Problem with Internet radio

Is anyone having a problem with Internet radio? I am getting an error
message saying 'Network timeout'. It is not entirely clear whether
this is my wi-fi or the portal. I have tried resetting the wireless
connection and factory reset, with no apparent difficulty, so I am
assuming the problem lies upstream.
Roberts Stream 83i. No microwave in operation. Any suggestions
appreciated.

Must have been at the portal end, as it has recovered today.
