struck in the head, the Mercury
News. I’m wondering how an individual was able to access the home of
someone so prominent. Was there any security in place there? How was he
able to open the door of this home? What I can tell you is that there
was no security present and that he was able to break the window to a
glass door to gain entry into the home. Did this have any prior
history, have any prior contact with law enforcement, any prior
arrests, any sort of record? All of that will come out in court
tomorrow, guys, whether that means we will go to Christian in the back
of the new year, because if you can let us know how this investigation
is going to work or how this case is going to work in conjunction with
our cooperation with federal authorities who also are found there. Yes.
And so what I will say is that thus far, both San Francisco Police
Department as well as the Federal Bureau of Investigations have been
simultaneously investigating this case. They’ve been cooperating very
well with each other. We have been in touch with the US attorney’s
office. These will be parallel prosecutions and we will work to make
sure that that both move forward successfully. A D.A., given the
intense national focus on this case and its political dimensions of
some of the theories that are already out there about what transpired.
How important is it for your office in conjunction with other
prosecutors, to paint a clearer picture, including the evident
political motivation for this attack? Of course, it’s always paramount
that the correct facts be in the public. We, of course, do not want
distorted facts floating around, certainly not in a manner that is
further traumatizing a family that’s already been traumatized enough
given the nature of this incident. And so that’s why it’s of paramount
importance here. Can you cover some of the things the police found in
the interview in the past in terms of his attempt to go after the
speaker for the speaker and what his plans were for her? I think I’ve
covered as much as we’re going to cover today. More facts will be
contained in our motion to detain that. We will file tomorrow in court
that you’ll have access to. So we can you talk about his current state?
Our understanding is that he’s still being held in a general hospital.
Can you talk a little about that and his arraignment tomorrow? So I’m
not aware of where he is currently. He has obviously been booked on
these charges. We will file our complaint, we expect for him to be in
court tomorrow. And that’s the most I can say about spoke will be
revealed in the arraignment tomorrow of what, when and if will we see
the body cam footage from the cops when it is made available during a
court proceeding? That will not that’s the way that this works, will
become public if it is played in a court proceeding at. Will be public
then come some of the details of the federal charges today, talk about
finding a journal on the scene that he had brought in saying that he
wanted to use Nancy Pelosi to lure some other individuals, that maybe
you can speak to some of those details. What do we know about trying to
bring someone else to the home? No, we’re not revealing any other
details at this time, as we’ve said. This investigation is still
ongoing, and so what we have offered is what we believe the relevant
facts are that are the basis for the current charges. Does he have
legal representation? And if so, who’s representing him? We will find
out whether he has legal representation tomorrow at his arraignment. So
can you definitively say now this was obviously politically motivated?
Yes, it appears as though this was based on his statements and comments
that were made in that house during his encounter with Mr. Pelosi, that
this was politically motivated evidence to go as far to say with an
assassination attempt. What I will say is that he was looking for the
speaker at the time that he entered the home. Of course, the federal
affidavit contains a bit more information about other things that he’s
motivations that he’s expressed. But he certainly did enact what we
believe is an attempt to murder her husband at the time that the police
arrived. Bluejacket, Highlandtown five. Are there any plans to increase
security around the Pelosi House or any other prominent. Well,
unfortunately, I have to take a break, ladies and gentlemen. If it
continues beyond, we will bring it up. If not, I will comment. We’ll be
right back.

Hour 1 Segment 2

You know, folks, I listen very carefully to this press event and the
questions afterwards, we didn’t learn a thing more than has already
been filed today. And I presume we’ll learn more tomorrow. What
continues to trouble me, she said, was politically motivated. It may
have been. Who else was on his list, he has a list, she wouldn’t reveal
it, it’ll be revealed in time. Why not reveal it now? But even more
than that, I’m not into conspiracies and all the rest of it. This guy
is looking for Nancy Pelosi. He assaults her husband. He says he will.
Break his knees or something to that effect. But Nancy Pelosi’s in
order to get information from her and then to send her to Washington in
a wheelchair, does that sound like somebody who’s rational to you? And
then we’re told it’s politically motivated what the press does with
that. What the slime does with that is they take that and then blame
Republicans. So really, I think it was the duty of this district
attorney to reveal something more than what she did because she didn’t
reveal much more than what we already know. More when I return.

Hour 1 Segment 3

So this. Would be murder is an illegal alien who overstayed his visa
and was not deported. I suspect we’re going to find that he’s had run
ins with the cops on more than a few occasions. Very few in the media
talking to the neighbors, he’s known to the neighbors, he’s known as a
nut. He’s known to have embraced all kinds of political theories. And
as you heard the D.A. say, she feels that this is political, what took
place. Now, clearly it’s political in the sense that he wanted to harm
the Pelosi’s. But the media goes well beyond that, the Washington Post
attack on Nancy Pelosi’s husband follows years of GOP demonizing her
vox. The attack on Nancy Pelosi’s husband is the culmination of long
time GOP hate mongering. Hatemongering. Nancy Pelosi has been a
vicious. Partisan for decades. People have written about it
extensively. She’s a hero of the left, she’s a hero of the media. And
nobody’s been demonized more Washington Post and Vox and all the rest
than Donald Trump. And I doubt you’d be writing pieces about an attack
on fill in the blank follows years of Democrat demonizing him or the
attack on Donald Trump’s fill in the blank is the culmination of long
time Democrat hate mongering. When you and the media exploit situations
like this. Your hypocrisy knows no bounds. Knows no bounds. You said
nothing. When Nancy Pelosi’s daughter. Slammed Rand Paul. After he was
violently attacked by a neighbor. So Rand Paul is under attack for
reminding people, and he wished Paul Pelosi in the speaker a speedy
recovery and all the best, but he did remind people the tweet that
Twitter has since taken down. This is the politics they play when
there’s a shooting. They have their agenda, they all say the same
thing. They have their agenda. Nobody asked the day today. Or if this
guy is an illegal alien, why wasn’t he deported? No question. Nothing
like that. Or does the. Or is the alleged would be killer? Does he have
mental health issues? No question. Have you spoken to the neighbors,
the neighbors have spoken to some independent journalists out there who
have put out quite a significant story about how this guy’s politics
has been all over the field, and he’s he’s kind of a nut and all that.
No question. They’re still going to play politics with this in the
media. But the truth shall set us free. This guy should be prosecuted,
the book should be thrown out and he should do hard time. You almost
killed somebody. I feel that way when anybody is attacked, whether
they’re the husband or wife of a powerful person or a powerful person.
How many people were murdered in Chicago this week and how many people
were murdered in Philadelphia? How many people were assaulted in New
York City? How many people were assaulted? In San Francisco. Nobody
seems to care. Nobody seems to care. The day after. Steve Scalise was
almost murdered. I mean, you know, almost murdered had. Life saving
surgery. The speaker of the House had a press conference. Cut 26 go, it
didn’t used to be this way. Somewhere in the 90s, Republicans decided
on a politics of personal destruction as they went after the Clintons.
And that is the provenance of it, and that’s what has continued. But
again, I feel is, you know, having a family moment that is very, very
serious. And and we’re talking about things that we can save the
discussion for another day. But you have a president who says I could
shoot somebody in the avenue and nobody would care when you have people
saying, beat him up and I’ll pay your legal fees when you have all the
insults that are made on Hillary Clinton. For them to be so
sanctimonious is something that I really am almost sad for myself that
I have gone down this path with you because I don’t think it’s
appropriate to have the full discussion of it and it’ll be for another
day. I feel exactly like she did then. About now. Then, about now. Now,
we had this death threat against cabinet. Would be assassination guy
comes from California. To Washington, these justices are still being
threatened. They’re still having their homes. You know, the subject of
campaigns, loud protests and so forth. In the House under Nancy Pelosi
couldn’t pass a bill. Couldn’t pass a bill out of the gate. To provide
additional protection. For the justices. It became a political issue,
not in the Senate side. Where there was bipartisan support, but on the
House side, because the DOBs decision had effectively been leaked and
Nancy Pelosi was angry with the Supreme Court so they couldn’t get it
passed. I’ll bet you haven’t heard that at media either. The Huffington
Post. Or any of these other outlets cut one go on versus Kavanagh’s,
like you said, the justices are protected, but there was an attempt on
his life. Is the captain the of this? This is not about the Justice
Department. It’s about staff and the rest for justice. You saw the
attorney general even double down on that. But this doesn’t matter for
the justice is an armed man showed up near just coming on Friday. We
were working together on a bill that the Senate will be able to approve
of because that’s what we can pass the one thing we wanted to be able
to pass the Senate. So I don’t really talking about. But you haven’t
seen what the debate is and not debate, but what the language is that
it will be a bill, but nobody is in danger over the weekend because of
our not having the bill. That is amazing, if this guy hadn’t called
himself into the local cops, cabinet could have been killed. The
justices hadn’t have bodyguards, one does the chief justice. It’s
amazing to me how this is all ignored. The public officials need to be
protected, this is no joke. It’s the effort to politicize this. That’s
the sickening part, and then the people in the media and the Democrats
who say we got to lower the tone. However, the other side of their
mouth within minutes. Within minutes, they’re on the attack. They’re on
the attack. You can go anywhere. It’s not just on the Internet. Listen
to what they say all the time. This election is about democracy.
Meaning if you vote for a Republican. They’re going to destroy. Our
governing system, when, in fact Republicans defend the Constitution,
but it doesn’t matter, you tell people. Republicans are going to
destroy your Social Security and your Medicare. You demonize somebody
like. Donald Trump to the extent that they demonize that man. You’re
going to spread violence, I’ll give you even a better example, you
demonize police the way the media and the Democrats did throughout
2020. Now we have crime through the roof. And the people who have
demonized the cops take no responsibility for it. The people who said
defund the cops. Or slash their budgets or otherwise, tie their hands
on community issues and so forth. We now have crime through the roof,
people being slaughtered in our cities. It’s almost like Iraq over here
in the war stage, the number of people who get shot and killed in the
course of a year. And that doesn’t move media, right, and that doesn’t
move Fox and that doesn’t move The Washington Post and that doesn’t
move the Democrat Party, including the leaders of the Democrat Party.
Including the candidates running and then, of course, you look at the
show, The View, you have Lee Zeldin, a sitting member of the House of
Representatives, running for governor. A guy approaches him with. What
with an object that could cut his throat. And he stopped and Zoltán
grabs his arm and they laugh about it, they downplay it. I can only
speak for myself. You haven’t heard me laughing about any of this or
downplaying any of this, what you’ve heard me do or what you’ve read on
my. My social media is to push back against the political horse in this
country, the media hordes in this country. Who take these tragedies?
And exploit them for political purposes. I was subjected to that myself
once. When Congresswoman Giffords was shot and a federal judge was
murdered. By that nutjob in Arizona. Sarah Palin was targeted. But I
was targeted to. That’s somehow something I said, which had absolutely
nothing to do with anything. It’s creating the. The environment in this
country that’s not didn’t know who I was, and so every time something
like this happens, it’s horrific. And every time something like this
happens, the media pounce. On Republicans. On Trump supporter. People
that support the Second Amendment, it’s the same media, the same
Democrats that do the same thing over and over again, you don’t have
time to give thought to what’s taken place to gather the facts. You
haven’t heard me get involved in any of these conspiracy theories, not
one. But then again, I’m not getting involved in the media conspiracy
theories either, which is it’s the fault of the Republicans, it’s the
fault of Magga, it’s the fault of this and that. Which brings me to my
point, America. We have an election in eight days. An election. Don’t
let anything distract you from the need to win that election, anything.
Anything. You can walk and chew gum at the same time we are waiting for
all the facts to come out with the Paul Pelosi matter. But we must win
this election. We cannot surrender. We cannot surrender this country.
To the people who destroyed the economy, have destroyed the border and
destroyed our police forces and law and order. We cannot surrender the
country to this. And by the time we vote, more people are going to be
murdered and maimed and raped, citizens whose names we’ll never know.
Whose death you’ll never hear about. Who simply won’t receive this kind
of attention? And there’ll be many of them. From my perspective, if you
want to bring civility and sanity back to the public square, you want
to bring civility and sanity back to politics. But you need to like
conservative. So make sure you get out and vote and you vote early.
There’s many, many very close elections. Many. Republicans had nothing
to do with what took place in San Francisco, period, the candidates
running all across the country had nothing to do with what took place
in San Francisco, period. No talk show host that I’m aware of and I’m
not aware of all of them. But the ones I’m aware of had anything to do
with what took place in San Francisco, period. No host on Fox had
anything to do with what took place in San Francisco, period. Despite
the best efforts. Of the Provida corrupt media to create its narrative,
its scenario, and to push it like the big lie on the body politic, stay
focused. I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 4

