Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sr US IT Recruiter. The Sr US IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, technical recruiting, and recruiting. The Sr US IT Recruiter will also be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
Experience Level: 3-5 Years
Should be relevant experience only
Location: Remote
Qualifications
- Experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, IT recruitment, and technical recruiting
- Experience recruiting for the IT industry is preferred
- Proven ability to identify and recruit top talent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions effectively
- Knowledge of current recruiting trends and techniques
