Why sell it if scanning is SO alive and there is lots to listen to? That's
what people on this group say!

Maybe the same reason you'd sell your car despite the fact that there is
more cars on the road now than there ever was before.

You want a newer model.

I'll can take three VR-500's in pristine order as advertised (including
boxes and manuals) at the price you quote (Ł65 a unit) Alpha-Delta.

(I smell a nice healthy profit if you can supply)

Do you have a phone number for the seller and the paper plus a web address
for the latter if possible.

I've searched around and found quite a few so any help you could lend me
would be really appreciated.

Many Thanks

£50. I am still wishing tho and maybe with a little help from my friends I
just might get lucky.

come down to £100.

Well Ben read what you wrote before and save yourself £50...... even if you
COULD get a VR-500 for that..........

Is scanning dead!!!
well, not dead actually, but boring as hell, unless you are some sad nerd
who likes to listen to radio hams/aircraft/marine and other loads of
bollocks, still there are some saddo's who will insist that scanning is as
good as it always was. they are talking bollocks obviously and just won't
admit it that scanning is dead

Well you see KW, I buy these things for around £50 as people are getting rid

idiots who still believe scanning is as good as ever for twice what I paid
