A day or two ago, someone posted re if a tree falls in the forest
and no one is there to hear it, did it fall (or something like that).

In response, someone else posted a Chinese quote - same tree,
same fall - but a different twist.

It was late. I intended to keep them both, so, of course, deleted
them. Tonight, it's late. I'm trying to describe 2 quotes - one I've
heard repeatedly and, naturally, can't remember - and the other
I'd never heard before, so can't remember it either..this is good,
very good...:(

Have mercy on my muddled mind, please! <g>