It’s conspiracy in modern times was the Russian collusion conspiracy.
Folks, we have added in the last five or six days, 100000 followers on
my Twitter site. Since Elon Musk fired the management over their
Twitter. Which means we’ve been shadow band and other things have been
done to us that we weren’t even aware of, over 100000 followers have
been have been added. Well, well over three million now we’re heading
towards four million. Remember I said on the air, Mr. Producer, we
said, why am I stuck at two point nine million? That’s not possible.
That’s why we know and I remember I’d resigned from Twitter, so we kind
of had to start over again, but here we are building quickly. All
right, so we need to strengthen law and order, we need to get behind
the cops, we need to deport illegal aliens, so such horrendous things
don’t happen. As much as they do. The chief of police did say our
police respond to this sort of thing or something to that effect all
the time in San Francisco, unfortunately, it happens all the time in
cities across America. It’s horrendous. It’s absolutely horrendous. I
mean, other than a detail here and there about the elevator and we
still don’t know who opened the front door and so forth, that’ll all
come out. But in terms of this would be killer. I mean, you would think
if this would be killer had a direct line to the Republican Party. That
we’d know about it, because for all intents and purposes, media
meteorite, Vox, the Washington Post, Politico and the rest of the
gaggle are essentially saying that just ignore them, plow ahead. I’ll
be right back.

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, this election is a referendum on America and the
Republicans have put up superb candidates. This election is your chance to
declare whether you love America or you don’t. However, these tight polls are
concerning. This cannot be taken lightly, every vote counts, and We The
People must go out and vote to deliver a vote for our country. Then, why are
the Never-Trump Republicans not supporting the Republican candidates? Later,
Gov Ron DeSantis joins the show with an update on his re-election campaign
for Governor of Florida. DeSantis says that no win is guaranteed, and he is
running like he is behind. Afterward, Democrats are maneuvering to get John
Fetterman elected so that they can have him resign and appoint their
candidate of choice and they will use all of the instrumentality of
government available to them, in order to do it.

