hi i am sending on here as only thing woking

can anyone help with any ideas i am online but it wont let me access the
websites i was two days ago

About the only thing that worked when I had this problem was
re-installing Windows TCP/IP.

Also check any other software that may interfere with TCFP data eg
Firewall, antivirus ect.

some onev has just installed some new firewalll stuff for me and it was
worrking fine with that till today

as for the settings i am cllueless once the net stops working thats me
stuffed i have no idea about setting and what they should be so unless i can
get this back to the guy who set it up[ for me i=or someone esle comes to
me and has a look then i am lost

Not per se but they do have problems from time to time. And often only
leaving long enough for them to play on their own fixes it. Especially dns
issues.

That said. A newly installed firewall has got to be the first place to
look. Can you disable it to prove?
