My girlfried is a fan of the Kiss 100 Bam Bam breakfast show (Kiss 100
FM London and UK wide on Digital Radio and Sky Digital) She loves his
Ding a Ding Ding Ding Ding jingle.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get this ring tone as a Nokia
phone ring so she can annoy all of her work colleagues.

I'm going to regret asking this!

Regards,

Robin

Kiss is only in certain parts of the country on DAB.

I haven't listened for a bit but you can download ring-tones from their
website

http://www.kiss100.co.uk/

so it might be available there.

Kiss 100 isn't on satellite (mores the pity, though I can still get it on FM
and DAB). Only the abysmal Box-clone Kiss TV channel is on Sky Digital and
EMAP have the cheek to charge for it!

OT: These jukebox channels must be cashcows for EMAP,:
1) First of all, they must be piss cheap to run
2) People pay ridiculous amounts of money in the hope the video they want
will be played (why they do this I don't know as there's about a dozen 24
hour music video channels almost all seemingly playing the same videos ad
nauseum.
3) They get a slice of the subsription money
4) They all carry adverts and sponsorship

If only there was a *real* Kiss FM TV station that had live perfomances
(even DJs scratching and cutting up records is something those in to the
scene - such as myself - like to see) and had real life presenters.
Basically a bit like what MTV Europe was but for House, Hip Hop, Soul & RnB
instead. Oh well, I can but dream.

Don't dream, do it!. If you think this idea is so good then convince
someone in the showbizz world that it is a good idea and make the
moolah, and if it is then it will happen. If it ain't then it won't.
Other than that, pester Kiss to go onto the sat system like wot jizz fm
have done, and hopefully it wont sound worse than FM....

Unfortunately I don't have the connections either in the dance music world
or the broadcasting one. I also wouldn't have the means to come up with the
sort of money that something like this would cost - I don't know a great
deal of venture capitalists!

If only this was an idea for an e-business three or four years ago! ;o)