Rough transcript of Hour 1

Hour 1 Segment 1

Hello, America. Mark Levin here. You’re listening at the Mark Levin radio
show World Headquarters. I love the way people give different names to their
election desks. And don’t forget to listen in tomorrow, 6 to 9 p.m. Eastern
and whatever time you folks have out there. For the full coverage. From 6 to
9 Eastern. And if he can’t get the program, for some reason, you can always
go to our podcast or go online to our show. All the links are a Mark Levin
show dot com slash links. Right. Mr. Producer. And you can listen live on the
Mark Levin excuse me about cholera on the Mark Levin app. But you can listen
live on the iHeart Radio app. But the Mark Levin app is the straightest way
to listen. Should somebody be so foolish as to interfere with our program
here? We’ve been leading up to this day now for a year and a half. A year and
a half. And I am concerned. In fact, I’m worried. That our guys, quote
unquote, on cable and on radio, have been so cocksure. We’re going to have a
red tsunami. That some of you and some of you, your family, some of your
friends and colleagues and coworkers are going to blow off this election.
You’re not going to vote. You’re going to leave it to other people. I’m
worried about that. Very much. According to the polls. And I don’t know
whether there trust him or not any more than you do, but let’s pretend
they’re right. We have a bunch. Have nail biting elections going on for
governor, for Senate and for House seats all over the country. Red states.
Purple states. Blue states. And to be perfectly honest with you, a lot of
these elections shouldn’t be so close, given the nature of the president and
his party. And given the disastrous nature of the economy, the border crime
and so forth. So I know it’s easy for me to come on here and to be a
Pollyanna. But I am concerned that we’re going to leave some of these
candidates behind. Who deserve our vote, who deserve our support. I think you
would do well not to listen to a lot of the coverage tonight before the
election. Because it doesn’t do us any good. It doesn’t do us any good. Now
we have this fantastic, unbelievable victory. Great. But I’m talking to you
before tomorrow, before the formal day of election. And I am concerned. And
I’m sensing this just my own sixth sense. Now we’re going to leave some of
these candidates behind, and I’m worried about it. I’m worried about it for a
lot of reasons. Number one, all these candidates, bar maybe one or two, are
superb. Number two, all of their candidates are insane. Number three, you’re
voting up or down on the country. It’s more than a referendum on Biden. It’s
up or down on the country that you love America or you don’t. There’s not a
lot more I can say behind this microphone or on TV, for that matter. To
encourage people to vote. I can’t say anything more than people fill up their
car or go to a grocery store or see what’s happening to interest rates and
housing prices. Or they live in areas that are crime ridden. Or they fear
using public transportation. Are they concerned about the value of their
paycheck and their pension? Open borders, the fentanyl, the drugs, the
criminals coming across. There’s just not a lot more I can say other than
you’re living. The disaster. That is being imposed upon you. And this is the
one opportunity you have right now to push back. To push back. We all know
that democracy will be here on Wednesday, as the Democrats call it. But I
won’t be here for long if they continue to dismantle our constitutional
republic. And that’s their goal. I don’t want you to be depressed and glum
the day after the election. If we lose some of these fantastic candidates and
maybe not even win a majority in the Senate. I mean, think about your own
House district that you live in. You have a Democrat representing you and
this is an opportunity to remove them. Is it going to bother you if they win
re-election? Of course it is. So don’t assume anything. Victory or defeat.
There must be some level of urgency. Some level of. More than usual
motivation to take care of business here. From our classrooms to our borders.
To our bank accounts. There are home budgets. Everything’s under attack,
folks. Now. It could be a historic realignment, as Newt says. I hope it is.
But it’s not going to be. If we don’t put our foot down and make our voices
heard. Tomorrow. Tomorrow. Everybody has done everything humanly possible. To
build a path toward victory. But what they cannot do and only you can do is
to secure that victory. No candidate. No pundit, no commentator. Note talk
radio host. Can deliver you a victory. You, the people. We the people. Have
to deliver ourselves a victory. These close polls should concern you. I don’t
care where they are, who they candidates are. These close polls should
concern you. Part of the reason the media keeps saying things like even in
blue states. Look at Zeldin. I like this congressman here. Or look in Oregon
and Washington State. Look here. It’s called rope a dope. They want you to
believe. That the victory. The factory is already had. There’s no need to get
excited or passionate. There’s no need to vote. There’s no need. To do what
I’ve been encouraging you to do, to get on the phone, to text people, to
email people, you know. This is it. This is it. And I can assure you, the
corrupt Democrats and their corrupt media, they’re not sitting on their
hands. It’s all out because power is their name. Power is their game. It’s
not our name. It’s not our game. But we need it to be tomorrow. We need it to
be tomorrow. It’s up to you. It’s not up to any campaign, any candidate, what
ads are on TV and so forth and so on. It is totally up to you. The Democrats
are trying to scare the hell out of their base and independents. To vote
Democrat. Barack Obama. Come Wednesday. He will leave the American people in
the dust. To go back to making money. Millions hand over fist. Vacationing
all over the world, deciding where to buy another mansion. For him. This is
all a game. For Bill Clinton. It’s all a game. Part of the team, you know?
But for you. For us. There is no game. Everything’s at stake. Everything. And
if you have races in your congressional districts and in your state for a
Senate that are close. That means you’re behind. And that’s the way you ought
to treat it. Washington state. Oregon governor. Oklahoma governor. He got
races throughout the West. California, Texas, other states. Washington state,
Oregon. Everything’s on the line. You look in the east. New Hampshire.
Pennsylvania. Critical Senate races. You look at New York critical governor’s
race in a bunch of House seats. In Pennsylvania, in New York and throughout
the Northeast and even New England at stake. Look at Maine. It. Maine, the
Republican establishment wants to teach. The conservative base a lesson by
defeating us. That race in Maine is every bit as important as any Republican
versus Democrat race, which should Barker being the Republican. And Murkowski
being the Democrat. You look in your own states. You look at Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvanians. Do you want to wake up one day and find out that John
Fetterman is your senator and be the laughing stock in the entire country,
perhaps the world? And what kind of representation would you have for six
years? The needs of the people of Pennsylvania cannot be met. They will walk
all over this guy, Fetterman. The other 99 senators. That’s serious. You look
at this governor’s race in Michigan. Whitmer’s going to double down on
fascism. If she’s re-elected. You have a fantastic candidate in Dickson. Look
at Nevada, you have three House seats. We’re leftists who voted for
inflation, who voted for higher gas prices and illegal immigration. Could be
re-elected if you don’t turn out and you have a fantastic candidate for
Senate. And Adam Laxalt. Arizona has House seats on the line. And an
unbelievably important Senate race. Well, Blake Masters, I endorse all these
Republicans. And a crucially important governor’s race. Well, Kari Lake. 7:30
p.m. Eastern Time tonight. Ron DeSantis will be on the program, 8:30 p.m.
Eastern Time tonight. Carrie Lake will be on the program. Now you know, the
let’s look at Ron Johnson in Wisconsin. Can you imagine waking up in
Wisconsin? The day after the election and realizing. That you’re now
represented by a Marxist who wants to open the prisons? Well, that’s what the
Democrat wants. And your governor’s race there. You have a fantastic
Republican running for governor. I mean, the Republicans have you in the
primaries have put fantastic candidates up. Absolutely fantastic. All across
the country. And the Democrats are so cocky, they put up the most radical AOC
type Marxists they could. And those who don’t come out of the closet as
Marxists, they aid and abet them. They’re even worse. They pretend to be
moderates. There are no moderate Democrats left. None. You’ve got
congressional races in the state of Virginia. I know you don’t have any
statewide races in Virginia, but crucially important in Florida, you’ve got
multiple state excuse me, congressional races and statewide races with
DeSantis and Rubio utterly crucial. But every state if you’re in a red state.
It matters. If you’re in a blue state, it matters if you’re in a state with
no color identification. It matters. We cannot leave these candidates behind.
You’ve become familiar with them. From this show and other shows, from TV
shows, from. From debates and your own communities. Your fate. Is in your
hands. Not there’s not the election desk tomorrow. You shouldn’t even allow
it to be close. What are you going to do about it tonight and tomorrow? What
are you going to do about it? We’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 2

