Where does 119.4 become 119.85 or is there a control zone in the middle ???

119.4 is Manchester approach ... 119.85 Liverpool approach
control zone depends on how high your going to fly. If vfr no change.

The control zone for 119.85 extends from Surface to 1500' from the western
edge of the Low Level Route ( a VFR low level route extending from Crewe to
M6/M58 junction). The rest of the zone (SFC-1500') to the east and that from
1500' to 3500' is controlled by Manchester on 119.4.
Exceptions to this are IFR arrivals into Liverpool.

Above 3500' to FL245 is Manchester TMA control / Man App for Man arrivals
