I have been out of the scanner market for a long time now, but I’m
thinking of coming back to it, I will be in the market for a handheld
scanner in the next few months but want it waterproof.
Does such a thing exist nowadays and what else should i be looking out
for from my new purchase, I know something called CTCSS was coming along
when i left as i say is there anything else i should insist on, I will
be in London 99% of the time