On the Democrat side, you’ve had Biden truncated, but nonetheless out there
campaigning, you’ve had Clinton campaigning and Obama campaigning to ex-
president and one. And Biden. Where’s George Bush, Ben? He’s been helping our
candidates. Now, how about Larry Hogan? Where is he? Even came out against
his own Republican nominee for governor of Maryland, but he wants the
Republican nomination. Where’s Chris Christie? Truth be told, all three of
them are persona non grata among most Republicans, and yet two of them still
want to run for president. And as for this election, false information stuff
isn’t an election false information. When the Democrats say as a chorus, when
they say over and over again that we’re going to lose democracy if they don’t
win that the day after the election, democracy’s dead. Is it that false
election information? Rights, immigration, foreign policy, marriage. These
subjects are a big part of political dialogue today. We talk about them often
on my show. They’re at the heart of so many campaigns this election. But what
did our Founding Fathers say about these issues? We’ve moved so far from the
founders understanding a government that you’ll be surprised by their
answers. And my favorite college, Hillsdale College, as their best way to
learn about the founders deep and wise insights into human nature. Today you
can join Hillsdale Professors Thomas Wesley and David Azure AD as they
explore the thoughts and ideas of America’s founders. And Hillsdale is newest
free online course, the real American founding a conversation. So don’t wait,
folks. The midterm elections are right around the corner, and you need to
understand the founders thoughts about the pressing issues of their and our
time. Watch the trailer video of the real American founding a conversation
it’s a killer and sign up for this new, completely free online course at
Levin Freehills dotcom that’s Levin Hillsdale dot com. They keep talking
about the election deniers, and yet at one side of their mouth, these
Democrats and these ex-presidents, the sitting putative president, keep
talking about. Election deniers. And then they keep talking about if you
don’t vote for them, there will not be a democracy. Sanctimonious. The same
people who’ve been calling you names. Four years. The same people who’ve been
bashing our voting system. Four years. The same people have been bashing and
attacking. Our constitutional system, our history. Four years. But Joe Biden,
those of you who live in areas that get cold or those of you actually use
stuff like electricity and natural gas, maybe use oil, maybe use propane. In
other words, all of us, you better pay attention, because the other day, as
you know, Joe Biden said he’s shutting down all coal mines. Now they try to
walk it back. Ladies and gentlemen, he’s not walking anything back. They’re
shutting down all coal mines, 60% of electricity in this country. Is
developed through coal. And then he said something yesterday. That should
shock you to the core because this is their plan. Should the Democrats win,
then your candidates lose. Here’s their plan. Here’s Biden at a Kathy Hochul
rally in New York yesterday. Cut one go. There is no more drilling. I have a
job for many new, new drilling. More years of offshore drilling. No specific,
but in the morning come from Mexico. That was before I was president. And
we’re trying to work on that. Get that done. They’re going to close it down.
Get that done. There is no more drilling. I have it. I’ve affirmed I have not
affirmed any new drilling. Those are quotes. You heard them with your own
ears. So he tells the oil companies last week, why don’t you drilling more?
Then he lets the cat out of the bag here where he says, I have. What he’s
saying is I have not allowed any more drilling. But what do you think this is
going to do in the months and years ahead to you? To your job, to your
ability to to use a car and to travel to food prices, to everything else.
These maniacs are sabotaging this country. So you have to decide if you’re in
or out, if you’re for it or against it. And here’s a short montage hat tip
RNC that Biden keeps saying will shut down coal plants and no fossil fuels.
Cat three Go. No more drilling. There is no more drilling. No, I haven’t gone
for any new new drilling. No more drilling on federal lands, no more
drilling, including offshore, no ability for the oil industry to continue to
drill, period. And would there be any place for fossil fuels, including coal
and fracking in a Biden administration? No, we would we would work it out. We
would make sure it’s eliminated. We’re going to be shutting these plants down
all across America. No one’s going to build a coal fired plant again. Now
we’re going to get rid of the ones we have now. I guarantee you we’re going
to end fossil fuel. I would say stopping fracking and stopping the pipeline
in this country. And there’s no question I’m in favor of banning fracking. No
more no new fracking. We are going to get rid of fossil fuels. Have a
transition from the oil industry. Yes. Oh. From his lips to your ears, folks.
And it’s kicking in and it’s kicking in heavy. Here’s Bloomberg from this
morning. The U.S. Northeast. Is hurtling toward a winter heating crisis. I’ve
been talking about this for weeks and I pray to God the people in
Pennsylvania and New York and Connecticut. I hope that people in New Jersey.
And all up and down the Eastern Seaboard. I hope you’re listening. An obvious
densely populated corner of the United States. Temperatures are about to drop
after a stretch of unusually warm weather and the signs of winter crisis are
already multiplying. Heating oil delivered to New York is the priciest ever.
Retailers in Connecticut are rationing it to prevent panic buying New England
stockpiles of diesel and heating oil, the same product taxed differently. A
third of normal levels. Natural gas inventories are also below average. A
Massachusetts based utility is imploring President Biden to prepare emergency
measures to prevent gasoline shortages. Add some coal to the mix. And in the
best case scenario, Northeast consumers will shoulder the highest energy bill
in decades this winter. The Biden administration, under pressure to tame
prices after the midterms, is trying to consider ways to stash more diesel
and gasoline in New England. Now. That’s not how you. You support an economy.
Ladies and gentlemen. In other words, to divide a a shrinking source of fuel
among the states. This is a Democrat Party created crisis is utterly
unnecessary. In the worst case scenario, please listen. A cluster of states.
With a combined economy bigger than Japan’s will run out of fuel to keep the
lights on and heat homes and businesses. This is from Bloomberg. News. Did
you hear what I just said? They want to keep all democracies overall. If you
listen to them, you’re going to freeze. In the worst case scenario, a cluster
of states. With a combined economy bigger than Japan’s will run out of fuel
to keep the lights on and heat homes and businesses, cities in the northeast.
They’re talking about New York. They’re talking about Pennsylvania. They’re
talking about New Jersey. They’re talking about all the states in the
Northeast and New England. And by the way, even though old Virginians don’t
accept this, they’re talking about Virginia and West Virginia. It’s going to
be pretty bad, said Marcus MacGregor, head of commodities research at
Conning, Inc. Diesel, heating oil. Natural gas prices are through the roof.
When you’re on a fixed salary, how does it impact your overall budget? It has
to be very bad. The Northeast is no stranger to fewer constraints. Its dearth
of pipelines and refineries, meaning limited number. The shale fields of
Texas and Pennsylvania might as well be on the other side of the world. In
other words, because they have put an end to pipeline construction. We can’t
get oil and natural gas from one part of the country to another part of the
country that needs it. One part of the country that develops it. One part of
the country that needs it. Rocky MacDonald, a father of three and realtor in
Stoner, Massachusetts, expects to pay over $500 for eating oil to keep his
three bedroom ranch house warm this winter. That’s 20% more than last year.
And to save money, McDonald and his wife are cooking dinner at home more
often. I just can’t believe it. He says the monthly expenses are crazy
amounts. I’m trying to hoard every penny. His family’s total spending has
climbed to $10,000 a month from 8000 last year. He’s even buying less, and
he’s worried that rising interest rates will trigger a housing market slump,
eating away at his income. He’s right. We are in a recession. Please. I know
what I’m talking about. I’m not the propagandists. Let’s leave that to the
people on TV. We are in stagflation. And we could be in a depression. In the
not so distant future if these policies aren’t stopped immediately. In the
Northeast, a typical family. Is is expected to pay 1100 dollars to keep warm
with natural gas this winter, 23% more than last year, b earning 23% more
this year, folks. And when you consider the increase in food prices. And.
Automobile, gasoline prices and all the other prices. And the fact that the
value of your savings, if you have any, are going down. Your paycheck, your
pension check, they’re all going down because of inflation. Prices go up. The
value of money goes down. This was done by the Democrats and the multi-
trillion dollar spending bills. And let me ask you a question. Those of you
who are going to suffer now. Did all that spending help you in any way? No,
it didn’t. No, it didn’t. And he still wants to give away $1,000,000,000,000
and student loan relief. That hasn’t been done yet, you know? Can you
imagine? In New England and the mid-Atlantic, you’ll be hit even harder with
an average bill of 2350 $4. Northeast households using propane and people
using propane. You know, a lot of these are rural people that are people in
RV’s and so forth. You’re going to spend 1970 dollars. Low income consumers
will suffer the most. Some of the most at risk people are suffering when
heating fuel runs out are immigrants and refugees, said John Thielemann,
president of this, that and the other. We’re very concerned about the coming
winter. Unbelievable. The heart of the Northeast energy squeeze is natural
gas. Even after Pennsylvania’s shale boom brought abundant supplies to the
region’s doorstep, constraints have persisted. Gee, I wonder who put those
constraints in place, ladies and gentlemen. New England and mid-Atlantic are
more reliant on gas than ever. Coal fired power plants have shut in droves,
falling victim to environmental opposition. Wind turbines and solar farms
haven’t sprouted up quickly enough to replace them. And that downing of shale
gas in Pennsylvania, concerns about climate change have scuttled plans for
pipelines to bring it eastward. The radical environmentalists, a.k.a. the
Democrats. Are killing us. To, quote, backlash. We are in for a tough time.
This was unnecessary. The number of Northeast households that use heating oil
has ticked lower as more switched to gas. But that’s little comfort to their
almost 20% of homes, 20% that are still relying on it. The East Coast, one of
the U.S. regions dependent on foreign imports, has devised a country
struggling to replace the Russian supply. Ladies and gentlemen, there was no
need for this. No need for this. And it goes on. We’re in deep s. You
remember that tomorrow? You want to reverse this? You need to get a pro. Free
enterprise. Pro energy. Congress to at least start the process. So they put
bill after bill after bill on this president’s desk. And they dig in to the
Environmental Protection Agency in the Interior Department and all the other
departments that are using their regulatory powers to freeze you during the
winter, to sweat you during the summer, to drive up the prices of automobiles
that drive up the prices of gasoline. That drive up the prices of food. And
it drive down the value of your income. I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 3

I want you to listen to this to America. These are all warnings, huge
warnings about how you’re left holding the bag of this party, the Democrat
Party, and how they’re impoverishing you. Daily CALLER, the Environmental
Protection Agency’s new methane rules could force small oil and gas drillers
out of business altogether. The EPA is finalizing rules to crack down on oil
and gas drillers, methane emissions, which could raise costs for smaller
producers and force them to cease operations. This is concerning because
during the 2020 election, Biden talked about eliminating fossil fuel energy
as quickly as possible. Independent Petroleum Association of America
Executive Vice President Lee Fowler told The Daily CALLER small wells can
quickly become uneconomic with onerous rules and would likely be shut down
because operators cannot absorb the additional regulatory burden. Said
Western Energy Alliance president Kathleen Sgamma. Now you see, they talk
about we want more competition in these companies. This would kill small and
medium size independent drillers. Folks. They’re serious about this. They
want to destroy our energy system. The EPA is finally finalizing rules that
will restrict oil and gas production. BP’s regulatory program can be
exceptionally demanding on small wells, which can be made uneconomical. This
is concerning. The proposed regulation would fight the climate crisis,
unquote, by cutting 41 million tons of methane emissions from 2023 to 2035 by
about 920 million tons of carbon dioxide, according to the EPA. Methane is a,
quote, potent green gas, unquote, that contributes to climate change by drop
trapping trap trapping about 30 times as much heat as carbon dioxide over 100
years. Ladies and gentlemen. Carbon dioxide, those masks they’ve made you
wear. You’ve been inhaling your own carbon dioxide at a rate that is
unbelievable. The only one talking about it is me. Number two, carbon dioxide
is not a pollutant. It has never been a pollutant. It’s not carbon monoxide.
Number three, something called osmosis. You exhale carbon dioxide. It’s not a
pollutant. You exhale it. You create it. And carbon dioxide is oxygen to
plants. Number one, the Democrats were all for carbon dioxide and the Amazon
and all the rest while they’ve they genuflect. So carbon dioxide is
essential. And then finally. It is the smallest element or one of the
smallest elements, but I believe it’s the smallest element. In Green Gas.
I’ve told you this story before. Take a stadium with 10,000 seats. Four seats
represent carbon dioxide. Greenhouse gases. Why do we have greenhouse gases?
You ever see these little greenhouses that in the winter? I remember we used
to drive around in Pennsylvania and in New Jersey and other places, and the
farmers would create these greenhouses to copy the effect of the atmosphere
when it’s warmer so they could grow their plants. We’re not being threatened.
By greenhouse gases. There is no such thing as manmade climate change. We are
incapable of it. And yet this big lie goes on and on. But whatever you
believe. It’s quite beside the point. They are planning on shutting down
small and medium size oil and gas drilling businesses. They are planning on
eliminating fossil fuel altogether. They are moving in that direction now and
you are going to pay a price this winter. I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 4

