\We just got news in the mail to day that ARRL affiliated West Gulf Division's Tri-County Amateur Radio Club WC5C from Azle Texas operating as W5B won first place low power category in the W/VE QSO Party contest in Oct 2011 while being the first ever to qualify Bolivar Peninsula under the US Islands awards program. The next contest is Oct 20-21, 2012.
