in regards to my part 15 station. Fact: Riley sent the first warning
letter one year after Omega One Radio went off the air on it's own.
The hard drive went out and I didn't feel like drive 250 miles to get
a new one. Fact: The information that Riley asked for was information
that he had gotten off the internet. NO where in my transmissions did
I mention Todd O'Dochartaigh N9OGL, Nor Langley Park Studios. The ONLY
thing Omega One did was played music. There was no commentary at all.
Fact after I gave the information the FCC wanted this same group,
which runs ve7kfm.com informed Riley Hollingsworth that I was lying
based on information they had gotten off the internet. Fact Riley
claims that some one t the FCC heard the station yet has shown any
proof what so every, that they did hear it. I also know they didn't
check the field strength and therefore they have no proof what so
ever. It has been five months since the second letter and nothing,
proving what I've been saying this who time, the FCC does not have the
information, what worse-is that the FCC listen to a group of radio
operators, who are vindictive and is giving the FCC misinformation. I
say good ridden to Riley Hollingsworth, I think the FCC, Congress and
or the courts should review all of his actions since he got that job,
because chance are that he probably screwed a lot of people out of a
license.

That's after the fact dumb-ass, BTW all Riley and the FCC had to do is
admit they were wrong, instead they got the Amateur community all
worked up about me along with that HATE site VE7KFM.COM. Which reminds
me, They've been kind of quiet since I bitched to the FBI about them
and gave the FBI a link to them and NIM BUSTERS. If anyone should go
to jail it's Riley, the scums that own VE7KFM.COM.