My opening comments. Let me let me think about this during the break, because
some of our friends are still out there telling you how many seats we’re
going to win. I want you to listen to me. Is that how the great. Military
generals and admirals. Which speak to the men. They’re about to send in the
battle. Now we have this one in the bag. Don’t worry. No, I don’t think so.
How about the great? Lombardi and other coaches. What would they say? The
night before a major game or for that matter, any game. We have this one in
the bag. No. They would say we can crush these people. We can defeat these
people. We are better than these people. We can get out the vote. You need to
do what you need to do. Each one of you in your own roles and you know what
your role is. They will want to draw your strength. And encourage you to use
that strength. Not play rope a dope. And that’s what I’m talking about. I
want to read something to you from the New York Sun. It’s a great paper. It’s
a subscription, but it starts a great paper. The son’s hopes lie with a red
way. We have rarely, if ever, seen a midterm contest in which the relative
virtues of the Republican principles are in such sharp relief. As Americans
go to the polls tomorrow, the hopes of the sun lie with a red wave. And by
the way, as do all of us, the race is too close in the key contests to make
confident predictions. In respect to the outcome. But it’s not too close to
say that we have rarely, if ever, seen a midterm contest in which the
relative virtues of the Republican principles, particularly sound money,
constitutional government, equal justice and fiscal restraint aren’t such
sharp relief. We understand the bitterness of the Democrats, whose liberal
project was stunned in 2016. It was defeated by an electorate in which a
quarter of the voters were seen. But what used to be the party of Andrew
Jackson, Franklin Delano Roosevelt and JFK is a basket of deplorables. This
reacted by moving even further left and is now in thrall of an angry
socialist faction that is every bit as offensive to the GOP as the angry GOP
fringe itself. Yet we make no apologies for our sentiments. For the GOP, the
big issues for others beacon are inflation, meaning sound money, crime, the
Constitution, a vibrant foreign policy and the contests we’ve been covering.
It says it’s hard to think of a candidate that Democrats have stood up and we
choose over the Republican. We’d like the Democrats years ago, but the party
long since left us. It’s grown more hostile with each passing election. For
the generation now flying the flag of the sun. This goes back to at least
Vietnam. There the Democrats took us to war, only to start in the face of
communists, guns waffling, eventually betraying our wartime ally. A
generation later, the Democrats abandoned our ally in Iraq, and recently, in
a particularly shocking default, the most democratic government in the
history of Afghanistan. They want to do the same with Israel, and I might
add, they want to do the same with the United States. As the Democrats have
grown more radical, we should say, discomfort with our Constitution. The
basic red lines are ignored most blatantly in this season by the Democrats.
January six committee appear willing to use against President Trump a
forbidden tactic attainder meaning as the Supreme Court once put a trial by
legislature. They said we carry no bread from Mr. Trump but are shocked by
the attempt to run him out of politics by forbidden means. The same nihilism
is on display in, say, New York, where the Democrats are defying the Supreme
Court’s long overdue decision to strike down the state’s de facto NÉ de jure
handgun ban as an affront to the Second Amendment. It has led to the
Democrats being compared to racial segregationists and Jim Crow South, who
sought to defy the Supreme Court’s decision in Brown versus. Board of
Education. When did the Democrats become like that? Concerns of a crime
dismissed by liberals as fear mongering are bolstering the Republican cause
this year as voters recoil from the Democrats hostility to the police and
laxity on public safety. Bowing to the far left New York’s failed attempt, a
dairy farm turned courthouses and a revolving doors for repeat offenders. And
Congressman Lee Zeldin is near the end of what could be let’s not get ahead
of ourselves, a historic run for governor. And I’m reading this because this
really applies throughout the country. For all this. It is the economy that
is most important issue this election. The key issue is inflation. It would
be wrong to lay entirely Democrats debasement of the dollar. The power to
regulate the value of our money is given to the Constitution of Congress.
It’s clear, though, that if any effort is eventually be made to reconsider
our national experiment with fiat money, it’s likely to come from
Republicans. Inflation isn’t the only issue. It follows from overspending and
overborrowing. Although our issues on which the GOP is more likely to lead a
reform. Which is why the sun favors a vote for the GOP in the House and the
Senate. But the Republicans are successful in either House or give us a
period of divided government and test, among others, whether the Democrats
will credit our democracy, they say, as graciously as Clinton did in 99. And
what they mean by that is Clinton had a press conference and he admitted that
he moved too far to the left and then he moved more to the center. But that’s
not going to happen this time because the Democrats won’t do that. They’re
not capable of it. They just don’t believe in it. Just listen to their media.
Their media tell you everything you need to know. And just listen to the
Democrats. They tell you everything you want to know. James Clyburn on Fox
News Sunday, he doubled down on comparing Trumpism to Nazi ism. And what
Clyburn is really saying is unless you’re one of these Chris Christie, Larry
Hogan, Republicans. Liz Cheney type Republicans. You’re like Nazis. Now. I
want you to listen to this again. Cut seven. This is from Sunday. Go.
Congressman, you’ve repeatedly made comments about Hitler, about Nazi ism,
about Germany in the 1930s. In recent years, you’ve gotten a lot of pushback
from that, from Jewish organizations and others who say it belittles the
suffering of the Holocaust, of the millions who were lost. Your response?
I’ve talked to many Jews. There are many Jews in my congressional district
and they are very supportive and they know that this is the stuff that causes
those kinds of deteriorations in democracy. This is not anything about
whether how difficult it was. I talk about slavery and how difficult it was,
but that to discuss the facts of what’s going on here. Election deniers
setting up procedures by which law committees by governors can overturn the
results of election to call the press the enemy of the people to call out.
All right, that’s enough that that’s enough for this city. Tell me, what do
they call Fox News and conservative talk radio? And how many times have they
sought to put us out of business? Paramount Press as long as the press is
part of their party. They don’t mind free speech as long as when you speak
you agree with them. That’s why the oligarchs in Silicon Valley teamed up
with the Biden administration and the Democrats in the last election, and
probably this one to cover up fundamental issues. And to add to push off the
Internet completely. Views of Republicans running for office and
conservatives. The only people attacking the Bill of Rights are the Democrats
and people like Clyburn. The only people making references to Hitler are
people like Clyburn. Climate says, Oh, look, I know a lot of Jews in my
district, okay? I know a lot of blacks and they don’t talk like you. Clyburn.
You’re a hack. You’re a heck. And they don’t want to stay focused on the
issues, America. You think about when you go to vote. You think about your
own situation. Because if you’re not even going to vote to defend your
family, defend your livelihood. Defend your community, defend your savings,
defend your retirement. Defend your nation’s borders. To defend your nation’s
economic system. To defend the police. And to defend the military. And defend
the Constitution. Then there’s nothing we can do to convince you. But this
jerk. With the Third Reich and the Nazis. Why doesn’t he explain to us how
FDR handled the Nazis in the Holocaust? He won’t. Because I guess the Jews in
his community don’t know about it or don’t tell him. And here I am with a
friend of 14 and a half million people. And I’ve told you and the whole world
repeatedly. What would the founding fathers say about what the Democrats are
saying today? What would they say about. About the 1619 project. What would
the founding fathers say about. And putting their lives on the line.
Everything on the line. If the British had caught them, they would have
hanged each and every one of them after they tortured them. What would they
have said? And the men and women who came after and put their lives on the
line for this country, not some imagined. Utopia that the Democrats are
pushing for but this country. What would the founding fathers say? And what
would the founding fathers say about this election? What do you think they
tell you? What do you think? The men and women who died for this country.
What do you think they’d say to you? What do you think they would say to you?
In Arlington Cemetery. In all the other military cemeteries and private
cemeteries where all these men and women are buried. One battle after
another, one horrific. Death after another. I think I know what they would
say to you. We gave everything. So you could have everything. Don’t. Don’t
give it all away. Because he didn’t vote. Don’t allow these demagogues. To
persuade you that somehow they. Are defending liberty and the vast majority
of them have never put on a uniform and attacked those in uniform. Don’t
believe the slipped tongues and propaganda. Of those who are destroying your
country, look all around you. Look at the grocery store. Look at the gas
station. It’s not hard to find. And they’ve only just begun. Evil isn’t just.
Something that’s projected into the country. Evil is something that exists in
our country. I’m just telling you.

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, President Biden is beating Presidents
Reagan and Trump in nominating judges and Senate Minority Leader Mitch
McConnell is helping him do it. McConnell has no agenda but to amass
his own power and political survival in Washington, DC. Then,
Congressman Jim Jordan calls in to discuss how House Minority Leader
Kevin McCarthy is best positioned to be the next Speaker of the House
under a Republican Majority. Jordan made it clear that they are looking
to block the addition of 87,000 new IRS agents and to conduct the
oversight investigations that the American people deserve. Later,
former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani joins the show to announce his total
vindication in Georgia from the trumped-up charges he was charged with
by the Manhattan Prosecutor’s Office. Giuliani says they only came
after him because he dared to represent President Donald Trump.
Afterward, the newly re-elected Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin
Netanyahu tells Mark about his most recent win as Prime Minister and
the alliances he had to forge to get to it. Netanyahu also discusses
the life experiences that inspired his latest memoir, Bibi: My Story.

Rough transcript of Hour 1

Hour 1 Segment 1

I’m sorry I wasn’t here Friday. Utterly unexpected. Turns out I’ve
covered again. You can probably hear it over the microphone. And I got
quite sick Friday afternoon, so I had to bow out. Who sat in for me?
Mister Producer Brian Mudd, who’s wonderful. He came in at the last
minute. I want to thank Brian and I’ve been doing this out all weekend,
but we have a system set up here. It’s really a portable system where I
can do this show from pretty much anywhere. So that’s what I’m doing
right now. You can sound a I guess I sound a little bit like Phyllis
Diller, but that’s not my intention. Of course, I’ll be fine. I’m just
basically not going anywhere, hanging out in two rooms, and that’s the
way that goes. So that said, I have been posting things. I write these
things up, send random. Mr. Producer, Mr. Call screener. These guys
have been posting away all weekend. Here’s the thing there are several
narratives out there that I just don’t accept, including from a number
of friends of mine. Colleagues of mine. We’re not angry with each
other. We’re not fighting with each other. Brett HUME and Marc Thiessen
over at Twitter. They’re looking at the numbers. They’re big. Let’s
just be honest. McConnell proponents and I saw this in the Tea Party
2010. I saw it when Ted Cruz was taking on McConnell on how they all
attack Ted Cruz. My problems with McConnell, which I’ll get to in a
minute, go much deeper even than even this last election. He is a very
poor leader now. They can point the judges all they want. Joe Biden is
kicking ass on judges right now, just slaughtering us. We’re not
filibustering. They’re judges. He’s actually beating now the rate of
judicial appointments that Trump had and Reagan had. And so that is bad
news. I also don’t like the way Mitch McConnell uses his campaign
funds. He has to help other candidates, but also to go after
candidates. You don’t know that. Baldock in New Hampshire, that people
in New Hampshire know are faced four and a half million dollars worth
of ads in the Republican primary smearing him. And that money was
coming from the Senate Leadership Fund, which was McConnell. He raises
this money from very wealthy Republican donors and then does with it as
he wishes. And the guy he uses at that fund is a name, a guy by the
name of Steve Law. Steven Law, who used to work, I believe, at the
Chamber of Commerce. But McConnell didn’t have an agenda. As I will
demonstrate, we mentioned that almost a year ago, he doesn’t have an
agenda. There’s no legislative agenda. It’s hard to win big elections
our way. He trashed the Tea Party in 2010 and blame them for bad
candidates and a lack of victories. He’s busy, as is his media and
surrogates, trashing Trump. That’s why we lost this election and so
forth. And it’s not that simple. It’s not that simple. And same with
the house. Jim Jordan will be on here in less than an hour. I look at
the house, I pull back, I look at the house, put personalities aside. I
would put the McConnell personalities or what’s the problem? He’s the
he’s the problem. He doesn’t want any younger senators or senators with
more relevant ideas or more conservative cutting edge ideas to have any
power. And he’s been there 15 years. And what have we accomplished,
really? Losing the country. I look at a guy like. Kevin McCarthy I
don’t view McCarthy as I view McConnell are two different people.
McConnell’s been in the minority. Hasn’t been leading the Republicans.
Paul Ryan led the Republicans. So he’s really not had an opportunity to
exercise his power. And you’ll say, what about this election? Man
raised almost half a billion dollars. I know McConnell raised about 200
billion, but he raised almost half a billion dollars. He wasn’t going
after candidates in the general election, picking and choosing and
cherry picking. They were throwing money everywhere they could to try
and get people elected. And I want to talk more about some of these
people who are challenging him. I am not a special pleader for Kevin
McCarthy. I just am curious to see how they’re going to get a majority.
In support of any Republican. If not him who? If not him who? I even
wrote, you know, I get contacted constantly. I was today from a number
of my friends at the what do they call the group cohorts, the freedom
group in there, including Freedom Caucus, several of them. And I said,
Who do you have? They don’t have anybody. I said, I thought, Biggs, I’m
sorry to say this. A lot of them said, Most people don’t like Biggs. I
said, Well, I’ve had to deal with Biggs myself in Arizona, which I’ll
get to in a minute. And he was no conservative. So my view is McCarthy
needs to embrace the Conservatives as he has several like Jim Jordan.
He would be chairman of the Judiciary Committee. Marjorie Taylor GREENE
Is it? He’s got more tolerance for her than I do. Who’s campaigning for
him effectively? Donald Trump making calls on his behalf. I’m not
making calls to anybody. I’m just speaking out loud to you. I see a
distinct difference between McConnell, who is affirmatively anti
movement conservative, and Kevin McCarthy, who’s right of center, who
has to figure out how to build a working majority. One uses an iron
fist and is very, in my view. Kind of sleazy in the way he operates.
That’s McConnell and Kevin McCarthy kind of. Where is it all? Honestly.
But but I’ll make the distinctions better in a moment. I want to read
something to you then. I think some of this will make a little more
sense. First of all, Ron Johnson and Hawley and Rubio and Graham and
Cruz and Lee and Scott and Loomis. That’s eight United States senators
so far, by my count, of Mitch McConnell to put off this vote for leader
because Herschel Walker is running and we don’t have a senator chosen
yet from Alaska. Because in Alaska, which we’ll get to in a minute and
we’ve talked about before. The fact of the matter is that Mitch
McConnell tried to fight one Republican, a conservative that was backed
by the Republican Party of Alaska in order to elect his friend Lisa
murkowski. This is outrageous. And the fact that he spent money in the
Republican primary, New Hampshire and did brave damage to General
Bolduc, a hero, a patriot. It’s outrageous the fact that he didn’t lift
a finger and give $0.01 to Blake Masters. Now, the answer for the the
McConnell crowd is always the same thing. Well, how much did Trump
spent? Trump is next president. This guy is the leader of the
Republican Party, whether you like it or not, effectively in the United
States Senate. He’s the one with a quarter of $1,000,000,000. Okay,
ex-presidents, where the hell was George W Bush? He wasn’t anywhere.
Why didn’t he help? Dick Cheney can’t even show his face anywhere right
now. Where was Chris Christie, who’s all over the place now commenting
on Larry Hogan? Another fraud. Where were these guy? Nowhere. Nowhere.
The problem is the current leadership in the Senate and McConnell
decided to run on nothing. Rick Scott’s right. I pointed this out
before. As a matter of fact, Mr. Producer. We have a couple of clips on
that. I think we do. You still with me, Mr. Producer? Let’s listen. Let
me see here, folks. I get we’ve got so many clips here. Let’s see. Go
ahead, Katie. Go. Mitch McConnell is, if not the longest one of the
longest serving Republican leaders in the Senate, which is a remarkable
thing because he’s not bright, he’s not articulate, and he’s
unprincipled. Well, maybe that’s the way it’s supposed to be, huh? Sure
looks that way. And he’s so compelling. All the other republics vote
for him to be their leader. Now, what it is, he’s like a mob boss. He
threatens them to withhold money from them. He’s figured out how to do
it, and he’s been doing it a long, long time. And he doesn’t lay out an
agenda for the Republicans in the Senate. I dare anybody to tell us
what the Mitch McConnell, the putative leader of the republics in the
Senate, what his agenda is. You won’t know because he hasn’t told
anybody. That’s February 23, 2022, way by the eclipse. I’m not going to
bore you with all of them, which I said a few months back when he was
specifically asked by a reporter, what is the agenda, the legislative
agenda? We’re running on bipartisanship. Remember how I mocked him? He
had no substantive agenda. None. Zero. Now you hear the backbench is
all mentioning that. Now, we’ve been mentioning that for month after
month after month after month. What are they running on? Well,
inflation. What are you going to do? What are you running on? Nothing.
He’s not running on anything. National Review has one of the dumbest
editorials in the history of National Review. It’s an embarrassment.
Defending Mitch McConnell. There’s nothing to defend. And when you read
my friends Marc Thiessen and Brit HUME, they’re not really my friends
are my acquaintances. When you read what they write, it’s fine. It’s
all expected. It’s something you’ve heard a thousand times already. The
great Mitch McConnell, there he is saving us from Trump. They are
saving us from the Tea Party. Wasn’t long ago he was saving us from
Reagan. What do you mean, Mark? I want to read something to you from
somebody who wrote a book about McConnell. But I understand the people
have biases and so forth. But there’s some very interesting history
here. Who is McConnell? He doesn’t speak well. He’s not articulate.
He’s not charismatic. He won’t go on most conservative media. He’s the
most despised Republican politician. Of all Republican politicians. How
does he manage to be the head of the Republicans in the Senate when his
own base doesn’t stand him? That’s why he can’t go out like Schumer and
campaign for these candidates. Who did he campaign for? Nobody. They
talk about Trump. Don’t show up in Georgia. McConnell can’t show up in
Georgia. McConnell couldn’t show up in Nevada. McConnell couldn’t show
up in Pennsylvania. He couldn’t show up in New York. Can’t show up
anywhere. More when I return.

Hour 1 Segment 2

We’re going to address the House more specifically after I finish here
with the Senate. But very interesting, don’t you think, that Rand Paul
hasn’t said anything about Mitch McConnell? Our friend Tom Cotton, very
disappointing. He he’s endorsed Mitch McConnell. This is this piece
from I only have a few minutes, but I’m going to carry it over. So
stick with me. And PR Senator Mitch McConnell’s political life examined
in The Cynic November 2014. So this is eight years old and I can’t read
the whole thing, but you need to know. In 1976, Mitch McConnell
supported Gerald Ford against Ronald Reagan. In 1980, Mitch McConnell
said that Ronald Reagan was his third or fourth choice after Bush his
third or fourth choice. So he’s never been in sync with conservative
movements, are with the public, for that matter, but more importantly,
with the base of the Republican Party. In 1984, McConnell ran for the
Senate and he won with fewer than 5000 votes. There was no question
what happened. McConnell had won basically on the coattails of Ronald
Reagan, and McConnell looked at that very, very close result and
basically thought to himself, You know what? I don’t want it to ever be
that close again. I see where the Republican Party is heading. I see
where my state is heading. I see where the south is heading politically
and I need to get on the train. He was a very liberal Republican before
he flipped McConnell, who’d been the Senate minority leader since 2007.
He would continue to be the leader, minority or majority for the next
15 years. This is what he’s dreamed about since he was a very, very
young man, and now he’s about to achieve that dream, writes the author
McGillis. There was a big battle back in the Republican Party in the
sixties between the conservative wing and still quite strong moderate
wing. This, of course, during the time of Barry Goldwater 64 nomination
to the party coming from the conservative wing. But there was still a
very, very strong moderate contingent of the party. And Mitch McConnell
was completely on the side of that line. He was firmly pro-union in his
first election back in 1977 in Louisville, he got the endorsement of
the AFL CIO because he backed collective bargaining for public
employees, which is something even a lot of Democrats today don’t
support. The wall on is more than to make sure they get it in the right
order here. Skipping around McConnell to me, she says, embodies two
things in politics today. One is the transformation of the Republican
Party from a party that used to be have quite a few moderate and
liberal members are northern liberal Republicans, Midwestern moderate
Republicans in a party that is much more monolithically conservative
and really southern base, she says. McConnell really in bottles
embodies that shift because he himself has evolved what that
transformation just is to a T, she says. But at the same time, he
embodies for me the mindset that has become more and more dominant in
Washington today, which is the permanent campaign mindset. It’s the
mindset that all that really matters is the next election, the next
cycle. It’s not so much what you do when you’re in power. It’s what you
do to position yourself for the next time around your next reelection.
That’s key. More when I return.

Hour 1 Segment 3

I was supposed to be at the Republican Governors Association meeting
Tuesday. I was invited to interview Governor Ron DeSantis, and I had to
cancel that. And then later on came an invitation to be at Mar a Lago
for Donald Trump’s announcement. Mr. President, certainly couldn’t have
been in two places at once, but I had made the commitment, of course,
to DeSantis. So keep but I, I couldn’t do it anyway because here I am.
You know, when you listened and I want to get back to this Mitch
McConnell piece, because it tells you everything you need to know. You
know, it’s amazing to me the way I speak on the air and I call these
people the Marxists that they are on the left. And I expose them for
exactly what they’re doing and what they are. Wouldn’t it be nice if we
had a few more candidates that did exactly the same thing? Joe Biden
gets up, he’s calling people semi fascist, telling you democracy is in
danger. He’s not kidding. Obama They all run with their lies. I speak
the truth, but our guys are afraid. Even some of my colleagues, to use
the word Marxists, we are fighting Marxists, not socialists, not
progressives, not leftists, not liberals. I mean, they call us all
kinds of names. Can’t we call them what they are? As long as we remain
fearful of our principles and fearful of exposing them for what they
are. We’re not going to have great election cycles. Even though we’re
teed up to have a great one in 2024, particularly in the Senate, as
I’ve talked about here before. It’s not going to happen. You need
truth. You need an agenda. You need principles. You need substance.
Even so-called conservative outlets, they’ve lost all of this. You’re
not going to see it at National Review. You’re not going to see it at
The Wall Street Journal. They’re going to jump right in the line about
raising the debt ceiling, spending more and more. Do you know that
we’re now paying almost $1,000,000,000,000 in interest on our debt? In
about 15 years, we went from 6 trillion to 31 trillion. We had 19
Republicans that voted for that phony infrastructure bill led by
McConnell. I mean, I could go on and on and on here. Let’s go on. This
book I mentioned to you, this is an NPR piece, but it’s by. But it was
written eight years ago. I want to reiterate something. She says
McConnell really embodies that shift because he himself has evolved
with that transformation just to a tee. But at the same time, he
embodies for me the mindset that has become more and more dominant in
Washington, she writes, which is the permanent campaign mindset. You
see, it’s not like DeSantis or Reagan or the winners out there who say,
I have principles, I want to advance the cause. And this is why he
said. That he wasn’t going to run on any issues. The Republicans
weren’t going to run on any issues, not on a legislative agenda.
Because he stands for nothing. People say, well, what about that First
Amendment when he wrote, you know, I fought McCain-Feingold. Why did he
fight McCain-Feingold? Because he’s principled on the Bill of Rights?
No, because of what this article’s saying. The permanent campaign
mindset. That’s what he cares about. Do you know what Obamacare passed?
He put in a rider in there that would increase ten times the ability of
his Senate leadership fund and funds like it to raise money. That’s how
he came up with hundreds of millions of dollars to counter the
Republican funding system with his own, if you will, political action
committee. It’s the mindset that all really matters, she writes, is the
next election, the next cycle. This is what she’s saying McConnell
believes in. It’s not so much what you do when you’re in power in
Washington. It’s what you do to position yourself for the next time
around your next re-election, your party’s next election cycle. That
mindset has become very prevalent. It’s bipartisan. It also suffuses
the media. But McConnell embodies it more than anybody else. He got
that? He stands for nothing. And yet there he is constantly. Let’s
continue. What about his leadership posts in the Senate? It’s something
he campaigned for more aggressively than just about anyone before him,
she writes. His colleagues in the Senate were struck to see just how
determined and eager he was to climb the ladder. And what he would do
is he would start quite early, several years before the elections for
these various leadership posts. He would start strategizing and how to
win those elections. He had a wingman, his colleague, former Senator
Bob Bennett from Utah. Now, that’s interesting. This may explain why he
doesn’t like Mike Lee. That’s that’s I believe they recall that’s who
Mike Lee defeated in his first round during the Tea Party in 2010. And
this is why he hates the Tea Party. Bob Bennett from Utah would go out
a year or two in advance, listen and start trying to count votes and
fill people out on whether they would support Mitch or someone else. So
in other words, any would be candidates in any primaries. Mitch wanted
to know first and foremost if they would support him for the Republican
leader. Sound familiar? Well, you’re not going to read this in National
Review and you’re not going to see this on my favorite cable show on
Fox. I’m explaining it to you. Again, McConnell was not the most
naturally popular, beloved person within his caucus, so he really
needed help from someone else to kind of go out and line up those votes
for him. They were bad mouth the opposition and various rivals for
various jobs. And you can see McConnell do this now when you read the
editorial pages at The New York Post and The Wall Street Journal and
National Review and some of the other outlets, these are the recipients
of what McConnell does. Washington Examiner Now, I think they were bad
mouth the opposition and various rivals for various jobs really in a
junior high school kind of way trying to line up support so that when
the time came for the elections, for the various leadership posts
higher up on the ladder, it suddenly would become clear if McConnell
had, in fact, lined up just enough support to get the job. And he feels
that way about his lieutenants to Thune, Barrasso, Cornyn. And this is
how he works. And he does it 24 seven like a leftist because he was of
the left, once left of center, certainly. Does this now make more
sense, Mr. Producer? It’s really spot on that because I said it, but
because it is. Now there are many senators, eight of them right now who
are asking for a delay in the vote. And Barrasso is out there, one of
his lieutenants saying, no way. Our friend Tom Cotton says, no way, no
way. I’m just warning these guys. I’m warning them. You’re not going to
be able to treat us like we’re schizophrenic. It’s not going to happen.
You’re not going to be able to do that. We’re not elected officials. We
don’t have a say in who the leader is in the Senate. We have a say who
are nominees are for office in the States, but we don’t have a say
because it’s all opaque and it’s all country club. Now let me make
something abundantly clear. When you hear commentators on TV. When you
watch them. When you hear this endless trashing of these nominees,
including Trump nominees, especially Trump nominees, that is people who
supported the nominees Trump supported. And by the way, in some cases,
Trump would come in later and support them after the people spoke.
They’re trashing you. These are primaries. You’re voting. You’re
voting. You’re not voting for McConnell. You don’t have any say.
They’re going to have a vote this week, whether we like it or not.
They’re going to install McConnell for the 400th time. He’ll be there
now. He’s already the longest serving Republican leader in history.
More than Dirksen, more than Bob Dole, more than Trent Lott, more than
anybody. And why he doesn’t carry our agenda doesn’t even have an
agenda. That’s by design. Now. I’m not one of those who talked about
Red Wave. I’ve said this over and over again. I’ve said it over months.
I said it on Fox. I said it here, said it on live TV. I didn’t see a
red wave. To be perfectly honest with you. Because of the way the
Senate set up. That said, we could have picked off two or three.
Perhaps that wouldn’t have been away, but that would have been nice. So
when they keep saying, look at that nominee, Masters in Arizona, master
was the duly selected nominee. The Republican Party by the voters. So
they’re attacking you. You didn’t perform like Mitch McConnell and the
Republicans want it. It’s not his fault. He didn’t put a penny in
there. It’s not his fault he didn’t pull together the candidates on an
agenda. It’s not his fault that he had no legislative policies in mind.
No, that’s your fault. Or that he spent four and a half million dollars
of the Republican primary in New Hampshire to try and take out ball
back. He failed, but he damaged the man. A retired general because the
general wasn’t certain whether he’d support McConnell. I just read you
what the woman wrote in the book. That’s all he cares about. That’s
what he plots for. Day in and day out. That’s it. That he’d be the
leader, whether they’re in the minority or majority. It doesn’t matter.
And it’s about time some more of these so-called conservative
Republicans in the Senate stand. The hell are. And that’s the truth.
And it’s enough to hear even conservative media trash our voters. You
don’t have to support Trump or MAGA or whatever. Stop trashing the
voters. The Democrats don’t do this. And the Democrats make up names.
They’re fascists. Oh, they’re this. The other side’s filled with Marx.
Don’t say Marxist when you are not like Levin. No, it’s what they are.
Now. When we come back, I want to address the House side. I’ll be right
back.

Hour 1 Segment 4

By the way, shout out to my buddy Steven Smith. I love this guy. You
heard me talking on the program. He sends me a beautiful email. My damn
email is not working, so I’ll say it on the air. And he had called a
few weeks back. And I hope you’re doing well, too, buddy. Thank you
very, very much. You may not think this, but you’d be wrong. He’s a
wonderful, kind guy. He reminds me of me. You want to know the truth?
I’m sort of a white him. He’s sort of a black me. Can I say that, Mr.
Producer? There. I said it. Live with it. All right, let’s look at the
house first. I started looking on the Internet. Andy Biggs is going to
launch a leadership challenge against Kevin McCarthy. Who’s Andy Biggs?
You may recall Andy Biggs, we talked about him here a few years back.
I’m no fan of this guy. He’s part of the Freedom Caucus. He’s been a
conservative on TV. I’m sure he is. But that said, the only way we’re
going to save this country, ultimately, ladies and gentlemen, I
believe, is convention of states. There’s five and a half million
members. It is an extremely active and vigorous organization. You know,
I’ve supported this for years. It is crucial. We have 19 states now
that have passed resolutions 19. We need 15 more. But we couldn’t get
it passed in Arizona. We had a conservative House, a conservative
Senate controlled by the Republicans. But the president of the Senate
was a guy by the name of Andy Biggs before he came, a congressman. And
there were enough votes to pass it in the Senate in Arizona. But he
refused to bring it up. He one man blocked it and he wrote something
called The Con of the Con Con. So not only was he not just opposed to
it, he was affirmatively mocking it, attacking it. It’s in the
Constitution. Now this guy says he wants to be speaker of the House. We
were we have some lunatics who comment here and there, including on
rights group, including on my side. So it’s much harder to do it.
Anything. Mark must be a rhino. These are fools that don’t do anything
but sit in their basement and wet themselves. And then ask from Mommy
to bring them a cup of tea. That’s not exactly true. But regardless,
what happens is Article five prescribes a uniform method of call when
two thirds of the state legislatures 34 adopt applications. It’s an
application to Congress demanding that Congress call a convention on a
particular subject. Congress is supposed to do it. That is, it must
call. Right. But if you have somebody who is so ideologically opposed,
they could do exactly what Andy Biggs did as speaker of the House.
Blocking. BLOCK it. Congress is supposed to set forth the place, time
and state designated subject matter. In other words, it’s a ministerial
task. But so is voting on it in Arizona. But he blocked it anyway. I
don’t trust this guy within 40 states of the convention of the states.
He’s demonstrated to me he’s no constitutional conservative. And we
have millions of people working on this. Conservatives. And people who
who support him, as far as I’m concerned, who trust him to do what they
say. All right. We’re getting a. This ain’t the guy. So he is the guy
who is the conservative that conservatives want to replace Kevin
McCarthy with. It’s not Jim Jordan. He’s going to be on the program at
the top of the hour. I want to discuss the election with him. Well, who
is it? My buddy Chip Roy. Chip Roy can’t get more than 40 votes. And I
love him. He’s been my friend for for a long, long time. We supported
his election initially. We were friends long before that when he worked
for the governor of Texas, when he worked for Ted Cruz. And so he’s a
wonderful, wonderful guy, by the way. So who is it? Who is it, Mr.
Producer? I’m just curious. And how is it that Kevin McCarthy’s in the
same league as McConnell? Tell me, did McCarthy go out and try and blow
out some of his own candidates in the general election? No, he didn’t.
Did he spend millions of dollars attacking his own nominees or would be
nominees in the primaries? No, he didn’t. Do we have anything to show
for Kevin McCarthy? Anything? Yes. They won 15 seats two years ago and
they’re going to win 11 seats this time. So they’ll win a total of 26.
Is that good enough? No. But I’m going to tell you what I think
happened in the house. I’m going to tell you what I think happened. And
believe it or not. And it really upsets me to tell you that. Part of it
comes from Frank Luntz, who backed up into the truth, backed up into
the truth. Backed up into the truth at Frank Luntz. You would think he
would after 400 appearances on TV. Don’t. Stay with me, folks. We got
Jim Jordan and more. I’ll be right back.
